Great service from Edwin and the whole team!! I bought a car from a dealer just down the street and wanted an inspection before purchasing. On less than a days notice, Edwin made time for this job and got the truck in. I had to drive in from over 500 miles away to pick up this car. It gave me great peace of mind to have it checked out by a third party prior to purchase. I chose Meyers Auto Tech because they had over 600 positive reviews on Google. Now I know why. Thanks guys!!!

First time at Meyers' Auto Repair. I will be a returning customer for sure! We have a conversion van for use with our daughter who is in wheelchair. With no appointment, Meyers' worked us in, fixed the issue and she's back on the road again. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you all for the extra effort, care and understanding. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Well wanna thank Ben for helping out our Men s Recovery Home. He took the time inspected our vehicle. Did some work that it needed to be done on it and got us back on the road. Very much appreciated. Has a great team working with him. We were passing through the area trying to get to Colorado for a road trip and our car started acting up, a few engine lights came on. Cody really went out of his way to try and find out what the problem is in order to help us determine what to do next. Very honest and transparent, he didn t need to help us given that we were just passing through. This is someone you can trust. Highly recommend if you need help with your car!

Had the best experience, these guys went above and beyond. Was travelling to Salt Lake City from British Columbia when my car broke down. They got it in right away to access the damage, drove us to a car rental, let us use the managers office for an interview then drove us to pick up a different car. They are soooo nice, thorough, and came in under their quote which is usually unheard of. They had my car fixed and me back on the road to come home, I am so grateful that we had the car towed there. If I lived in the states I would definitely take my car there every time to get fixed. Thank you so much for everything you did for us it is greatly appreciated.

Meyers Auto Tech has been great helping us get our daughter's Veloster sorted out. Their prices are fair and they are very honest. We'll definitely bring our vehicles here again! Would highly recommend!

Not impressed. Double charged me for a manifold removal and replace, and still hadn't diagnosed the problem. Added problems that weren't actually there. Then tried to act like they were doing me a favor. Also did slime ball tactics the entire time. Not impressed. Don't go here, it's a typical mechanic shop only worried about the money. Don't recommend. Avoid at all costs (unless you like throwing money down the drain)

I bounced around from a few average automotive shops over the years. Meyers was highly recommend from a few friends so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did, my 1st experience was great!! Edwin was the customer service rep and Matt was tech that completed the work. What I liked 1) communication was clear and not rushed 2) they diagnosed and corrected the issues properly. They found other issues that I didn't mention but I was aware of. So to me they passed the test of 'actually' completing a comprehensive evaluation of my vehicle. 3) I appreciate the pictures and text/email of their documented analysis before they called me to ask what work I wanted completed. This gave me a chance to digest the information, have my questions prepared, and make an informed decision about the work I wanted completed. At no time did they try to upsell me with a bunch of unnecessary add-ons or feel scamy about the process. 4) They stand by their work with a Warranty - a good peace of mind. 5) The after hours key return system was quick and efficent . 6) Price was fair, maybe a tick higher than some shops, but the small adjustment for an overall better quality of service made it worth it to me. It appears that the buisness invest in quality tools for their techs to find/fix the issues and provide customers a quality job. I can't think of anything Meyers didn't do well. Keep it up Meyers!! I think this will be my go-to shop for future needs from now on. Thanks!

In a stressful time when you don't know what's wrong with your vehicle. Meyers Auto Tech takes care of it all. Even being without my vehicle they didn't leave me feeling stuck or stranded. The diagnoses they did on my vehicle was easy for me to understand with no knowledge on cars at all. I was recommended to bring my car to them and I'd recommend others as well.

Meyers Auto Tech staff are professional and knowledgeable. They give you all the options and a price quote before starting work on your vehicle. I also appreciate their ride service when your car is in the shop.

The work on my car performed by Meyers Auto Tech (MAT) was outstanding. The estimate was comprehensive and the work performed was excellent and within the estimate. MAT provided pictures and emails regarding inspection findings and provided recommendations for correcting identified problems. I really appreciated the communication by phone. text and e-mail to keep me informed about my car, no surprises. I will be a repeat customer to Myers Auto Tech based on the work performed.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement

The work that was performed was completed in the timeframe that they said and the amount charged was what was quoted. My vehicle was there for two days, and Edwin called each day to provide me a status as to how the repair was going. There were no surprises when I came in to pick up my vehicle.

Once again Ben and his team did quality work in a timely manner. I appreciate and trust the degree of detail, documentation, and service with each visit. They were able to get my repairs done in a timely fashion to get me back on the road. The Staff is friendly and provides a level of service dedicated to making it right. I was so impressed with the detailed notes and pictures explaining services performed.In addition, they had other recommended services ranked such as "needs attention" or "future service." As a widow and knowing nothing about car maintenance, I especially appreciate the transparency and honesty of Meyers. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I love our 2011 Honda Pilot with 122K miles and plan on using it to pull a 16ft trailer to Iowa a d back. So we decided to do all of the manufactures suggested maintenance. We knew it would be extensive so we shopped around. Myers Auto was highly recommended by many friends and we weren't disappointed. The initial phone call was friendly, informative, efficient, and a confident builder and resulted in an estimated repair cost and appointment for the requested service and an inspection for any other needed service. Continuing contact for repair status was established through email and text and I received phone calls describing the results of the inspection that revealed some additional needed repairs. The description of the repairs was reasonable for the age of and mileage on the vehicle and the quoted price seemed reasonable. The extensive work included, timing belt, water pump, valve adjustment gaskets, transmission fluid replacement, fuel system and throttle box work, spark plug replacement, radiator flush and coolant, filters and rear wiper blade oil change and tires. The repairs were completed on time as described in 2.5 days and the final price was about 50$ less than the estimated price. I was able to pick up the vehicle after hours by using their secure lock and a pin number. Very convenient and efficient. Their 3 year 36K mile warranty gives me confidence in all their work. Very satisfied and highly recommend Meyers Auto Tech and will continue to use their services.I just had my Honda Pilot in for an oil change. Raymond was very professional, efficient and courteous in keeping me informed of the results of the entire vehicle inspection and status of the oil change and needed repairs. I feel they treated my vehicle like they would want their own vehicle treated. Like the "Golden rule " way. I highly recommend Myers Auto Tech for any and all vehicle repairs.

I'm new to the Tri-Cities and needed to do some vehicle maintenance. A family member referred me to Meyers and I am impressed! The inspection report provided is very thorough and shows you a breakdown of what has been inspected, what needs immediate attention, and what will be required future service. Additionally, the work order details the cost of the work being done and the recommended future work.They were the model of professionalism and transparency throughout the process! I will be using them for all of my future vehicle needs!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

I brought my 91 Chevy Silverado 1500 to your place because it had an oil leak. You determined that the gasket around the valve covers and the intake manifold needed to be replaced. The work was done. It was expensive I think around $1800. The oil leak was solved. However when I picked up the truck it didn't run right and I had to bring it back because the mechanic had not seated the distributor properly. You all fixed it at no additional cost but it was an additional inconvenience that could've been avoided.

I just had a new clutch put in my 08 Tacoma with 190k miles on it. They did a great job and the service was second to none. Edwin and the technicians were awesome to work with. This is the first time bringing my car here and I am definitely satisfied! The thoroughness and attention to detail that gets put into something as simple as an oil change is awesome! You get updates pictures, fluids checked and much more. But what is cool is that they tell you what you may need done in the future such as repairs or maintenance including a quote.
