These guys are great. They went beyond to get my oil plug fixed, quick and easy. The employees I felt with today are exemplary at being people and mechanics. Jiffy lube should be proud to have real people working for them. Thank you guys.

Service folks are great. I stopped by to make sure my oil, antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid was set for winter. I get my oil regularly changed and they are super helpful and do a check. They even topped off my wiper fluid. Nice people, great customer service. Jeffrey explained everything well to me when I had questions.

We just came in to get an oil change and our tires filled. I m not sure who the manager was, but she s female, and she was extremely rude to her staff. Told them to top off the persons next to us fuilds and then yelled her her team and said not to do an oil change on their car. She was going around being extremely rude to everyone and tried to play it off as she was overwhelmed. I feel extremely bad for the staff, they kept getting stopped every few seconds because their manager was on one. Not only that but she rushed them and they didn t even fill our tires like we asked for. Cole T, Daniel S and Jeff were very helpful and extremely apologetic. They shouldn t have to apologize for their own bosses outbreak. They didn t physically say sorry because of her actions but it was very clear the management is the problem.

Best Service I ve gotten at a JL! I travel a lot for work so I ve been to many of them, this team was hands down the best! I was short on time but thought I d see if they could get me in-and-out and back on the road. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and was greeted with smiles and said they could absolutely get me back on the road in time. They washed all the crusted bugs off my windows, topped my fluids, changed my wiper blades and oil in no time! They are the real deal - the true meaning of service! Highly recommend this team!

I know Jiffy Lubes vary by location and I believe they are franchises. However I needed to get an oil change promptly before a travel trip and my normal auto shop could not see me. I took a "gamble" and went to this location. Very professional, quick, thorough, and about the same price as my usual shop. I always check my dipstick for oil level post change, due to past previous bad experience, and Jiffy Lube at this location has never shorted me. Not all quick lube places are a joke!

I wish I knew her name but the manager at the jiffy lube on 10th and 395 was amazing!! I was having issues after an accident and pulled in and wasn t sure what to do. She went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car, they also changed the oil at the same time. She was patient and friendly and one of the best customer experiences I ve had in a long time! The guy was quick to change my oil and fix some issues from the past oil change. Whatever you re paying her is not enough. I will come back to this location because of her!Services: Battery, Oil change

Best customer service I ve ever seen! I pulled in because my coolant light came on unexpectedly. I was traveling alone and I was worried my car was going to overheat. These guys checked all of my fluid levels and even checked my tires. They went way out of their way to make me feel confident that my car would make it home safely. I can t thank you enough!

Amazing services from these guys, helped my friends and I get back on the road after my friend's car overheated. Went above and beyond what they had to do and helped us call around to mechanics when they were not able to completely fix the problem. Would trust these guys with any mechanical problem and were great to chat with while waiting to fix the car! Thanks Cole, Monica, and especially Jeff!!!

The best staff - they checked everything: lights, turn signals, brake lights, headlights - normal and brights -- as a courtesy.They did all I asked, and did not try to upsell me unnecessarily. But did ask if I was experiencing any other problems. They let me know what problems I might keep an eye out for, but didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed at this time. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube (especially this store) for my oil changes in the future!Service: Oil change

Asked to have to have the air filter checked and replaced and was not done they don t keep the customer updated and letting them know what they are doing had to ask what they bwere dojng when taking the oil out never seen them take the old oil out by Siphoning never checked the air pressure in the tires and let the customer know how they were on pressure but o the invoice did say it was dinwas in the car and did not see them check the tires just the lightsService: Oil change

I only use Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and recently moved to the area so I thought I'd check out this location. I thought my last store was the best but honestly, this team topped them hands down!Friendly and upbeat from the moment I pulled in, super fast service but made sure to top everything off, explain all the things and double checked that I didn't need anything else.I'll definitely make this location my go to while I live here! Very disappointed! Took my car in o last week for an oil change, a few days later started smelling oil only to realize the oil cap was gone and oil was splashing on my engine. After purchasing a new oil cap, I found the original one sitting by the hood latch. It was never put back on and had remained pinned under the hood latch for a week. After returning the cap, I checked the oil level and it was low. It was an entire quart short. Since getting my oil changed, I've driven 1,500 miles. This issue could have caused serious engine damage and caused my hood latch to malfunction and my hood to pop open while driving.I've been avoiding this location because of other bad reviews on yelp but my favorite location on Clearwater closed so I opted to give them a chance. Next time I will listen to my instincts.9/18/18 update - After almost three weeks of waiting for a promised call from Jiffy Lube corporate, I finally talked to the area district manager today. He never addressed the issues I raised in my review but offered some advice to go to a different location next time and he would give me $15 off on my next oil change. I expected an offer for a free oil change at the very least. Sadly, I am done with Jiffy Lubes in this area.

�ngel Vel�quez was amazing today ! I only had a hour to change my oil, the first guy told me it would be a 40 minute wait. I waited in my car thinking about if I was going wait or try another day and �ngel made sure to catch me before I took off and said he could do it now ! Thank you !

Went here a couple weeks ago, after having a bad experience at another jiffy lube. I decided to try another location and I am very disappointed that as soon as I got my oil change done I noticed it is now leaking oil. This same thing happened when I previously got an oil change at a different location. They even told me wow we got that done in 8 mins. Well, clearly it wasn t done correctly. Very frustrating! I rate this 3/5 for a weird experience. I pull up and ppl are smoking outside like it s a Sunday league!!! Also, as I m pulling up there s some weird employees dancing outside like it s recess!. But there was a very young handsome Mexican that was very helpful. I appreciate him for helping me out.

No appointment necessary. Needed A/C service and an oil change. In and out in less than an hour and the bill was less than they quoted. Will definitely recommend!

It is a rare occurrence that I leave a review for anywhere. I called them almost in tears as out of no where my engine was completely overheating and I needed to get home an hour away. They calmed me down, explained everything so well, checked all of my fluids and made sure I could make it home safely. I HIGHLY recommend using this specific location for such amazing customer service and knowledgeable techs. Thank you Jeff and the boys!! You guys are the best!!

OK they lube my vehicle for free which is all I needed and I asked to have them check the differential fluid. they told me there was no plug to take out of the differential to check the fluid level. All I had was that rear housing with the bolt to pull the cover off. There is a plug on the side close to the driveline to where you can check the differential fluid. I guess they re only used to working on newer vehicles. My vehicle was a 1996 Chevy G 30 van.
