My car has been in and out of this shop for a YEAR. Today I picked up my car for the 4-5 time cause a door was not painted when it was supposed to in the beginning. And guess what it wasn t painted AGAIN this time when I picked it up. the guy Kyle or whatever his name was, was so rude to me smerking in my face while I voiced my concerns over the matter, like that wasn t the plan from the beginning made every excuse why it wasn t completed and implying these damages were not cause from my accident. These have been APPROVED by the adjuster a long time ago AND NOTED! whole point of waiting on the door was because they were waiting on my convertible top for replacement (stalled because of back order). Which finally was replaced by VW dealer. Why it needed to wait on this is beyond me.The guy in charge of my car is clearly lazy making unprofessional excuses why he chose to not paint it. That s not up to him to decide. Also treated me less than fair because I m a clearly a women. I do not want this place touching my car ever again. (So unprofessional) I will insure the adjuster moves my services to a different auto body! And hope that they no longer refer anyone else to experience this kind of service from my insurance provider.

I was referred by a co worker- and I was very pleased!! Since the moment I got in contact they made my experience smooth and fast. Lilly was very helpful throughout the process- kept me updated with text and picture updates on my vehicle. My car was in and out in roughly about 3weeks for a job that was most likely going to take longer! I appreacite Gerber and their employees for working non stop to provide us with exceptional results! Can t even tell my car had a repair! Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the work on my vehicle . On time and always keep you up to date with the work on your vehicle. Lilly was very pleasant and always there for questions, if needed. She is very good of what she is there for. Explained very clear and in details of what they did for my vehicle when I came to pick up my vehicle.Thanks again Lilly and all the technicians that worked on my vehicle !

I'm the person who hardly ever put review about anyone but This girl Named Lilly went way above and beyond her job and have a great experience for people who they need help in struggling and stressful times when most people don't put any effort into their job to make this happening. I have no words to describe and Thank her enough how much she did for me and my family when everyone refused due to no room in their garage to add my broken car to fix it. I know we don't have enough auto repair people and shops to fix in emergency situations but this Girl Lilly called around and made all arrangements for me as quickly as she could and I have my car back home already when everyone else said no appointments available until next year!!!! I highly recommend anyone please give her at least call before getting into wrong hands and wrong place. I want to say Garber collision is a lucky company to have employee like Lilly and she deserves a big bonus and race to make this company great

Great customer service and very polite but low quality work. Paint color match is good. New fender and body lines look good. Took vehicle back to replace foggy headlight and badges in wrong location. Took vehicle back twice to sand out dust nibs in clear coat. Left sanding scratches and buffing marks. Windshield washers weren't connected. I asked them to fix the windshield washers but they could only see me on Tuesday when I was working. After I connected windshield washers, the cheap aftermarket nozzles they installed don't clean my windshield. Mismatched ungalvanized hardware holding the bumper on. Air filter box not installed correctly. Fender flair they installed is chipping the adjacent paint.

They did fantastic work on my 2016 Subaru outback, did a great job communicating updates via text message and sent me pictures throughout the process. Would definitely return for any future work.

Poor communication and unpleasant customer service. It took a month to get an appointment for an estimate and then a month later I was told that they only take repairs from a limited list of auto insurance companies.

Avoid this garage. They had my car for many weeks. I am not talking about national part delays, they can not help that. I am talking about very poor communication and LOTS of misinformation. Calling to say one thing then when I would call or come in their information would change. To top it off when I went to pick up my car the back door was still obviously broken. And then once home I found a pack of cigarettes in the back seat. In my opinion they do not take pride in their work.

Was three days late on the set due date that they made. They took off my side guard but never wiped off the gooey glue and never replaced them. They also put chrome pieces on my car even though the other pieces that were to match it were black. Oh, but they did work with my insurance and got all of it.

Came to get an estimate. Total waist of time because they will only do repairs if they are charging an insurance not if you re self pay. I ve had my appointment made for a month and was never told that until I came in the same day. I took time off work to have my time waisted! They have had my car for 2 months and they said 6 weeks ago it was getting painted and I never heard anything back and they said they got my car back on Friday from a dealership and they said my bumper needs to be put on and I never heard anything from them I m never going to them again

My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass for my auto accident I was in. From the very beginning to dropping the vehicle off and getting our rental car everything was seamless.The customer service was the BEST I've ever received when it came to any auto incident I've had to deal with. There was constant communication and follow-up/follow- throughs. I am in the health industry and customer service/open communication is extremely important to me. They exceeded my expectations and highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.The timeline was very reasonable and the car was done right on time, before Thanksgiving. They even stayed open for me to come and receive my vehicle after I got off work. They did not have to do that.When I picked up my car, I had to do a double take, it looked brand new! They even detailed the inside of the car.They used text messages for updates and Jason left me detailed messages of what was needed from me/my insurance and when the vehicle would be done.Thank you so much for everything! I m going to be singing their praises for a long time!Some dork decided to use the whole passenger side of my car to see if his keys were sharp enough. Looked like he borrowed Wolverine s hand to do it too. These guys got my car looking just like the day I got her.On top of that, the young lady in the front is a customer service gem and the main guy in the front is the homie! It was a speedy process, they communicated very well and my car looks great!I was only in the office twice, but there was never really a wait. My estimate took only 20 minutes. I got a call most evenings from the shop manager letting me know how everything was going. When I got the car back I was amazed by the color match, the perfect body lines and my car looks great again!!Thanks to everyone at Gerber Collision!

Brought in a vandalized car with less than 5000 miles on it and was very concerned that a body shop couldn't match the factory paint. Let me tell you straight up: --these guys have what it takes-- The work they did was so perfectly matched to the factory paint in every way, even down to the orange peel texture. Top notch work in every regard. Friendly service and they kept me updated throughout the process. If you need body work done, this is the place to go.

Jason, Ross, and the rest of the team had my vehicle for close to two months. Throughout the entire repair they updated me at least twice a week with where they were at, what they were doing or waiting on, and how much they thought they had left. Couldn't ask for a more friendly, thoughtful, and professional bunch. Really appreciate their great work during these tough times.

Edit:I was contacted and it was nicely explained ri me their paint policy. I'm still a little upset about the first employee's attitude but I was assured that there would be a discussion and I'm good with that.I was recommended by a family member to take my truck here after a collision. I will be taking my services elsewhere because the guy that did the estimate said my truck wasn't worth fixing just because there's some paint damage not related to the accident.

From the beginning everyone I dealt with was amazing. Mike gave me an estimate and most importantly he took the time to explain it to me. Fatima arranged for the rental company to pick me up first thing in the morning so I did not have to take any time off work. Russ called throughout the week and kept me updated as the repairs happened. Once I got my car back it was a good as new! Nobody wants the get in an accident and have their car repaired, but all the people at Sonshine Collision made the experience positive for me. I would not hesitate recommending Sonshine Collision to anyone.

We dropped our new car off for a minor ding, when we dropped the car off it had just been detailed and was spotless, when we picked it up there was white finger prints on the leather broken parts on the floor, the passenger front door looked like it had been left open in a rain storm, water pots on the leather, definitely not going back and don't recommend them. I have pictures and I will be calling them tomorrow morning.

They do NOT communicate with you at all, they take a long time to fix anything and don't relay any sort of progress phone calls either. They had my car over a month and never fixed the traction control issue and now it's at the manufacture dealership for at least another week, best part is they took so long the first time I can't get a rental vehicle covered anymore. Russ was nice at first but quickly became rude after asking for answers, and to fix the things they didn't fix. Will NEVER take another vehicle here!!! It's been a few weeks since I got my car back and the check engine light is still on, front Windows don't roll down majority of the time and still waiting for my headlight bulb to be replaced with the same one the other one has......And this is just a start......

After visiting many shops in town Gerber was most professional and knowledgeable. They got me right in and took care of everything so far the work looks quality and they were easy and hassle free. They setup rental car and I like that they are a larger company with lifetime warranty and have shops nation wide.

Without a doubt I will recommend Gerber to anyone I possibly can. From the moment I stepped into the facility my kids and I were treated like family. From the very start to the moment I drove my repaired vehicle off of the lot, I was treated like I mattered and spoke to as though they truly and honestly cared. I was called with updates and Jason and his staff went above and beyond every step of the way. Their service, respect, dignity, honesty, kindness and care is a blessing beyond what I can even describe. THANK YOU GERBER!

They did a fantastic job on my car it look like a brand new car. The staff is extremely nice and tries to help as much as possible but I have had nothing but issues with my car since I got it back. I never had any issues with my car before the accident and now since having work done, my car is out of commission like once a week since. It s very frustrating.

Absolute WORST at communication with anybody. Don t expect to get your car back TOTALLY FIXED, let alone in a timely manner. It has been a whirlwind trying to get them to respond to me, with any aspect. They don t even have a certified mechanic and try to convince you that the issue is something else entirely in order to not have to fix it.
