My girlfriend and I purchased four Visa gift cards for her family for the holiday. Our cashier forgot to place them in our bags. We noticed a couple days later that the cards were not in our bags as we were wrapping presents, so we called Fred Meyer in which an employee confirmed that four cards were found, but she needed to locate them. She then put us on hold and eventually hung up on us, we then went down to Fred Meyer in person And ask the service desk to help us locate our cards. We were then met by a manager, named Nicholas, who approached us With the skeptical approach that that then made us feel like we were trying to scam them, or something of that nature, which was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. We are a small family with very little money and we don't deserve to be treated like this. Nicholas then told us the only thing he can do is check the cameras and give us a call if he sees anything. We felt deeply that he was kicking this issue under the rug and minimizing it. We are currently reporting this to corporate, and with high hopes, this will be resolved swiftly. We lost $200 because of Fred Meyer employees. Fix this Fred Meyer!

Almost always stocked up on essentials. For the most part the employees there are friendly and will stop to help if you need it. There is also a Starbucks located inside for those of us who need a little pick me up before the shopping trip.

One of our favorite stores to go to. Always quick check out even if there is a line! Food is always great quality and the homes and other good sections have everything you need!

We prefer Fred Meyer over other stores. Their wide range of items and prices are reasonable compared to some stores. It's a one stop place to shop.

I definitely enjoy shopping here and they usually have a good selection. I would caution that you check the expiration date on anything you buy with an expiration date.

Didn't have my shoes at Kennewick, so I had to drive to the Richmond Store. Wasted my coupon 10% coupon on one pair of shoes. When I Could have 10% On all 3 in Richland

Excellent customer service. Prices are often cheaper than other places as long as you use electronic coupons in their app or watch for specials.

Always friendly and helpful staff! Store is clean and organized. Don't have to wait in super long lines, usually, unless it's at holiday time. Good Fred Meyer with a good selection of whatever you may need, from grocery to clothes, shoes, school supplies, home goods, pet products ect. Good Starbucks too!

Nostalgic grocery store, we go here every once in awhile - we also use the pharmacy, too. GREAT, LOADS of variety of fresh, canned, cultural, bagged foods. Also huge. But - don't bother going to the clothing isle... Just stick to all of the foods and maybe some other non-food products! I like this store and recommend it.

Fred Meyer, you need to make up your mind. Either hire cashiers or keep the self-checkout open. I went in at 7pm and there was a line of customers. You had one live register open and your employee was closing the self-checkout stands. And the one live cashier you do have open spends more time talking then ringing people up. You can't close all registers and expect people to shop in your store.

Product is good. But store mgmt needs a few lessons. Why would you only have one checker on a Saturday night? And that person goes on break, why is there no one available to back up. At minimum the front end Mgr should step in. I saw at least two employees standing around talking. Went to self check and computers are set to stop every six items and the clerk had to keep clearing it for us. Unacceptable.

I guess fast checkout is not a thing anymore. 2 people in line 20 mins. Lordy. Basket size goes up for holiday weekends and you need more, fast and accurate checkers. My go to store but you have to get better.

My mom just enteted hospice care at home. I did a grocery pickup order which included flowers. I accidentally chose all red and called to see if I could change that. The manger Heidi went above and beyond. She looked at the options for me. Called me back for my approval allowing me to be with my mom until order was done. I pulled up and my order was promptly out to my car. THANK YOU HEIDI. Your compassion has really helped during this time. I will use this store weekly because of your kindness

Can always find whatever I need there. Produce is the freshest in town. Staff are always friendly. Aisles are always clean and organized. However, it seems the over-the-counter meds are either outdated or will be shortly. Make sure you check...

Fred Meyer is a convenient place to shop. It is neither the most nor least expensive grocery store around. We enjoy their online order pickup, and the fuel points.

Just really love shopping here. People are friendly, they have just about everything. I'd compare it to Wal Mart, only this is so much better, better quality, doesn't feel so cheap.

Great layout of the store. It's easy to find what you're looking for. You can get in and out very fast especially with the self checkout.

I m extremely disappointed for my online purchase. I received my message that my order was ready for pick up, when I got there I noticed my items were all substituted and the store employees did not mention the price was a lot more then my placing order. The worst is, the store employees did not give me my receipt he just left, after I called him twice he did not turn back. I went in to customer service to return my items instead and one of the employees refused to give me my money back because I didn t had my receipt with me. Even after I explained to him what happened, he only gave me back an in store credit card.

I have been shopping there for many years but only get certain items that are on sale because of their high prices. I bought 10 items all of which were on sale. The cashier said only 2 items rang up on sale at her register. I showed her pictures of the big yellow signs with the items above them including their scue numbers. She called her manager but 2 showed up. One did not have a name tag, he was stocky about 5'11 with thick dark curly hair. They told me that it wasn't their fault that they couldn't give me the prices on sale because it was the person who put the yellow sale signs up that got it wrong. I said that you have many big yellow sale signs through out the store but you say that you won't honor them. He said that's right cause their a mistake if their not in the computer/ register. They were rude and treated me as thought they didn't care. I was shocked they were managers. I don't want to go back there again. It was a unimaginable bad experience.

I didn't want to leave a review but since they make it impossible to send a email about my complaint I will just leave a review.. Skylar was our cashier and first he was helping a older gentleman that was buying two dozen roses and he says to the guy next time you only have 2 items we suggest you useing self checkout and just said it in a really rude tone and then we were next and then there was lady behind us and he yells to her you can go to 7 they are open also and the lady says that's ok they have a full cart in that line and he rolls his eyes and then I put up 3 12 packs of pop and he scans one and says to my 73 year old disabled mother in law you are going to have to lift that because I'm not going to and said it so rude. We uses to love this Fred Meyer but we can't believe they would hire someone so rude. It was alot worse in person. Everyone in the line was shocked at his behavior.

I don't shop here as much as I'd like because it's so beautifully packed with so much of what I like I'd spend way too much money and time in it. Their organics are beyond impressive. Their selections on just about everything is beyond impressive. Prices are amazingly reasonable. The service is friendly. The store is clean. THE only thing NOT impressive is their grass-fed meat department. Not this one nor the Richland. I am not sure how a store who clearly understands, respects and appreciates those shoppers who prefer organics misses the grass-fed/organic section so poorly. There are more than just turkey for grass-fed meats. Other than missing the mark on meats they are spot on in the veg/fruit and their huge selections of healthy foods. Great job Fred Meyer. You clearly know how to run a business.
