Horrible customer service they ruined my car no accountability zero communication or compensation but they ll suck your last doller out your pocket before you leave and then your car will break down too!! I am begging anybody who has car trouble do not go there they can not be trusted! The automated response is also not reliable I ve been waiting for a response from Hr for a week the area manager still hasn t got back to me! Went in for a oil change and inspection and paid 1500$ and then another 440$ for their mistakes paid for all my toes and now my car is leaving there today on a flat bed they will hustle u and then ignore! It s criminal the way my property has been ruined! And I have nobody to help me!

I scheduled an appointment for a tune-up, oil change, and new tires, having researched and chosen the tires with a clear understanding of the 50,000 Mile warranty and free balance and rotation mentioned on their website. However, the sales representative attempted to charge an additional $70 for a "lifetime balance option," contradicting the stated benefits. Furthermore, the service technicians faced difficulties with the oil plug cap and failed to communicate any other potential issues with my vehicle during the inspection. While the tires are satisfactory, the overall customer service and job completion were disappointing, leading me to seek alternatives despite the extra cost. Be cautious of additional charges for services already included in the total purchase.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Services needed and all options were clearly explained to me. It was more expensive than I would have liked, but they took care of me and my needs efficiently.

The overall was an 8 due to the tires not being ordered when should have and the time I needed to get them done. However, at my updated appointment, I received exceptional customer service. The wait time during my appt was just right. I give a 10.

Terrible customer service and serious lack teamwork! I was called when my product came in, and told since they weren t very busy, I could come that day. Arrived within 45 min of that call and proceeded to wait. FOUR HOURS LATER they call and say one wheel is damaged, meaning they were not ready for me at all that day. They did not inspect to make sure things were in working order or that my tpms had been taken care of prior to recalling me. The lack of efficiency is appalling. The tires should ve been mounted on wheels and ready to go. Myself and another customer, who came in because he was also told they were not busy, watched as none of the technicians were helping each other at all. 3 dudes standing around, not participating in the vehicles that needed out of the garage or anything else, one other guy doing closing stuff. At 630, the tech came in and said he still needed to do the alignment! That other customer left after me, almost 3 hours deep. The managers had all left by 6 and locked up, leaving the techs to try to collect money we had already paid. The gal that called was right- they weren t busy! Ever! Whoever actually owns this place is just losing money in inefficiency alone. And bummer, I have to go back one last time to get the not broken wheel installed.

Took my 2017 charger into Kennewick because many years ago I bought tires and had no problem. I pay the tires off and get an email that it s time for some routine maintenance. I follow the advisory of the email and take my car into the Kennewick location next to the mall. I get a rather large bill but I don t question them, I trusted them. I m religious with my payments, I m kind and always show appreciation. When I pick my car up I head out of town to Dayton which isn t very far, on my way back home with my son, my car cuts off completely. Dead. I call ed and they asked if I can get it towed back to their shop. I m stressed but I still don t second guess Firestone. They call me and tell me it s ready and I can come pick my baby up. I pick her up and drive from Columbia center to not quite Prosser and it does it again. Completely shuts off, no battery, no charge. Once again I take care of the tow this time it will b credited on to my bill as promised on a recorded line. I hadn t even had my car for 20 minutes and then this. So finally after no communication for over 5 days I reach out to Firestone and the manger tells me that they can t diagnose it that they don t know what s wrong and that I m gonna have tk take it somewhere else. I immediately asked for someone hire and am currently waiting on HR to reach out to me. Lord, let your will be done. Worst customer service, they made no effort tk ease my mind and keep me informed. My car worked great and now it won t even start. I pray Firestone stands behind their name and values and does the right thing. Manger has not shown empathy one time, you fixed this and I have five kids, I need my vehicle. I trusted you so I pray they do what s right.

I've had decent customer service here in the past few years. The issue I have with this location is that their reservations system is not at all linked to the main Firestone website! WHY??? Makes no sense at all. I went on the Firestone website to make an appt. for this location, only to find out when I called that they couldn't find my appointment at all.

Brought my car for an inspection and tune up. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, did the work in an appropriate amount of time, and car runs great. Everyone I had interactions with was amazing as well. Only fault this far is the grease foot prints and finger prints in my car. They also somehow set my speedometer to km/h and when I went to fix it my dash was displayed in Spanish which made it difficult to figure out. So maybe floor mats, gloves and clean up their mess when finished, and return dash settings to how they were. Not sure how I'm going to get the grease out. After $1900 this shouldn't be an issue I have to deal with.

Off to a rough start. Had an appointment but with no where to sit down while waiting in line. I went out to wait in my car and called inside. Was told that someone would come out and contact me, didn't happen. So after about 30 minutes and the line was done, I went inside to check in.I like the work they do, it's just one bad experiences. They need to have seats for waiting in line, not just for waiting for your service.

Took my Toyota sienna there to fix they charge me 1600$ not even one day the car break down it took it back there I speak to the manager is it just leave the car and come back Friday they call me and said you need another part for $500 this is absolutely ridiculous charging me 1600$ only one day the car break down it's worse than before I called him to talk to them on the phone and they hang up on me the worst place I ever see please do not take your car there they will take your money and they will not fix nothing so stpuid

We were headed back to Kirkland from Boise when our car was having issues with power. We were able to get to Kennewick and found this open Firestone. We explained our situation to Carlos and he assured us he would make sure our car would get checked out even thought they don't usually take walk-ins. We were so appreciative given the situation we were in. Weston checked the car out and was able to confirm it was a plugged catalytic convertor. He recommended a shop that was able to fix it and get us back on the road. We truly appreciate all the help from both Carlos and Weston. It's very stressful to be far from home, with an 8 month old, and have car issues. Highly recommend this Firestone!

They're on contract to service the vans that I drive at work and there never too eager doesn't sound like to get them fixed in a reasonable amount of time to me going in there to get a wiper blade that was missing out the van I was driving and they told me they didn't have one in stock it was a Toyota van the time before I went in there with the tire that was low and I asked the guy if he checked it for a leak and he pulled the air hose back in the door and shut the door

This Firestone location has been nothing short of helpful and honest. I had to get tires replaced due to a tear in the sidewall and was really concerned with cost. They did their best to work with me on that. I've brought 2 vehicles to this shop. The first time i scheduled an appointment at 730am when they opened to put new tires on, dropped the car off, and didn't get a call that it was done until noon the next day. Then the person checking me out said that unless i scheduled an alignment within the next week (another $120 regardless if the car was in alignment or not) that the warranty on the tires would be void. The second vehicle i brought in it did only take them a couple of hours for new tires, but this time, within a couple days the 1 of the valve stems was leaking and appon further inspection 1 of the tires was mounted with the opposite side wall out than all the others. If u want any kind of quality, fast honest work done, do not bring your vehicles here.

I've been a Firestone customer in Kennewick, Washington for 20-25 years. The reason I was there was the customer service, honesty, helpfulness, competitive pricing, and timeliness in scheduling and completing work. I have noticed in the last few years that if I have a appointment for something simple like tire change or rotation or fixing leaks, it takes either the entire day or even held overnight to complete job. I used to be able to go in and have a leaky tire that I bought from Firestone fixed if I brought it in. It might have taken a hour or so to get to it, but at least I knew it was going to get done. Now they tell you they will try to fit it in and they might have to hold on to it overnight. I'm scared to make a appointment for it because they still might not get to it in a timely manner. If Firestone can't meet commitments then don't overschedule. I'm tired of waiting for my car. It might be time to move on.

This is the best Firestone. I was honestly told every detail as the car was being serviced. Honest excellent service!! This store is very busy but I never felt like my service was rushed. Unacceptable service. Terrible follow up and communication. Unfortunately I was traveling and needed new tires. Watch out for the Road Hazard up sell that they put on your invoice for line item 7097782 Road hazard charge at $16.52 a tire. They will not tell you it is optional. The store manager sold the tires to me and was my agent. Fool me once.

They are supposed honor warranties per Bridgestone. They do not. The woman that was proving questionable customer service was extremely rude! We were.told by our dealer that Brisgestone specifically said to go to this store. They disregarded the warranty and said that because we drove on a gravel road, which by the way is ever where, that it was our problem. Had the tires for less then a week. We will not be doing business with their rude customer service and questionable practices. Our dealer is taking care of us now.

Called and asked how much it was for them to put on 4 new tires on my car. They said 800. Got there set it all up. Was waiting 2 hours then got an invoice quoting me 1130. No only that I have lock tights on my wheels and they broke them taking them off charged me to take them off and then left me without one on each tire. Was very unhappy. On a positive note my vechile drives very smoothly now.Service: Tires

I was visiting the area with my wife and kids when our car broke down on a Friday afternoon. By chance I had my car towed to Firestone and we had a great experience. One of their employees stayed late to help diagnose the issue and the employees put my car at the front of the queue so the repair was completed just a few hours after they opened Saturday morning. Our trip would have been much different had we taken the car to a different shop that would not have been able to do anything for several days. I was so grateful for the employees who bent over backwards to help us out in a time of need. I highly recommend this facility.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

If I could do negative stars I would. I went in for a scheduled appointment to have an all wheel alignment and tire rotation. Dropped it off wi th out any issues. About 10 minutes later I get a call from them saying I need new tires. No issue, I didn t want to pay their price though so I told them to hold off on new tires but still do the alignment and rotation and the gentlemen I spoke to had no issue doing so. 1.5 hours later they call me again, this time a different gentlemen asking if I d been told about needing tires, I said yes but that I was waiting for funds. I asked him if my car was done and he said only the rotation had been done, that they were just about to start the alignment. 1 hour later my cars finally done, only they didn t do a rotation only an alignment because my tires were bad. Ok fine, I end up taking my car to a local Walmart to get tires cause they had a better price. However Walmart can t put new tires on my car because it seems someone broke off my lug nut on a wheel. So now I take my car to Les Schwab to fix the lug nut and while fixing it they tell me I NEED AN ALIGNMENT! So I waited 2.5 hours for Firestone to rotate my tired and align my wheels and they did nothing but BREAK OFF MY LUG NUT! I call the manager of this location giving him a piece of my mind. He tells me according to the paperwork they did do an alignment and that nothing on the paperwork says anything about the lug nut. I tell him what Les Schwab said and he tells me to bring Les Schwab s paperwork in on what they did and I ll get reimbursed.So finally after Les Schwab fixes the wheel, and Walmart puts on all new tires I go to this location to get my refund. What does the service guy tell me? Oh yeah we saw that broken yesterday, the PASCO LOCATION must have broken it! Unbelievable. Bunch of liars who will do anything to cover up their mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Had they told me they couldn t do anything because of my tires I would ve understood but they didn t and waisted my time and money.Service: Wheel alignment
