I came just to get an oil change and was pleased with excellent customer service thanks to Oscar, I always come here to get my oil change or fixing small issues with my car and Oscar is always there with a smile on his face. They are always thorough of what they ve checked or done with the car. Will most definitely be coming here for future visits.

Brought in my son s car making a terrible noise. They diagnosed the problem as a stuck caliper grinding the rotor on the brakes. Turns out those brakes had been replaced by another shop just about a year ago. These guys were so kind and said they could fix the brakes, but were honest enough to tell me to take it back to the other place if they would stand behind the warranty. The other place did warrantee the repair ( but only because I had a receipt). Commercial didn t even charge me a diagnostic fee. Way to go Commercial Tire kind, accurate and honest!!

It was time to look for tires for both vehicles. First stop, Discount Tire. No employee acknowledged me in the show room. Well, that was an easy choice. Next on to Les Schwab. Polite, but you pay for the extras. So last stop of the day was Commercial Tire on Clearwater. I talked to Sarah, who listened to what I was looking for on both vehicles. Yes, in the long run I paid a little more than the other guys but the customer service was outstanding. 8 tires and four new rims later, I will not elsewhere in the future.

Called last week and scheduled an appointment and the person on phone scheduled me for today at 9. I took off the morning, drove half an hour there, show up and they are asking all the same questions I already answered. Apparently they didn't schedule me, nor move the tires to this location. Said they would call me in a few hours. No call yet. They were going to get my next set of 6 for my dually if they did a decent job too.

Tim is your go to guy at this shop! He is very knowledgeable and made sure he went above and beyond to get me back on the road again. Not only did he explain the entire process of the situation I was in, but he was extremely polite though it all! I d definitely recommend asking for him when you go in!

The linkage cable came off of my 2009 GMC Yukon. They first put a zip tie on it but I said I wanted it fixed right. They ordered a new cable and installed it. They had to reorder twice because they couldn't get it to stay on correctly. I drove to Fishhook Park to get my trailer and it came off again. They came out and put a zip tie on it again. I was able to drive it home. I took it back in and they said it was an aftermarket cable they installed and they needed to order a dealer part. I should have left the zip tie on it. They then charged me for all the previous work and the new cable. after a couple weeks I got it fixed right at a price of over $650. This should have been done for under $200.

Great experience working with Scott, he took care of me as if I were his next-door neighbor. I appreciate that he was willing to walk me back to the bay and show me how one side of my suspension looked, and then how the other side that was making the noise I was hearing looked. Got me back up and running promptly and at a reasonable price. Thanks again to Scott and the Commercial Tire team for being a great place to take your vehicle.

Last part of my day and my wife tells me she got a nail in her tire and @545 ran over to Kennewick commercial tire and they got me taken cair of and stayed late to get it done thanks guys!!

They should really change their name. We own a commercial hay farm, and brought in a flat tire from a piece of equipment that was required to bale our hay. We were told that there were several other clients ahead of us, and maybe tomorrow they could get to us. So much for being "commercial." As a note, when hay is ready to bale, it has to be baled NOW, and every hour can set you back days. After an unsuccessful conversation, we went to Les Schwab on Tapteal, and they fixed it for us while we waited. Bye bye, Commercial Tire!

These guys are amazing at what they do! Installed a lift and tires on my jeep and it is absolutely perfect! They were over $1k less than a competitor as well! Sarah Keel is the assistant manager and her customer service was outstanding. Always greets you with a smile and is very knowledgeable. Very pleased with my experience with this company as a whole. We were traveling thru from MT and had a little screw in the tire. After looking saw the front tires were really worn. It Was the first day of our trip and we went in talked to Joe and ended up with 4 new tires to continue on. It was at closing time on memorial weekend and he took great care of us so we could continue on. Highly recommended. Beyond empress in the way he took care of us to keep us going to continue on. Thank you Beyond words

This place is so awesome! Dropped my car off at 4pm due to a nail in the left front tire. Asked to go ahead and do a roation while they're at it. Didn't expect to be done until tomorrow. Called back an hour later. And.....no charge!! This is THEE only place I will go for anything they can do for my car!

Great customer service. The employee that worked on my car, Jason, was very kind and respectful. He also informed me what he was doing with the car. He was able to be quick and efficient when changing my oil, brake fluid, and clutch fluid. I was delighted to see my car ready in a sort amount of time. I was very pleased to see how excellent of a service that jason was able to provide. I definitely recommend this business and will be returning in the future!

Commercial Tire isn't just a tire store. I have all my work done there. I love that the store is only a few blocks from where I live. I have had my car serviced twice there and both times have been a very positive experience for me. Every person working there has been kind, friendly and very professional. I have been able to get appointments when I need them and they are always quick to get the work done. I am an older (well, 65) single woman new to the area and having a reliable mechanic place is extremely important to me. I believe them when they tell me I need something done and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for being there for me.

My updated car fax service report states that an alignment checked occured, but that was not the case. I was essentially a call in/walk in appointment. They got me in quick and had new tires on my car within about an hour. Nearly every other place in town (that I've looked at) does a free alignment check with the purchase of a new set of tires, and commercials website says the same, so I didn't think to ask for the service specifically. At checkout though I asked if it was checked and I was informed that they only check it when you schedule an appointment. Disappointing, but I didn't have a recourse. The below average rating is for a lack of transparency in their policy, as well as discovering I was charged for an extra in house tire warranty that was never discussed with me. Polite and fast service, but I doubt I'd be back.
