Kolton went above and beyond in helping me deal with insurance. One of my work vans got totaled. Kolton made sure, I got what the van was actually worth. Kolton was able to fit me in between jobs. A semi hit my parked truck and they were able to get the parts prior to my truck being dropped off which saved time. Customer service was top notch which is very difficult to find thesedays. I recommend this company and although I hope not to have to use them again, I will use them again if I need assistance.Service: Painting

This is the absolute best body shop I have ever worked with. Friendly, professional, courteous and very detail oriented. These guys really care about you as a person and take the very best care of your car. They really go above and beyond the basic repairs.I would recommend Clearwater collision to anyone. I have used them for a few insurance claims. Even a year after one repair, a letter came off of my dodge emblems, they found the part and replaced it for free.I was upset when a friend backed into my car a few weeks ago, but it ment that I would be able to take my car back to the best in the industry. Seriously, this shop could and should teach classes on how to treat customers and their cars. I could not be happier that my car got smashed!

I definitely recommend Clearwater Collision & Towing. Heather is the one who took over my mess I was in from a boat trailer I bought with some inconsistent information on the affidavit of abandonment form. I came in, explained all my concerns and issues with it. She heard my frustrations, confusion and assured me she will help me figure it out. Not only was she quick, used her resources, knowledge and friendly and is the most understanding person considering the stressful situation I was in. Heather definitely is the glue and THE asset to this compnay. Thank you Heather for everything you have done to help me to have a positive outcome. You truly are the best!!

Friendly staff really good work, it was done within the time frame that they gave me. Everything looked good as new. Would definitely recommend this place and the only place in the tri cities that I will take my vehicles.

The rear of our car was badly damaged and we took the car to Clearwater because they had the local Geico agent on site. They did an excellent job of repairing the car and delivered it to us ahead of schedule. They treated us very well and had great customer service. We stopped at the shop a number of times and they always remembered us and knew the status of the car immediately. Repaired to perfection and they promise a lifetime warranty.

My car overheated today and I was stranded in Connell, about 25 minutes outside of the Tri Cities area, and about an hour and a half away from my home. My car insurance hooked me up with these guys and I had such a wonderful experience! I waited quite a long time due to all the hoops AAA made me jump through but once the choice was made on the tow company, Clearwater Collision was wonderful at keeping me updated on the ETA. One of their tow truck drivers showed up as scheduled and quickly asked what was wrong with my car. I explained what had happened and he said, Well, hold on, let me see if I can fix this before we even go anywhere. You ll never believe it but he was able to get my car moving without the need of a tow and it saved me $327! Now if that s not unselfish and honest, I don t know what is! He even followed up an hour and a half later to make sure I made it home safely. My favorite line of his, Don t worry ma am, we just want to make sure we re helping people. Swoon. I definitely recommend this company! What an awesome help this was. Thank you Clearwater Collision, and thank you Tanner! And what impeccable manners if you have the option, ask for Tanner!

Called and had them bring me a few gallons of diesel. Found out after they arrived the rate was $99.95 just to bring it to me. Knew there was a fuel charge as well, but wasn't expecting double all other companies fees to bring fuel.Service: BatteryService: Battery

My new car was near totalled a couple years ago; this place did the repairs with a lifetime warranty. I have had to take my car back several times since the repairs for couple of reasons. My headlights came back all wonky and out of place. Had Toyota and Clearwater adjust them a few tries it took and it's still not new. I have a piece of rubber missing on the passenger side window. When I am on highways or if it's windy it's quite noisy inside. Nice people and they seem to want to help but man my brand new car just isn't the same.

My vehicle was initially appraised for damage by my insurer and Clearwater Collision began to work on the repairs. As their mechanic began working on my Focus, they found that the damage was much more extensive than the original estimate. They worked hand in hand with my insurance to ensure that all of the damages they found were covered and they kept me in the loop during the whole process. They impressed me further when I reached the 30 day limit for my rental vehicle. They personally put me into another rental, covering the entire cost until I was back in my car. This company operates with such a high level of integrity and care for their customers.

I had my jeep left rear fender repaired at this location. I was very satisfied with the help that I got from Gaspar. He found out why my fender came off and came up with the solution on getting it fixed. They were able to schedule me that same day and fix it within a few hours. They charged me only for the labor and I was able to save some money from the parts I bought from the jeep dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from this company. I will definitely come back here again for the helpful and honest service that I received from everyone there. Thank you again, Gaspar!

Tim and Colton have helped me a lot. Same car has been there 3 times now. Every time it comes out looking new. I can't tell everyone enough how helpful and nice these guys are. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work done on their vehicle that can be trusted.

Never had better customer service - and special thanks to both Heather for her willingness to help and Colton for his great attitude and expertise! I had a towing emergency in bad weather (with my husband s car no less!) and called AAA because I have premium coverage. They told me they wouldn t be sending trucks out because of the weather. (um, isn t that why you even have AAA?) To her credit, the woman I spoke with (while I was blocking traffic in a snow bank on the road) looked up local tow companies and although she wasn t allowed to call them for me, she texted me their numbers from her personal phone (that s above and beyond!). Clearwater was first on the list and went out of their way to take care of my situation, despite being on the way to handing another accident.These folks were all a blessing today... I m grateful for their caring attitudes and excellent service. If you ever need it, I would highly recommend Clearwater Collision & Towing!

Worst experience we have dealt with. We were in a serious accident and rear ended. This company took forever to even starr working on my van, and then we have had to take it back multiple times to have them keep fixing problems. By the time everything has been said and done we've taken it to 3 different places, and we still have problems with it. When they took the vehicle in they said it would be only about $3500 worth of damage and it's been $7k. Never again will I take my vehicle here.

My first experience at Clearwater Collision and these guys really go above and beyond what is necessary! They uncovered some seriously negligent, poor quality work on my truck, previously done by another autobody shop.Not only did Kolton do the repair work for cost of parts, he spent a couple hours of his own personal time going through all the very detailed before and after pictures of the work they had done, even showing me the physical parts they had replaced from the sketchy "repairs" previously done to my truck.Clearwater Collision showed me a rare level of integrity, honesty, and quality you don't often see in any business, autobody or otherwise.Service: Welding

I do have to say it did take a while to fix my truck but was all worth it when I seen my baby come out looking brand new they did an awesome job and even detailed the inside idd send anyone that reeks there vehicle to them

Great experience with Clearwater Collision & Towing! My car wouldn't start while I was in town and I called to get a jump only the battery wasn't the issue so I was going to need to get towed back to Walla Walla. Since my car in manual Victor, the guy from the company, suggested we try and push start it and it worked! Got it running and saved me a lot of trouble to get back to Walla Walla from Tricites. Loved the experience and willingness to try other options. Such a great help.

Can I just say, I m grateful for services when they re are given with FULL effort put forth.However,When a job is done half ways,And you charge over $2000 and allow me to leave w my car still having damage where your services were supposed to of provided a service to fix that-I m NOT impressed.The blending they did on one of my fenders to match the color of my hood is not blended AT ALL. There is MULTIPLE noticeable chips of paint and dents painted over.Not only that, but regarding the payment arrangements, I MADE DOUBLE sure they understood that a third party was working with Geico (who had ALL the payment arrangements on my file with my claim) to cover the costs since the damage was not my fault AND she herself WENT in and talked to them in JUNE & when I dropped my car off last week, I asked the receptionist if they had it down that the third party was covering the cost and her words to me were as of now we don t have you down as responsible for anything. NOT ONCE was there any mention of paying the deductible there at the shop to me or the third party.& upon my arrival today to pick up my car around 3:20pm give or take they told me I had to pay the $500 deductible in order to leave w my car. In which, that put me unable to leave and waiting for the third party who was at work in a meeting until 4 because she also was not told to arrive w a check. Even After they knew the arrangements, I DOUBLE CHECKED, and they even called me AGAIN to double check the payment arrangements last week as well- AFTER my car had been dropped off & still failed to mention this.I m hoping this issue is resolved but I m sad to say I m not satisfied with the service and won t be returning if this is not fixed.

Fast, friendly and helpful. Victor was awesome. He made a lousy evening of engine failure into an easy and less stressful time. Highly recommend Clearwater towing, and especially Victor, He was amazing!
