I've been going to this place for over 2 years now and have had great success with the mechanical and customer service. Most recently i had an S&S 1200 kit installed on my sporty along with an S&S air cleaner kit. CCC made sure to get my bike in and out in a very timely matter and answered any questions i had along the way even if i called them a few too many times. Their prices are competitive and you won't find a shop that treats you better than they do here. I will always support CCC and the crew that works there, they keep my bike up and running. Love the newly installed kit and know im taken care of if something goes wrong, thank you CCC!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Oil change

Had my fork seals going out so I decided to take it to a shop. This was my first time coming here and Andy helped me out and they got my bike done faster than expected. Great work, good prices and friendly service. Definitely will come back when I need work done. Two thumbs up from me Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Longest running motorcycle shop of Tri-Cities! Andy and his staff get your toys in and out! He even makes custom audio setups for your side x side! He has been around the longest because he knows how to fix your hobbies.

I took my Polaris 850 Sportsman into CCC for yearly maintenance. Andy was very interested in any problems I was having with my bike before I brought it in for him to work on. The shop completed all services in a timely manner and fixed some small problems before they became big problems. Great shop to work with, and very professional. Since I am a Veteran, I received an additional discount. Thanks to Andy and Brandon for a job well done.Services: Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I called yesterday and spoke with Brandon who could not tell me what kind of software they used to perform a service I needed done. Brandon said he would call me back once he verified he could do the job. 24 hours passed and no call from Brandon. So I called and spoke to Andy the owner. He confirmed that they do indeed have the software and they could perform the job but I would need to just drop it off and they would try and get it done. I informed him I'd rather schedule an appointment and wait since it was a 10 min flash and this is a $40k frame up that I just finished and he had kids working there and didn't want anything scratched. He said "well, we can't help you then" and hung up the phone. This shocked me because a couple years back he actually offered me a job as a tech and I felt like we had good repor with one another. It's a shame to see good local shops not care about customer service or the products they put out. I infact had to rebuild a whole engine because a different customer took their bike and Andy let Brandon build it. Well, Brandon put in s set of cams that too big for the case and it chewed up the cam chest and sent metal through the engine. Simply put. If your so busy you can't take 10 min to flash a bike and make an hour wage for it then good for you. But I wouldn't let your kids work on anything of mine.

We brought our sxs in after it had been wrecked. Dealing with our insurance company was stress free because Andy dealt with everything. Helped us getting everything back together and our sxs is 10 times better then we bought it! He made a very stressful time, stress free. Prices were more then fair. Will absolutely use them for all our toys.

I brought in my 96 Brown Yamaha Big Bear 350 the last few months. CCC helped get the thing back to OEM parts and figuring out all the little gremlins it had. It has been running good since. Purchased a used Harley Davidson. Took it straight in for service. Was expecting my service bill to be around 700-1,000. It was about 315.00. Very responsive and knowledgeable when I asked questions. Also, they had it ready fairly quickly.

Andy in the service department also handles the front side sales and delivers excellent customer service. I took my 95 Shadow in for fork seals and he noticed that my front tire was showing some signs of age (checking).....I don't want to have tire problems when on only two. His attention to detail and initiative resulted in improving my riding safety, making a sale and creating another satisfied customer. Word of mouth recommendations are invaluable as I pass my experience along to other vintage Honda bikers. THANK YOU Andy for your service and I look forward to the next time I need you or opportunity to recommend Canyon Country Cycle service department!

Andy is great, always trying to get you what you need at a competitive price. Parts - 90 out of 100. Service is always booked out quite far. Only one tech working in the back now. Haven't just any work done here yet... Service - TBD.

I abuse my V-Strom, and Andy & his crew have done great work keeping me on the road. My bike is my year-round daily ride, and they have been able to work with me on timelines to get repairs/service done while minimally interrupting my schedule. They are competitively priced for labor, and worth a visit.

Andy just did some work on my FZ-1 and he did an outstanding job. Yamaha took at least a month to get the parts and Andy called to update me and keep me informed, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him and will definitely take my bikes to him in the future.

Canyon Country Cycle went above and beyond my expectations! They took my bike in, after it had been sitting at a "reputable" dealer in Pasco for 60+ days (They were lying about problems and how much work I had to get done) and that it was a "winter project". Canyon Country Cycle had my bike up and running perfectly within 48 hrs! They've won my business, and I hope you give them a chance too.Services: Engine repair, Battery

Could be higher stars, need wait & check the work out ! Nice little store front, keep in mind this mostly a repair shop, thus not much gear for riding or accessories

Had bike into local delearship recently and found a couple problems after having it serviced. Dealership said it was not anything they did and to repair it would cost over $700. Finally got smart enough to take to CCC, not only did they repair it, discovered a short in the system that "happened" after the dealer looked at it, but saved me over $400. To say the least, I will take my Yamahas back! Thank you.Service: Electrical repair

Andy, the owner, has turned into a friend over the years. He is knowledgeable and good at what he does. Andy has a passion for motorcycles. He rebuilt an old Moto Guzzi a few years ago: If he still has it, it is worth a look. He also races motocross around the state. His specialty is Harley Service and accessories. The nice thing about his service is he does it all himself. At the big shop in town, that shall remain nameless, it might be a half trained kid with a few months of experience working on your $20k ride.If he doesn't have your part in, he usually gives a discount on special orders. Andy doesn't charge freight unless he has to pay freight. Compare that to the big shop in town that charges shipping on EVERY order (once charged me $4 shipping for a $5 dollar part and I KNOW the big shop didn't pay shipping on that order).Plan ahead for your service needs. If you want it done for spring riding, it is probably best to NOT to wait until the weather gets nice (when everyone else wants their work done at the same time).Okay, this review sounds like Andy himself wrote it, but I think he is that good.

Road bike (2005) suddenly lost power & would not start or run. While local dealership would not even look at it because it was "too old", Canyon Country Cycle diagnosed the problem, called me repeatedly about the costs & timeline for repair. Their repair was completed in a timely manner, the communication was greatly appreciated.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

First time in with a used bike 05' chopper (new to me), Andy and his team noticed a couple bare wires, changed oils and filters, overall rolled it out way smoother than it went in. The cost wasn't a shocker and the whole experience went well. It was nice that you actually did what you said you would do. Thanks guys, I will be back.

Andy took my 2005 BigDog when nobody else would take it and fixed my Baker6 transmission and bearings flawlessly. I would recommend him to anyone I know with any problems they have, great shop and great people. Thanks again Andy.

I brought in a set of cruiser tires to be mounted on my wheels. They had them done in 24hrs for 35$ each, mounted and balanced.I called around the Tricity and Yakima area for before bringing them to CCC and couldn't find a better price.I'll be a repeat customer.Oh and they have a military discount.

Entering 4 months and I ve been checking up on progress and they took my money and now choking up on fixing my bike. Very little simpathy. Recommend others to try other mechanic shops Simce my buddy ordered a tire and this shop has been putting people on hold who are sencire and humble and taking advantage. Plz don t go through the same experience. Be careful from these scammers
