The service was great. Gary helped me out and was good at keeping me informed about my car. He even took some time and taught me how to buff out some parking lot scuffs. I picked up my car and it looks brand new.

From beginning to end, Gary was a thorough guide in the process of repairing my Subaru Outback. He was prompt to return my calls, and was so patient with me. I am then the of person who has a lot of questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly and happily. When I dropped the car off, Gary took me around the car, marking every external piece that needed repair or replacement while explaining there could be more once the shop was able to disassemble the vehicle. I was given an accurate estimate of how long the repairs could take. Gary explained that supply chain challenges affect time in the shop and we were subject to part availability and shipping times. Gary kindly kept me updated every step of the way, which was helpful for managing my insurance rental coverage. Originally, Gary told me the job could take 3-6 months. After all was said and done, it took two months from start to finish. I appreciate the effort Caliber made to get my car back on the road in a timely fashion.My car now looks brand new, and I couldn t be happier with the work. I will not hesitate to use Caliber Collision s Kennewick location in the future and will recommend them to my friends.Thank you, Gary and the rest of the team at Caliber. I am so happy with this job well done!

I am pleased with the results of my car being painted and fixed and for the customer service that they gave me. Also, they kept in touch with me all the time which I knew what was happening and I was able to get my car a week earlier than they said, it would be done. Thank you caliber for your beautiful work.

The work they performed was flawless. It was a smooth transition from start to finish. They even vacuumed the inside of the car before returning it! I was provided with updates and was very happy with the outcome

I had some work done on a mid 2000;s GTO, a car not easy to obtain parts for. Caliber did a great job fixing it. Eric, the estimator, kept me informed during the entire process with texts and phone calls when needed. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I was blown away with the service I received. From the time I walked through the door they were very friendly and professional. Attention to detail could be better. My wife had an accident in her 2021 Toyota Highlander. Being new to the area we were not familiar with and particular shop, so we went on the recommendation of USAA, our insurer. Communications while the vehicle was in shop were timely and frequent. Our main disappointment is in the repair itself. We continue to have one quarter panel which comes loose quite regularly. The shop blames Toyota and tells us that the fasteners on the Toyota parts "do that sometimes". We've had 13 Toyotas and never had a body panel come loose. Next was the hood they placed on the car. It is not super noticeable but, the hood does not sit like a factory hood. After several adjustments, we now just live with it. Lastly, one of two steel cross members under the hood is not even painted to match the car, as is everything else under the hood. We didn't notice this until a few months after leaving the shop when I had to change the oil in the car. All in all, it was a quality repair that is a notch or two below best in class.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would never use this place again. Attention to detail was low. Our car location was attached to our phone located our car at various locations. Including Walmart in Pasco. It was all denied but the miles and fuel left in the car said otherwise.

For anyone looking for a body shop to get repairs done, I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I took my car in about a month ago because my car was involved in a hit and run accident. The person working on my car was Erik he was very helpful and professional and kept me updated the whole time my vehicle was in the shop. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on and I really appreciate his help. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend !

Had a minor fender bender in our 10 year old Buick Enclave, and through our insurance (Progressive) were recommended to use Caliber Collision. Took a month or so to get in (Our car was usable in the mean time), and then several weeks to work through the claim and get parts and so on. Caliber discovered damage that was unseen to the untrained eye, and worked to obtain only OEM or better parts for the repairs (it was a front end collision, so we needed new radiator, air conditioner condenser, mounts and brackets, a new grill, and entire front bumper assembly, just to name some of the repair). Paint match was impeccable and workmanship was top notch. Salesperson Gary Rose was professional, friendly, and straightforward, and always available to give us an update or discuss issues, the entire experience was fantastic! We had an issue with the transmission and its cooler system several days after getting the car back, but Caliber, and Gary, were right on top of the issue and took care of the problem and My Wife and I, by providing a rental to get home after the car was put in the shop. I cannot say enough about this business and their professionalism, a trait sorely missing from our society today. If I owned a business, I would want a business model and a man out front like Gary to hold it to the highest standards. Caliber, you are a winner when we needed one! This place is fantastic. Very reliable. The car repair was wonderful and looked brand new. Extraordinary people and place. They kept me informed the entire time they had my car. I was quoted 2 months out for them to start my car repairs by insurance. They had me in and going in a few weeks. It a bad situation like a cat accident. These are the types of people you need. I really wish they did oil changes and stuff. I would never take my car anywhere else. Good job guys!
