Website said the part I needed was in stock so I headed down. After being referred to as a man(I'm a tall woman) a couple times before finally being told they don't actually have the part and I should try one of their competitors. Cool, I will.

Came in on a Saturday and it was rather busy but they had plenty of people working so it didn't take long. Customer service was great. I purchased a battery and was able to have it installed right away.

On about the day of March 14th 2024 went to this location to AutoZone to purchase oil for vehicle specifically to quart - asking specifically what type of oil is recommended to 4 GM I was told by representative Valvoline after leaving the store I was given an off-brand STP I called the store back and explained what had happened the person on the telephone said mobile or Pennzoil

Quick in and out. I had already pulled up the part I needed on my phone prior to going there to make sure they had it, and so I could just show them exactly what I needed rather than play 20 questions. Employees were nice and friendly.

This place has some people who, according to their managers, are very despotic. If they have a bad day, they don't come to work or do their job because we ask for nothing for free, very bad service from the employees.

Was having battery problems, took my vehicle to get battery checked. Eric helped us out. Put the tester on it and battery was bad. Asked if they can replace the battery locally. He took care of it immediately. Under 10mins. Great service!

Our first interaction was with Evan we need it a bearing for my SUV they only had one at the store so he try to help us the best he could by ordering the part we need it for our SUV and said to come back at 530pm the will leave the box with they had there with my name write on it so they know "it was someones"We went back at 540pm the kid who helped us was new and he was taking forever then I will guess (the manager) a nice young lady noticed we had been waiting for maybe 10/15 minutes and she send someone else to look for the parts I had ordered. They find one but the other one was nowhere to be found.Then this young lady went and try to look for it but she couldn't find it either so she told me that most likely they had misplaced or sold it already.The customer service from Evan and the young lady was good the other kid was kinda slow and he didn't know what he was doing I was not too pushy about it because it look like he was new.But I'm very disappointed that I waited all that time just for the other piece to be sold or misplaced.

I love coming to this auto zone! The staff is always so nice and always wanting to help especially being a young women they don t take advantage and help with things and they don t make you buy the expensive stuff either. They also help installing brake lights and windshield wipers! So nice

If i could I would leave a ZERO star review.. i went in today to make a return at the Kennewick 1220 W 4th Ave location and ANITA (the worst Autozone employee that i hope i never encounter again) was was so rude and unhelpful and all she kept telling me was I dont know to my questions, it was like speaking to a brick wall. I showed her my Autozone account purchase history on my phone since i didnt have my receipt and the items i was trying to return were clearly on there and still had warranty on them and ive made multiple returns this way and for some reason she couldnt find that information on her computer despite me showing her on my phone..i asked why she couldnt find it and all she kept telling me was I dont know . Such unprofessional responses from her so After a while of more i dont knows i got frustrated and walked away quietly and she yelled out loud as i was walking away to have a good day with the dont let the door hit you on the way out tone..It was so humiliating and I will never go back to the 4th Ave location it was the most horrible experience ive had with Autozone. I ended up going to the 4911 W Clearwater location and JR there successfully helped me with my return he was so helpful! His Customer Service was phenomenal compared to ANITAS and goes to show that Autozone is not a bad store but its certain employees customer services that reflects poorly on Autozone as a whole.

Wow so I call and have a question about borrowing tools after buying new break pads and the Manager hops on the phone for 1 second and says we don t let people use our tools and LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!! Funny thing I call right back and the manager that picked up lies and said oh I m a manager but the other one just left,, after hanging up on a customer are you kidding me???? I just can t..

Came to pickup up my online order and the line was nearly out the door. As I finally reached the counter the associate scanned my pickup barcode and my order was not ready even when I was notified i was ready. The staff has young workers with no sense of urgency.

Ordered an alternator, get home and the old holes are stripped out. I call and ask if they have a replacement in stock, dude on the phone says yes. I drive 35 min back to store and deal with returning their "quality reman" alternator, only to be told that they don't have it in stock anymore and need to order it and it will be here in the morning. So drive another 35 min home to turn around and drive another 35 min both ways tomorrow. O no I'd rather pay someone else double. I'd give them a zero if I could.

Personally I don't like AutoZone because they don't give rush time warranties on anything that they sell O'Reilly's on the other hand they give lifetime warranties on spark plugs anything everything they sell is got a lifetime warranty and if you plan on owning your car for a long time then that's what you need to go to O'Reilly's

I am a home health nurse on contract here in Kennewick. I was out seeing patients today and my battery died. A kind stranger help me jumpstart my car and my husband and bestie told me to go to AutoZone and they would take care of me. That is exactly what Luis T. did in 100� weather with a battery that did not want to come out. He popped the new one in and half an hour later I was on my way. Thank you Autozone and thank you Luis T.

I've been to 2 different stores and both times the employees seem indifferent since I was asking for different items; and they "don't carry that here". Ok, I'm off the the competition and I found my items. They maybe good for motor parts etc, but not for me

On Tuesday March 29, 2022 I was stuck right across the street with a dead battery. I went in and bought a jump starter for $150 but it had to be charged up it was a long few hours of wait time. Salvador (Manager) assisted me and offered to give me a jump. We were able to get the truck started though the jump starter wasn t fully charged. It was such a beautiful day with me being stuck at the car wash but just a simple act of kindness goes a long way and honestly made things better the rest of my evening. I really appreciate you Salvador and most of all thanks for being Professional.

2/19/2023Today I went to these two auto parts and they disappointed me when I entered the store and I waited for them to attend me. I showed the screen shot and part number, it is a dorman fuel heater element 904-210 for a 1999 f350 7.3 and he told me we don't have it, here it is at the auto zone store in pasco and i showed him again a screen shot that is available in store 1220 w 4 kennewick ave he told me we don't have it here go to pasco and i go to the auto zone in pasco and ask for the part and they tell me they have it in kennewick i told them in kennewick they sent me here and i left the store and called the auto store zone 4 ave. kennewick and they made me wait 15 minutes and I had to hang up because they left me waiting in line what a bad service from their employees and the part still says on the web is in stock in store at 1220 4 ave in kennewickyesterday I buy on parts in auto zone in Richland wa

I am 100% satisfied! Courteous, personable, took time to explain things to me, made small talk that made me comfortable. I left with a huge weight off my shoulders as to what to do next. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.
