We pay monthly unlimited for both of our vehicles and enjoy having clean vehicles anytime we want for an excellent value. The employees are all excellent and they hand dry your vehicle! Sometimes multiple vacuums get plugged, a nuisance, but if you wait, they'll fix them. This is the best deal in town and they are open 7 days a week.

Ok, listen up people, this is the best deal around town $20 for an unlimited car wash for a month and they do a GREAT job! Thank you Hobbs for coming out to help us. He explained to us that if we decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash that all we would have to do is pull up to the gate to which it would read our plates and then the gate will open. How nice is that! I don't know about you but i love driving a nice clean car it does make my day better. So to know that anytime I'm in town now i can pull up and get my car washed and it will fill like free ! I'm sorry i didn't catch her name but she helps me pull my car forward everytime don't worry next time i will get her name. So then to go thru the wash and then to have it dried by Carlos is great. Oh, i wanted to mention it looked like Carlos broke his leg or has some sort of fraction because he had a leg brace on, and good for him to still be out there yet working! We need more people like him in this world what an inspiration he is! (I pray he gets better ) I just love this place! So i read another review here and it said they have free vacuuming for 5 min. I never knew that, so maybe they should advertise that as well. I'm not sure how well they work but I will definitely try it out on my next visit and get back to you. Until then please take advantage of this $20 unlimited car wash, This place is highly recommended! PLEASE, STAY OFF YOUR PHONES, AND DRIVE SAFE!

Not what I expected nor what the description said for full interior detail. Cup holder dirty, trash in the rails baby s milk still on the leather seat floor mats look badI catch some of it while I was there but when I got home and fully inspected it was badI m glad I decided to hold off on scheduling my other vehicle until I saw how this one was handled.On the good side staff is really nice and welcomingService: Auto detailing

Went to get my Subaru detailed, and it was a really great price!! Everything was very clean and smelled amazing. It was about several hours (10-2ish), but my car was very clean and spotless. Service was amazing! I didn t wait there, but there was a waiting area with chairs and some vending machines if you wanted to wait. It was $211 total. Would go back!!

There's is nothing better if you have to go to town than driving a clean car! That just makes my day even better. So while headed off to Ranch and home to deliver toys for tots, i passed autobahn Auto Car and thought, man, i need to stop in, and I'm glad i did because they did a fabulous job!! I couldn't imagine doing what they do out in the cold having to pre wash or, even at the end, having to dry the car! It was the best $9.00 i spent this holiday season, i also gave them some peanut brittle that i love to make for this holiday season. They were so appreciative. I really love that about people. We really need to be appreciative of people, because just remember... they didn't have to! Hope you go get your car washed. This place is highly recommended and I'll be back! I'm not the one shade or salt on other organizations but I have used Bush car wash another car wash that have brushes that chipped my paint ripped off my front license plates or put swirls in my paint job Autobahn uses chemicals and their fiber brushes are more suitable for my car yes the Richland Autobahn they did some upgrading and there's more accessible to when you pull into their Lanes they have a license plate reader another form of Auto recognition it works better with your car my main Autobahn that I attend is Kennewick because they also have a quick service there for oil changes Lubes and what have you I suffered a brain freeze my last oil change and instead of going to Autobahn I want to Walmart which is okay but I like going to organization one location and I choose not to go to the dealership where I purchase my vehicle because they are way more expensive

Great service, and fast oil changes. Their waiting room is nice. Car wash is great and I used the detail center for the first time for a quick Pit Stop clean. It was worth every penny!

Can t recommend their detailing department, and I will certainly not be going back.I booked a full detail at their soonest time slot (a month away) and was very excited. I picked up my car and payed but noticed the two gentlemen who helped me had blood shot eyes. I thought whatever they like weed, cool.Received my car and I gave it a quick inspection and I was very disappointed.The interior was just ok but the seats and headliner still needed some work.The car still had bugs on the front end. I found tar, light scratches and the paint itself wasnt very shiny.The manager said he wanted to make it right so I left the car for a second day.He gave one of my headlights a restore for free and offered 10% off the detail which I declined. I just wanted them to detail the car properly.Picked up the car and noticed the front end looked the same only there was while residue all over from the headlight restoration.What a joke.

This is a great place to get your car washed! You pay one price (based on your preferences) and can go in as often as you want each month. I got a new white car last year, so this has really come in handy. They do a good job, too.

We have had the Monthly wash through Autobahn for a while and would definitely recommend it to anyone.Definitely the best place to get your car washed they have great vacuum that actually sucks up stuff unlike some other local places .Great employees as well!!!!!!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Thorough 360� completion of oil change and free wash from experienced staff. Fabulous detail center. Excellently air conditioned waiting lounge with coffee, reading, cold drinks, and snacks. Best full-service around!

My go-to place to get my oil changed!I had a great experience today where my car was shouting at me to change my oil, but when I arrived, they let me know I still have 4k miles to go and sent me on my way with my oil topped off for free! They went out of their way to give that information. They could have done the service, and I would have never known. Amazing!Every time I've been here, the mechanics have been so down-to-earth and polite. 100/10

I got my moms 2017 Subaru Outback detailed at Autobahn for Mother s Day and when I picked it up all I can say is it looked brand new, she s taken care of it but what a difference their express detail made, she almost cried when she saw it. The guys that work there are VERY thorough and it is well worth the money. I am taking my care there next!Service: Auto detailing

I'm updating my original review. I wished I could give MORE stars than 5! I took my SUV in for an interior detail. Beautiful job! And I think the price was very fair. Why does it always feel like your car drives better when it's clean??!! 7/15/23Finally a carwash worth the price!!! I got the $10 wash because I've had such a bad experience at Mister Carwash. I wanted to be sure my SUV came clean. The attendants used a pre wash on the front of my SUV. Then followed up with a brush to get all of the bugs off of the grill, windshield, and mirrors. As I exited the wash, an attendant wiped down my SUV so as not to leave waterspots. The tires and wheels were so clean I didn't need to wipe them off AND best of all it got the entire back clean. Hands down the best carwash in Tri Cities. I would definitely consider a monthly pass.

My vehicle came back detailed absolutely immaculate. I also had them detail under the hood - wonderful. The 12 year old vehicle looked show room. The price for the work they did was very reasonable. I have a terrible experience here. I find my front windshield is braking with about 30 cm from left boundary to mid center position. However, they claim that this is caused by original crack point which is caused by road debries before I coming. They do not show me the video, and disagree to pay anything.I can confirm I do not have any cracking and cracking point before I coming.God. I will not use this car washer again.

Second time I've brought a vehicle here to detail and they did a fantastic job the first time so I was confident using them again. Seats are still dirty and I paid for a full interior detail that includes a vacuum/shampoo. Doesn't look like my Passenger seat was even touched.On top of that, they threw the still wet WeatherTech floor mats in the dirty truck bed. Now I have to clean those off before I can put them back in. Not something you should have to do after you pay $200 for a service.Employees were super nice so that's always a plus but they dropped the ball where it really counts.Service: Auto detailing

I brought my vehicle in for a full interior cleaning and it was in sad shape. 3 years of hauling kids and dogs and road trips had taken a number on my poor cars interior. It needed a deep in the crevices and under the floor mats kind of cleaning and I was initially uncertain how thorough they would be. I have to say i was really happy with the results, and I am fairly picky when it comes to my standards of clean. They cleaned all those hard to reach places I was skeptical of whether they would get to or not. The glove box, the headliner, inside the seat pockets, really everything was cleaned well.In addition, my wallet happened to go missing the same day of the cleaning and when I reached out to the team the next day, they were very thorough and helpful in trying to determine if it had been lost there and took my call seriously. I ended up finding it myself in our other vehicle, but based on their responses to me I feel confident if it had been lost there it would have been safely returned to me.Nice team, good results! Can't ask for much more.

I brought my car to Autobahn for shampooing and ozone treatment for a cat urine accident that happened inside my poor car. I have cloth seats and the smell was awful. These guys did a great job shampooing and they were super thorough with the ozone odor treatment and even did a pit stop cleaning of the dash, center console, etc. They only charged me $65 and even told me I could bring it back in for them to ozone treat it again if the smell wasn t gone. I actually did end up taking that opportunity and they totally kept their word and did it free of charge! Let me bring it in the very next morning after calling. David was incredibly kind and understanding and did a fantastic job. Blake was super nice and helpful on the phone. I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation! I believe I even got a voucher good for one car wash attached to the info tag for shampooing! I've been here a few times. This is a touch less car wash the wheel locks grab ahold of your cars tires and pulls you through on a track until you reach the end. They have free vacuums available to use after the wash. The sign says 5 minutes only but as long as it's not crowded they generally don't say anything to you if you go over the limit. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.

Changed the price from 18$ to 25$ but came with a charge for 30$ did a wipe down with missed spots every where , just a bit disappointing was expecting a bit more effort and clarity on how much it would be to clean my work rig.
