This mechanic is very shady. I am not sure if he was the owner or an employee. Started pouring coolant to my car without asking if I want to pay for it (later charged me high). There was a leak and the car coolant was dripping off which was making the car engine hot- I gave him this information. He looked at it and said "oh there is a leak in the water pump somewhere near timing belt" and charged me $50 for just saying that and $20 for selling me two gallons of coolants which he mixed with distilled water. He also asked $600 for repairing the leak the next day and an additional $200 if I want to fix it on the same night. I stopped at this shop to check if I can drive for next two hours with this leak and reach home. But he pretended as if it is big danger. It wasn't that bad because I drove one hour to stop at this shop just with water instead of coolant. I listened to my gut and left this shady shop. Guess what? I reached home safely without any trouble.

MIKE IS THE MAN!!!!I d give him 100 stars if I could. He literally saved us our hero! We had our diesel boxtruck Betsy break down on the highway near Pasco while we were on the way to work and event at the Gorge Amphitheater. Luckily, we were able to get it safely parked on a nearby street.We spent a whole day trying to figure out what happened ourselves and then I found Mike on Google. He had some stellar reviews so I called him for his professional opinion.Hw was able to come right away. When he arrived, he promptly started testing all the different parts of the engine that could have been the culprit. Within 10 minutes of getting there, he was able to find the issue and resolved it for us. He also took a look at the rest of the vehicle and offered advice for what upcoming maintenance would be needed.Getting our big box truck towed to a shop would have costed an arm and a leg, so we were really grateful that he came to us!Cool dude and fair prices.Thanks Mike!

It's a backalley shop not impressive to see but he went the extra mile for a fabrication job that a few people turned me down on and a couple of others were ridiculous in price he also called me to asl if he could take time out and he wouldn't be done on quoted time of 2 or 3 o'clock to help a stranded family on the side of the highway with a serpentine belt gone and he was still done with my car by 430 at a great price

Let's see, It looks like there just isn't enough stars to color in. Mike has provided automotive service to me and my entire family for several years now. From minor non-emergencies, to major problems where he had to come ASAP with a tow vehicle. I feel a lot safer knowing that Mike is available anytime just in case I have a sudden brake down, flat tire, broken mirror, dead battery - any kind of problem with my car, help is just a phone call away, So thank you Mike!

Honestly was a little skeptical at first. But Mike helped us get our Audi back on the road:). We had a coolant leak and couldn't move the car without it overheating, so we called Mike and he was able to come to our residence and fix the issue. Few days later we still had a coolant leak but on a different part of the hose. Went to Mike again, and he fixed it right then and there no charge! Thank you Mike once again! I would say the only thing you'd have to work on was managing your time better/have better communication with customers when u are running behind so your business becomes even more successful. Thank you once again

Gone to Mike twice now for two vastly different cars and issues. Both times got me in same day within a couple hours of calling. Fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and reliable. Will absolutely keep coming to Mike for my car issues.Editing to add; there was an issue Mike himself couldn t resolve and instead of just sending me on my way to figure it out, he was gracious enough to give me the contact info of another guy he s known for a long time that could help me. Rhoads muffler to be exact. With the help of both these local shop owners I was able to get my issues resolved at an affordable rate in a very reasonable time frame. Absolutely amazing service and again, I will continue to come see Mike for my car issues.

Sedan had aweful screeching sound when turning corners, mike was prompt to diagnose and fix the issue at affordable pricing. Highly recommend his services

Michael came to my place to diagnose my Suzuki XL7 as I'd had some minor electrical/ignition issues. Turns out the spark plugs needed changing, and the fuel filter needed replacing. He was upfront about all the costs involved, and as he uses Square Services for billing, payment was very easy (I've used it before). He knows Jack, the former owner of Superior Auto Body very well, whom I've done business with in the past. Brought the XL7 into the shop last Monday and turnaround was very quick. I'm a bit disabled with a bad spine, but I have learned a few things about cars and I am satisfied that Michael knows his stuff. Very happy to work with an independent small business, and yes, his rates are lower than the bigger shops. Some repairs I can do when the weather isn't so hot.. I am glad that this very professional man can help me out when I can't do certain things.And just as I said in my review at Jack's Superior Auto Body, shame on you reviewers trying to pull flim-flams. I've lived in this area since 1978, and I'm not impressed with that kind of scummy behavior from folks that haven't been here as long. Stop it.

Came to fix my ac. 10min of work and 1hour sitting in his truck on the phone. Then he said it's compressor. Charging me for hour and helf. 167$ per hour for doing nothing and fixing none. A This robber took 384$ and said I could take more if I drive to shop for no reason.

The radiator on our truck cracked on the Saturday before Memorial Day. We are from western Oregon and were in a panic as to how to get back home. Michael was the only person we could get a hold of. Excellent work, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this small business to anyone in the Tri-Cities area. Mike I think his name is he came diagnosed my car everything went well I paid him for his diagnosis it was 50 a fair price he told me it was the timing belt I asked how much to fix he said 699.24 with parts included but he needed 200 for parts up front he gave me receipts for the diagnosis and the 200 up front and said he would be back in about 3days 2 fix my car it's been 2weeks he dosent pick up my calls and I have a broken down car and down 200 bucks. That's why I would not recommend this service with that said enter on ur own risk

Very professional, prompt arrival, and extremely friendly! Fixed my coolant thermostat, in under an hour, for a very reasonable price! Better service than I ve received from any other mechanic, in the Pasco area! Highly recommend!!!

Contacted them on Saturday for a AC recharge . And scheduled an appointment for Monday 12:30. Showed up 10 minutes early no one was there. Texted him and no response.
