Best euro shop around town! Very honest and reasonably priced and excellent service and the techs are cool they let me check out my vehicle while it was on the bay and watch them work a little and talk about cars and teach me a few things! Will be going back for all my service needs thanks again guys

The owner is incredibly honest. I had a couple questions and he told me he could do the work but gave me another mechanic who specializes in what I was looking for. Didn t have to do that, but did. When I need work done in the future for our other vehicles his honesty won t be forgotten. Thank you Aaron!

brought my jetta here after going in circles with my local mechanic (yakima) for 6+ months. first the issue was X, then it was Y. total quote for repairs was in the thousands. i finally gave up and set up an appointment after hearing through the grapevine how good they were & that they specialized in european vehicles. issue wound up being much simpler (and easier on the budget) than my local guy told me and it took less than two hours to fix. two!! hours!! absolutely unheard of in yakima to get a part replaced in that amount of time. i know i will travel every single time from now on. they were also *so* understanding when i called and said i'd be 15-20 minutes late due to weather between yakima & kennewick. literally no shop like them on earth i swear.

Scott and his crew did us a major favour by getting us in very fast when our a/c compressor failed. We are from Canada and my family and i were on an 11,000 mile trip across the U.S.. Temperatures reached 113 degrees when we passed through the Palm Springs area and with no a/c the trip would have been over. Thanks to Scott we had an amazing trip and i tell everyone i talk to now about the great people we met in your country .hats off to Americans ..other countries could take some lessons from you Service: A/C installation & repair

We have been taking our vehicles (British, American, German) to Allied Automotive for several years, and never been disappointed with their service. They are honest, professional, and courteous. Whenever we have had the need for emergency service on one of our vehicles Scott has always tried to accommodate. My husband and I GREATLY appreciate Scott and the Allied staff - thanks for all you do. We've been taking our Mercedes & Volkswagens here for years.It's rare to find a shop that is totally honest, like these guys. They'll tell you what is needed now, and what can be deferred. They shop parts to get the best prices, like they were spending their own money. They diagnose, rather than just slapping parts on the car to see if that takes care of it. And they know these German cars, inside out.They really are the ONLY place, in the Tri-Cities, I'd take my family's cars.

I have a European made vehicle. I got my oil changed at Allied. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my service done on my vehicle. They do excellent work and the staff are educated in all aspects of working on my vehicle.

I Had been struggling with several cel on a 2011 tdi jetta for 6+ months no matter what i did couldnt resolve any of them, finally decided to just put it in the shop and these guys had it back on the road after just a few days, great communication, reasonable pricing, highly recommended will come back if I ever have further issues with this car

Scott and the rest of the staff here are wonderful. Great mechanics at very good prices. They service most vehicles and will take the time to explain what needs fixed and what does not. Allied will not try to upsell you on extra unnecessary work. If you are looking to take your car with a problem for a fix, look no further. This place is excellent!

Did excellent work for me several times until they didn't. Kept my car 2 months. Said they changed the transmission 3 times and it was bad the 3X. Not sure is even possible?Don't they buy tested transmissions? Feel they were not truthful and maybe didn t really work on my car? Or misdiagnosed? I don't know. They didn t fix the car.Also they did not do good communicating with me. It was like pulling teeth.Service: Transmission replacement

Took my car to two places before Allied and they were useless. Within a couple hours of dropping my car off here, Scott found the problem and fixed it. They do good work and only charge you for work they actually do. So happy I found out about them and will come back for any auto work I need done.

Definitely will get my return business. After being what I feel as docked around by the dealership on service charging me $150 to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong especially since my check engine light was not on. Then was told I could bring it in but at the end of the month. I called Allied they 1st got me in right away and then found the problem and fixed it fast and gave me a fair price. I really liked the customer service and so far great work. Thank you Allied I truly appreciate your honesty, integrity, and service.

Took my SUV here a few times, great experience every time. I've lived all around the country and know when a mechanic is trying to take you and when they are being honest. Allied is honest! They have good communication, fair prices on repairs and I never felt like they were trying to overcharge or fix stuff that didn't need fixing. I had them repair a broken electric window motor, plugs and wires, fixed a finicky Ford abs code that other mechanics in the area quoted over $1k to fix. I even had them replace seals on the rear end that were leaking. Everything was done when they said it would be done. The thing that sucks is that I moved away and they are too far for me to drive to for repairs.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I recently had an issue with my ABS (braking system) and needed my car fixed right away. I got in touch with Allied and they said to bring it in the next day; I dropped it off to their helpful and friendly service manager Scott at 8 AM, heard from him with a diagnosis by 11 AM, and my car was fixed and ready for pickup by 1 PM! I was absolutely *floored* at the speed of service, and the cost was far less than I had expected!This isn t the first time I ve used Allied Automotive, and it certainly won t be the last. If you re searching for a place you can trust your vehicles to, trust them to Allied!

I love everything about Allied Automotive! They are wonderful, skilled, respectful, honest mechanics. I highly recommend. The only reason I wouldn't recommend them is that when you find out their awesomeness, you will go there. And tell your friends about them. Then it will take longer for me to get my car fixed....They are truly first rate.

I went to a different mechanic and diagnostics cost about $160 and they stated that they think they know the problem and it is likely to cost ~$2000 to fix. I went to Allied Automotive through "word of mouth" and they did diagnostics with minimal interventions and somehow the car was fixed. These people are probably the most honest and fair mechanics I know and I recommend them without reservation.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was able to get my car in quickly and they not only looked at my car and ran diagnostics, but they fixed it that day as well! I was initially hesitant to get it fixed because it is a European vehicle, but they really knew what they were doing. The prices were competitive with the other place I took it, but I was much happier with the work done here. After an hour or two of driving around town, my check engine light went off after being on for months after getting work done somewhere else. I am so pleased.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Me and my family love this place. Scott always gives me a call when he finds out what is wrong with my car and warns me about prices before making any fixes. He lets me know if things need to be done right away, or if i can get away with waiting a little longer so i can plan for what i need to pay for in the future. His honesty is refreshing. I have never had a bad experience, and will never take my car anywhere else!

We had Allied inspect a car before we bought it and they were less expensive than other repair shops. Ad we just had them do our front brakes and rotors for $175 less than Les Schwab quoted me. Pretty significant savings. Scott at the front desk is a great communicator and they got both jobs done quickly. Highly recommend them!

They have worked on my Volkswagen Passat multiple times, and I can say nothing but great things. They are always honest and true, which can be very rare. They use quality and reliable parts, and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

If you guarantee your work for a period of time and you leave town and you're still within that "warranty" period you're kind of screwed paying for the new repair to the old repair that was done originally from Allied Auto at your expense. I had work done back in mid-March and it's now mid-June, a mere 4,000 miles later. The problem I am having now with the transmission currently mimics the exact problem that existed prior to me coming in to Allied for the first time . I really wanted to trust and believe in Scott and his team (come to find out Scott didn't do any of the work himself, so it wasn't made clear to me on what the repairs exactly were when I called him to let him know I was stranded in Spokane). We both do know that no parts were needed except for a nut, clamp and/or piece of electrical tape I'm guessing (who knows), so there would be any part warranty at any rate.. I guess it would be called just good old customer service/satisfaction warranty assuring they have your back in case things go arise from the work performed a measly 3 months prior. I did some research on good transmission places in Spokane and I really hope it doesn't surmount to me paying an arm and a leg for a service I had already paid for 3 months ago. It wasn't a tremendous expense originally ($243 and some change), but it amounts to basic common sense. Whatever cost is incurred by the new repair done to the old repair at any shop in Spokane, you, Allied Auto would cover up to $243.00 of the cost for the new repair.Update:I am so grateful to have found an honest repair shop here in Spokane that performed the necessary work (diagnostic, inspection, parts and labor) to fix it properly without cutting any corners all for $109.00 (thank you Valley Transmission)!!! After a few phone calls, Allied Auto stood up to the plate to take care of the expense. Thank you

Absolutely the best shop we've ever been too. Not only is the workmanship second to none but YOU CAN TRUST THESE GUYS! I just cant say enough good things about the shop, Caleb, Scott and crew. I highly recommend Allied Automotive. My family will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for keeping our cars running all these years.
