I have had a few different repairs done on my truck through All City Transmission and I've been very happy with their customer service, reasonable turn around times, and good honest workI recently had my transmission rebuilt and so far so good! Its good to have confidence in someone, especially when prices for parts and labor aren't cheap! I know the jobs going to get done right and that makes giving them my business that much easier. Thanks guys!

All City was able to get our car in the next day and fixed the transmission within a week. This is after it sat at another shop for a month. They were professional, provided similar estimates to what we had received and fixed our car quickly. Really appreciated their service.

I have a 2005 Subaru Forester that was having an all wheel drive issue. I had to install a fuse to over ride the AWD and have been driving around in front wheel drive only. Took it in and they were able to locate the solenoid and replace it. Car is back to AWD again which is important since it s going to go to a new driver. Highly recommend them and if you have a Subaru with torque bind take it to them, they can get you all fixed up.

It is incredibly hard to find trustworthy people in the world of mechanics. After having dealt with the owner for a couple months (we had an extremely complex and unusual issue) and having spent lots of time talking about the issues we faced, I can say with absolute certainty that these are people you can trust. The vehicle was repaired and back on the road, couldn t be happier!

Called, received a quote, and set an appointment. While they had the car they frequently kept my up to date on the progress. Picked the car up and the charge was a bit less than the quote. The results of the work was to have a smooth running transmission on my 2008 Cadillac CTS. Highly recommend All city Transmission.

I have a VW camper similar to a Sprinter van and I live in Maryland. I blew a transmission cooling line between Kettering WA and Hood River Oregon and it smoked the transmission no fluid. At first I took it to the dealer they wanted nothing to do with it then I found All City and they fixed it New pump etc. This was approximately 2 months ago, I didn t want to write the review without putting some serious miles on the transmission. After running up and down the Cali-Oregon coast I m now back in Maryland approximately 4000 miles later, the transmission is shifting perfectly and there is no fluid loss. There are a lot of fly by night transmission shops out there, I got lucky finding them. I would pay the extra tow-fees to get my vehicle to them rather than having a compromised rebuilt transmission. Fianc� took vehicle in asking for estimate on a new transmission. Mechanics stated transmission is great but you need a control module. she trusted their expertise based on reviews. Got the module put in same issues. Take it back a couple days later and mechanics say it s the transmission. I rarely right a complaint and it takes a lot for me to think people are not having good intentions. Our personal take on this company was very scummy trying to squeeze extra money out of customers looking for non issues.

They may be good mechanics, but I could never experience their expertise. Office wouldn't return calls, voice-mail, or emails. Ended up going to their lot after a week & 1/2 and retrieving my rig. They never did diagnosis my rig. Sorry, but the support staff needs some customer service training!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

AMAZING staff and amazing quality of work. We brought our Nissan in because it had a number of funny sounds. They diagnosed the issues quickly and got it completely repaired in a matter of a few days.Jen at the front desk is easily one of the kindest people I've met, and the techs are incredibly knowledgeable. You can really tell they take pride in their work and we feel great knowing our vehicle is in good hands.We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here in the future. Not only are we supporting local, we're supporting great people who love what they do. Being an avid hotrodder I chose all city because I am a commercial driver and go by there 5 days a week.I took my 4L60 to them,it was delivered to them no vehical,or scheduling issues that I had .Bill the tech is an outstansing artisan in his trade ,if not the cleanest workmanship,as the year is 2020.Youre not going to find better or equal.Stay after them; I was quoted a finished hot rod transmission with the top of the line parts after 3 weeks.Then, right before I needed it to be done the price jumped considerably,by 800.00. Also,you have to ask them for paint if you want that on your unit.The front desk nice lady gets overwelmed by the business and crybabies coming in,so she spaces out on giving out written price estimates after all they ate the only shop that does good work as I'm told..Insist on a price as time in writing.4 stars only because of this.My transmission has been in my wifes car now several weeks and I've worked the bugs out my self with out calling Bill back.Drives and runs smooth,extremely fast.Pricing on Full hotrod parts and labor 32 per cent higher than national average/ having a race transmission sent to you from out of state,in my experience.Thank you All City Transmissions.

Great service, great staff and very fair priced repairs. I absolutely recommend All City Transmission. They were able to handle my repairs for far below what I was expecting and they kept me updated throughout the process. Great company!

Transfer case had blown out while driving into Kennewick WA. It was late on a Friday night. Diagnosed it as the transfer case. Asked the local Les Schwab who in town does good transmission work. The guy I was working with said All City Transmission. I called All City Transmission and was told to drop it off Monday and they would Squeeze me in. Located a good used transfer case brought it with me when dropping off the truck. All City Transmission was great Awesome and got it in and I was back on the road Tuesday afternoon heading home. Made it home with no problems. Thank you again to Bill and his wife for such professional service. I recommend them to anyone. Thank You Darryl Henry.

Took my 7.3 into this shop with some "Shifting" issues so I thought. The Owner Bill I believe was his name took the time to talk with me to get a little bit of a back story of the truck. Upon talking with me and taking it on a test drive he had previous experiences with the truck that would cause my "shifting" trouble that had nothing to do with the trans. I ended up following through with his recommendations to fix it and it worked. I would go to these guys 100% of the time for any transmission fixes any of your vehicles have. That is what I will be doing. Super honest people and very good service!

My family has two very high mile vehicles and so I have made a few stops to All City Transmission. Most of the repairs they have performed for my vehicles have not been transmission related (although they did rebuild one of my transmissions). They have ALWAYS been able to repair my vehicles for significantly less cost than the dealership. They have never given me a reason to doubt their integrity.

Got my date mixed up and showed up a week early. Most places say sorry, see you next week, not All City Transmission! They serviced my subaru and had it done by days end! AMAZING SERVICE! I'm from out of state. I totally blew up.my transmission. They had it built bigger and stronger in 3 days due to the fact that I needed to get home. Pricing was fair and after I left, my truck wouldn't start. They rowed me back. Found out it was the starter. Stayed till 830 at night to get me back on the road. As if that wasn't enough. I was missing the heat sheild. They pulled one off of their own chevy and put it on mine to make sure I didn't have anymore issues. They are so friendly and nice to deal with and treated us great. I can not recommend them enough!

I took my friend with his 95 Camaro in for a transmission flush and while it was on the lift they found the oil pressure sending unit was leaking bad. So I went n bought the part brought it back and they installed it for him for $23.00. Their customer service is GREAT.

Very helpful very kind. Reasonable rate.I broke down when visiting my daughter right before thanksgiving and had to be back in ca. that next week and they found problems and fixed my car the day before I had to be back home.. I Recommend All City Transmission to everybody if you want good honest shop to take your vehicle too.

I took my truck to this shop because it seemed to be searching for gears and shifting in and out of OD. I mentioned that the forums said that the most likely culprits were an accelerator position sensor or electrical interference. The mechanic said he would check it out and let me know if it was that or the transmission needed rebuilt. I spent two weeks waiting to find out what the situation was, only to be told that he had already began rebuilding it without me ever having signed an estimate. Upon receiving my truck, I realized it was still doing what I had taken it to them to fix. When I called a lady I had never spoken with was rude and aggressive and accused me of having done something in the time I had the truck back, or that it was because I hadn't brought it back in two weeks for their service. After a year of letting the truck sit while my father (who I received the truck from) fought stage 4 lung cancer, I decided after his passing to fix his truck and start driving it again. I took the truck to American Transmission and they didn't even have to test the APS to know that it was what was causing my issues, as it was "so obvious." Long story short, save yourself money and take your truck to American Transmission to begin with.

SUPER helpful, Jenny explains things in a easy to understand, down-to-earth way w/o being condescending. Hard working shop, clean, friendly, reliable... what else does one need? The only way All-City could be better is if they worked for free...(but they wouldn't be around long if they did!) Highly recommended.

I have had a couple major repairs done here and couldn t be more satisfied. While I was chasing a noise they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make sure it was fixed correctly the first time, without just throwing parts at it. This is now the only business that I consider when car problems pop up that I don t feel like tackling myself.

Took my transmission in for inspection and full rebuild. Did an excellent job very polite more than reasonable price, i love this plave and will always have them work on my cars! :)
