Outstanding service. My new favorite local car repair place. Took my Toyota Corolla in for an emissions diagnostic and they were thorough and very reasonably priced. Sarah at the front desk was fun to talk with and kept me updated on status of my vehicle. They are closed Fridays but I realized they are a very special place that cares for employees by what I would assume is a 4/10 workweek. That shows a business that is also committed to attracting long-term and happy employees.

Very nice service here. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to drop my car off the next morning. Throughout the day, they kept good communication with me regarding the car s issues and quotes. They were kind to offer me a ride back home and to come pick up the vehicle (car was ready later that afternoon) which was nice since I didn t live far. Overall everyone was friendly and the car is working fine. The mechanic I spoke to was knowledgeable on the parts and car.

Excellent service. Prompt, efficient and courteous. Diagnosed and fixed my problem in two hours. Very inexpensive. Gave me a thorough diagnostics on my vehicle. I strongly recommend ALL Automotive Repair. I would also like to thank them for taking time out of there day on a Friday to meet me at there shop just so that I could have my car back for the weekend. Once again, thank you All automotive for your outstanding service

All Automotive has incredible customer service and communicates extremely well with the customer so they are aware of services rendered and the ones that are needed! The best auto service/repair shop in the TriCities! When it comes to our vehicles, it s hard to know who to trust. I had my vehicle at several shops due to an electrical issue. I just replaced the battery from a local battery shop. No draw was found but they went the extra mile to research and found it to be the wrong battery group. Pete was super helpful and communication was awesome! I will definitely return!!

Very sweet and understanding people! The owner is an awesome guy and very, very nice, and the receptionist Sarah is super awesome and tells you exactly what needs to be done. Got right down to what was wrong with my car.

I was walked thru each item and even shown where I had a brake issue prior to doing any work. I have been using All Automotive on my Chevy truck issues last year and now my "nearly antique" corvette. They diagnose, advise and then let you decide what to prioritize. Another visit and exceeded my expectations again. I really appreciate the honesty and professional recommendations they offer. I have an older GMC with very high mileage and don t want to invest money unless it s worth it. We have been coming to All Automotive for several years now. My wife and I have brought in 3 of our vehicles for various services and repairs (now down to 2 vehicles). Each time they have been professional, courteous and have always explained the extent of repairs that were done or repairs that are being needed. All of their staff is very knowledgeable and have always answered our questions and concerns. They have always been honest and upfront and always turn our vehicles around in a timely manner. I have calculated their hourly labor rate and what they charge is not out of line with other shops and dealers. We would rather give our business to a local shop anyways over a dealership or national chain. We will continue to bring our vehicles here because they know what they are doing, they now know our specific vehicles, they have provided excellent service and they have gotten to know us. I really liked the work and communication with Sarah and her crew. Went in for an ignition issue and they were able to handle it saving me the headache of visiting the dealership. Had an issue recently with 4 wheel drive on my Silverado I got it in and back completely fixed up and reprogrammed in less than 24 hours!! Been servicing any work vehicle I have used as well as personal vehicles for 20+ years. Thanks All Automotive

All Automotive was the best experience I ever had with a shop. Got me scheduled fast, let me drop my rig off overnight, and they were very communicative throughout the experience. My rig appears to be running better before my issue even started. Amazing service. I pulled in and my car died as I knew something just went out (alternator). They were able to get the part and fix the car in 2 hours and get me back on the road. All Automotive is AMAZING!! We had a 1990 car that hasn t ran in 12 years, and they were able to get it going and now runs perfectly! We have taken two vehicles to them now, each turning out 10/10! Highly recommend, and the service crew is so kind, caring, and have a desire to help others, and it shows in their quality service! We will take our vehicles to them all the time! My van started leaking a reddish colored liquid, so I had it diagnosed and repaired. I got in quickly, the people were friendly, and my issue was resolved at a reasonable price. But I most appreciate how considerate they are of us moms. There were toys and books to keep my boys entertained and the staff interacted with and were really kind to them. I was dreading taking a five-year old and two-year old into a mechanic for an unknown amount of time, but they made it as easy as possible. Thank you!
