A Walmart semi (that I was passing) blew out my passenger side back window at 7:30 a.m. My husband called Affordable at 8, glass ordered within minutes and window repaired by 8:30 a.m the next morning. Speedy is an understatement. Also, much less than I thought I d be paying. Very happy and will refer anyone who needs repairs!

Very FAST, got in the next day, then only took maybe 2 hours, VERY professional and GREAT work! Highly recommended very NICE people. $400 for a windshield and installed he also told us that if we find somewhere cheaper, he would work with us. I'm very happy we went with them!!

I price compared between Hermiston and Tricites and they were the lowest even with tax. They did great fast work. Great customer service and friendly. I will suggest them to family and friends. I was taking care of my daughter-in-law's SUV and noticed a chip in the windshield, which was widening, so I called Affordable Windshields and spoke with Dale, who was well-informed.Most insurance companies work with Safelite repair nationwide but Safelite only had a 2.3-star review. So I went to the Safeco site and they had the option to choose my own, and within minutes, Affordable had the authorization. I drove to their office, and after the 30-second wait, the repairman was there. the repair was done in about 20 minutes, including the paperwork, which consisted of signing in three places.

This service was for a replacement for a large windshield for a Newmar Motorhome. The company staff were excellent to work with, in fact were recommended by Safelite to do this special ;job, and they lived up to their commitment. The installed windshield was flawless and looked just like the factory build so I am grateful to them for such a fine job.Service: Installation

I just needed a rock chip repaired and they were fast and affordable! It took me forever to find a place in Kennewick that would even answer their phone and Affordable Windshield's was so great to work with. Really friendly, family owned and operated shop. I got a heat crack all the way around my rear view mirror from the heat and they got me fixed right up. They were very kind when working around my schedule abd came in at a very reasonable price. I wish we had more shots like this. Great job guys!

Wow, the customer service is one of the best experiences ever, I called 3 days ago to see if they could replace my windshield in my 05 Dodge Ram 2500 and ttey got it replaced on time and worked with my schedule, also dodge decided not to put moldings on the top of the windshield and they put one on it and personally it looks way better, it was a very professional and high quality experience, no picture of it cause it s dark out but trust me it s like factory. Will be recommending them to everyone! P.s their name isn t just a name, it s true!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my windshield replaced a couple of weeks ago and I have to say they do good work, getting to the problem now, A week after the windshield was replaced the hood flew up and smashed the new windshield and did considerable damage to the body of the vehicle also. I am not saying that they caused this but they had to open the hood to perform the replacement, if the hood latch was that loose you would think that it would have been noticed and I would have been informed. I again am not saying the quality of the work was sub standard actually it was good. I spoke with the owner and I got the it didn't happen here speech, I would at least have appreciated an acknowledgement. Again I do not have an issue with the quality of the work, I have an issue with the service after the sale.

Never even made a appointment. We were asked for a card number in case we no showed - over the phone. Not a safe practice & that's to cover a $10 parts return fee.Doesn't exactly inspire trust, or give me confidence in their financial stability.

I needed a replacement glass for my 40 Chevy plus I needed a small piece of rubber replaced in window channel.They took care of both items in a very timely manner.I recommend them highly.

I ' ll tell you what I went and broke my back window in my TRUCK and these guys got me in and out in record time with out delay they cleaned up all the glass in the back seat with a mountain of tools and Stuff in the way litteraly nobody outthere cleans up their car before brining it in it dawned on me how much stuff their was in there from summer till now we're talking acoustic guitar, iron tools ,15 tire wrenches and most of those are broke or bent as they are cheap but these guys are #1 killed it knocked it outta the park my windows fixed everything works and for under $200.00 I say very affordable and nessesary ! The service was polite and very knowlegable about the subject of fixing it because I have no idea on this one what to do but bam under an hour ! I had an hours worth of glass to clean up nope gone! Also I got $15 .00 off for writing a review! These guys deserve your business!

Great guys over there and they do good work even on old vehicles that others don't do. Did a great job on my 66 Ford when nobody else would touch it.

First of all they told me to be there at 8:30 and i was the car would be done in about 2 hours. Didn't get it until 12:30 .then I picked it up and the mirror was messed up go down the road the mirror was shaking .took it back and of course it wasn't there fault . Do not go there go to a reputable place.
