Got my oil transmission fluid change done here, was recommended by a friend to come here and their customer service was nice and friendly. The new office guy was really nice and sweet. The whole team was amazing. They told me any thing else that may need done on my car that they noticed and etc. Definitely will be coming back, and I see why my friend recommended coming here! Everyone was amazing.

100/100 Recommend for your services! The price was right! They did a wonderful job and while waiting were extremely friendly! Have your kids with you, no problem they have a nice patch of grass to be outside and play while waiting such a nice bonus! Will continue to be a customer! Thank you guys!

Absolutely NOT somewhere I will ever go again.Took way too long to do the repair, and they were not upfront about a realistic timeline. On top of that, they failed to communicate when they said they would, I had to call every time because they never did.Poor communication, timeliness, and overpriced.When I expressed my disappointment, the manager gave me $100 off and acted like he was doing me a favor. That $100 off is the exact same anyone could print online...On top of all of that, my cruise control didn't work after they got done with their work. I took it back and the technician spent an hour "troubleshooting" and couldn't figure it out. 5 minutes on a forum and I figured it out for them and fixed it myself.Absolutely, 100% will NEVER go here again.

I know nothing about cars, barely know how to drive one. I was having issues and made an appointment to do what Google said needed done. They could have performed the $300 service I asked for and hit me for more after but they took the time to investigate and just fixed the actual problem instead of dragging it out a few hundred dollars at a time. Very good communication and updates along the way and had it done quickly.

These people are great. I had multiple issues I needed to have addressed with my trucks transmision. They did a thorough job and where very personable and reasonably priced. Return customer for sure I will be.

Definitely was not expecting to invest 1200 in my car this week but I came to the best place in Tri! They did a very thorough job on our engine, prices were fair and the staff was awesome. Thanks for getting our Subaru up and running! :)

Had them do the transmission fluid and filter on 21 Silverado 2500HD , 17 Hyundai SantaFe, same price, got both vehicles in right away, Kris at the front counter very helpfull with comic relief, will be back.

I was desperate to get my car fixed. A minor issue I was told from another shop. They just didn t have the equipment to work on a newer vehicle. I called around so many shops in town and no one had the equipment to get the job done. Aamco told me they could. Took my car in. Got it fixed. A couple months later. I start getting check engine lights popping up on and off. I take it back. They couldn t find an issue. Took it to Oreilly s. Turns out I had multiple issues. Gave Aamco the benefit of the doubt, called for a quote. Felt a little expensive, so I called around. Found someone charging me half of what they were asking me! I feel bad recommending my sis in law to them. She s having the same issues now. Her car actually got picked up from their shop, she drove down the road and it died on her. Whatever the issue is, they need to be on top of it. If other shops aren t having trouble diagnosing our vehicles, they shouldn t either. I m taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you to Vince at AAMCO! I stopped in with a wiper fluid issue and a dropped razor blade in my dash he was able to get me in and out in under 10 minutes! My husband and I have always had great service, and will be returning in the future!

I called to make appointment for transmission. What I didn't realize, was they do everything. Full service! Thank you Chris for your help and knowledge and we will be back! Excellent service and customer service.

I highly don t recommend. My fianc� took his car there 8 months ago and they supposedly fixed the transmission cooler lines. Paid over (5,000) Then we had to take it in again October which we took it back because we went there before thinking it might be another issue. Took it in they changed the transmission fluid because it needed to be replaced which it is odd for it being changed 3000 miles ago and did an inspection. ( paid 324 ) but the next day it still wasn t doing well so we took it for a second opinion somewhere else. Well the whole transmission needs to be replaced . They specialize in transmissions but clearly that s not the case . I called and complained and they said they gave us a quote of replacing the transmission which they did not, nor give us any documentation of the quote but they said they have it. They only gave the receipt of the work they did. If they would have been honest and actually gave us the quote we would have replaced the whole thing not get a temporary solution. Also when I first picked up the car 8 months ago they scratched the hood and when I picked up the car I noticed and said something and the guy was telling me that it came like that which I showed pictures and they agreed to buff the hood which he did not want to do but they gave in. When they give you the receipt, they put computer generated explanations of work and they said changed filter etc (if appl) instead of hand writing it and having detailed explanations of work.

Had issues with my vehicle. Called them and they were able to get me in the next day and figured out the issue and resolved it same day! Really impressed with the communication and transparency!!!

Pan gasket leaked after a repair. Had to get it fixed by someone else because there wasn't an AAMCO within hours. AAMCO refused to stand by their warranty.EDIT: I have tried for days to contact you and you haven't returned my messages. I left this review after trying to discuss this on the phone or in person.

I went to this location bc of another Aamcos mistake (Roseburg OR) they did NOT fix my transmission, and when I drove it home, it now had an engine light on. And was running worse!! I have been in contact with Corporate as well, and they seem to be dodging my messages. I do NOT recommend this Aamco or any other. I will be opening a small claims suit against them with the total cost of ALL repairs.

Upfront about pricing and very respectful of your time. You can tell these guys care about your vehicle. The technician I got was extremely thorough, even putting it back on the lift after the test drive to make sure everything is good. Money well spent.Thank you Vince and the crew. Above and beyond.

Casey and Vince, the owners, have been true professionals to work with. In an area where it's tough to find an honest dealership, they are there to take care of you in a timely manner! If you're having trans issues and are in their area, give them a call! They do good work! Support your local tranny shop! My company, TRC has been sending customers their way if they're in their general area for a long time, and they've always taken care of us and our customers. My brakes went out down the street from here, so I pulled over in the nearest parking lot and called AAMCO because they were close and I had my kids. Chad came and picked me up right away. Lucky for me they were able to get parts down the street. They stayed late and got my brakes done within an hour or so. Casey was so nice, she brought toys out from the back for my kids to play with and sat with me while I waited. Everyone was so polite, professional, and honest. I'm surprised they have any bad reviews, they didn't try to sell me on anything and got me right back on the road.10/10 would recommend.Edited for clarity.

Took my Lincoln in because it was having tons of error codes and they took it in the next day after I called, looked over it, and turned out I didn't put the wires on the battery back on tight enough when I changed it. They usually charg for at least a diag fee but they didn't charge me anything and just tightened the battery for free. Very honest work and I'll trust my car to keep going back for sure!Service: Battery

Great guys, looked into all issues brought up to them and seemed just as concerned about finding my issues as i was. Great communication and customer service. Had an amazing experience and opportunity with this business. Brought my truck in for a standard service service, but found a few other problems that explained my vehicles behavior. They gave me an amazing deal and got me back on the road. Run!Should be a negative 1 rating.Over charged me nearly $3,000.00. Claimed that I orally approved over the phone. Not true. They said they would produce the phone recording they did not. They said they would produce the cost of the transmission they did not.The transmission was quoted to me at $7,000.00. I paid $9,800.00 to get my truck released to me.Plus, within five minutes of driving it, I had the same issue stuck in park.Terrible, dishonest, rip off artists.Upfront so friendly and nice and local and I wanted to give them my business. I had an issue with my Service at AAMCO and I was extremely frustrated at first, but after after speaking to the staff they handled themselves very professionally and addressed my issues with offers to refund the money and do the service again for free. This speaks volumes in my opinion! Not many companies will go out of their way to make a mistake right the way they did! I WOULD definitely recommend at least giving AAMCO a shot with your mechanical needs!!

This shop is extremely honest and have fair prices. I came here on the recommendation of a friend and found out that I was about to have been charged for new brakes (at a different shop) however, AAMCO discovered that I didn t need new brakes at all. Luckily, I didn t pay for work I didn t truly need done to my car, thanks to their honesty. I did need my transmission fluid changed though and I did have them perform that work. I m more than happy with their service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning
