Spencer and his team do amazing work. They are professional, quick to get you in, and fair with their prices.I have been bringing my vehicles there for around 5 years now and Spencer has been more than fair every time. Whether they are working on a brand new vehicle or a lemon, they always treat you with full respect and tell you exactly what you need to hear (no upselling).

Spencer at Kenmore Automotive is easy going and friendly. The service at this shop is honest, reliable, FAST, and CLEAN! I could go to lower priced shops but I don't. I don't even shop around for prices bc I know where I'm taking my truck; Kenmore Automotive.

Kenmore Automotive keeps our small fleet of vehicles safe and operating smoothly. We really appreciated how easy it is to book an appointment, the honesty we receive with diagnostics, and the speed at which things are fixed for us. Great service all around, for over 10 years now for us.

We ve been taking our cars there for 5 years (on recommendation of a friend) and they ve been incredibly helpful, friendly and fair without exception. As tough as it is to find a trustworthy mechanic, they ve never let me down.

Kenmore Automotive was recommended to me by a satisfied customer when I moved to Kenmore. Forc10 years they took care of my older car. I found Spenser and his team to be very honest ("you don't need to fix xyz yet"), kind, charging reasonable prices, and reliable. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!! My vehicle needs a new timing chain. After searching for a shop that would do the work, I found Kenmore Automotive. Talk about a God send. Spencer and his crew went OVER and ABOVE the call of duty. So impressed with their attention to detail and all around customer service! I will sing their praises to anyone who wants to listen, even to those who don't! Thank you so much for all you did. You made me remember the good old days when customer service meant something. Thanks for the memories!!

My brakes were squeeking so I made an appointment to have them checked out. They replaced my front brakes and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They got me in the very next day after I called and completed the work for an affordable price. I highly recommend Kenmore Automotive for any kind of auto repair. I had Kenmore Automotive replace the transmission in my aging Integra. They did a great job, but more importantly they stand behind their work. A couple weeks later the car starting having problems starting. Took it back to Kenmore, and after trying some things they discovered that the flywheel that they installed with the transmission was defective. They replaced it, no charge, and didn't charge me for any of their time and materials to figure it out. I know it was a lot of work to replace it, and I greatly appreciated their honesty. I'm sure many auto shops would not be this honest.Services: Transmission repair, Oil change

This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles. They are honest, trustworthy, and the quality-to-cost ratio is superb! I have used Kenmore Automotive for years for everything from oil changes to major repair services. Every time, they are professional, reliable, and fix it right. Kenmore Auto is the best! They are reliable, honest, trustwothy and friendly. Can't say enough good things about them. We're lucky we live in Kenmore and that they are here to take good care of us as we embark on long trips. They make sure we have a safe car and they never overcharge us. This place is awesome for all kinds of cars (except exotics)!Great work, fair pricing and flexible to do the work you want and not adding a bunch of extras you don't want or need.I've been driving over 40 years and my two visits here are in my top car repair experiences.I also love Inglewood Auto in Kenmore for Toyota and other Japanese vehicles.

I was referred to kenmore automotive by a friend when my alternator suddenly went out, I called for a quote and was amazingly able to bring my vehicle in the next morning. My car was ready before the end of the day. Fast affordable, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This will be the only place I take my vehicle for now on.

I have used Kenmore Automotive for many years. I recommend them highly as they are topnotch in service. They are 100% honest, go out of their way to get your vehicle in and out as soon as possible. We use Kenmore all the time and they do a great job on everything. We have never had something go bad that was fixed at Kenmore. Spencer is the best. He knows his stuff. He is always friendly as well as the rest of the people working there. You know that feeling that you have with some places where you feel they are fixing things just to make a buck? Not here!!!!!!! They take their time to explain everything that needs to be done and if you have questions they do not hesitate to answer them. I would recommend them to everyone needing work done on a vehicle. You can never go wrong at Kenmore automotive!!!!!!!

Can't recommend Kenmore Automotive highly enough! Spencer and his crew of auto mechanics are honest, do quality work, and communicate with you every step of the way. I actually live in Seattle's Green Lake neighborhood, but never hesitate to drive up to Kenmore in order to have these guys work on my old diesel truck -- even for simple things like oil changes, tire rotations, steering alignments, etc. If you're tired of dealing with shady, untrustworthy shops, check these guys out. Kenmore Automotive is easily the best auto repair shop in North Seattle.

Spencer always does an amazing job for us on all our vehicles. On more than one occasion he has checked out several issues with my cars, and is first to tell me my brakes are still good or that a battery cable is loose. He doesn t make any money off of this, but his integrity is why he has my business and my referral for life! Thanks again Spencer!!!

We love the staff at Kenmore Automotive, and who can say that about their car mechanics? They are friendly, helpful, and very fair in their pricing structure. Three cars and two years later, we are more than pleased with the level of experience and customer service this team projects.

Fast & efficient service! No B/S! Straight up Fair & Equitable in the cost, quality of service was stellar! Spencer the owner was on top of the work making sure all issues were addressed. MECHANICS were friendly & explained procedures. Set up the appointment from out of town, was sent updates up until day of scheduled appt. THX Spencer for the quality work & enlightening conversations! Will definitely pass your business cards around b/c you really respect your customers & your business relationships! You saved me from breaking down in the future!? PS which chip (Range Technology) should I get for my RAM, I looked on Amazon but they didn't designate specific Ram part, only showed Ford & GM chips..... skew #??Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Was told by Meineke that my car was heavily leaking coolant and that my car will break. However the parts that they claimed were broken i.e. water pump hoses and such were actually just replaced several months prior to taking my car in for an oil change there. Skeptical, I brought my car here based off of recommendations. They were incredibly busy, phones ringing, a lot filled with cars and they were able to do an inspection and have me on my way within hour that my car was fine and I did not need to make the needed repairs mentioned above. Spencer is incredibly nice and helpful.

I've had two great experiences with Kenmore Auto.AC did not work and because parts were not immediately available, they gave me a workaround. When I returned to make the repair they Spenser replaced a much less expensive and more available relay at a tremendous cost savings.More recently, Spenser estimated cost to repair some damage a mouse did to wiring in my truck. The repair was done quickly and at the estimated cost.I would recommend Kenmore Auto to anybody who asks! Knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient.

Spencer and the team always take great care to provide excellent customer service along with their expert car repair and knowledge. I was nervous when I started going to them because of bad experiences elsewhere but they were solid and competitively priced. And now for the last few years I won't go anywhere else! Grateful for these guys!

An excellent neighborhood service garage. We have been having our cars serviced there for years and the work has always been done to a high standard of quality at a fair price. If anything goes wrong with any repair they promptly and fairly address the issue and make it right. First I have to say this crew is great! I am a Service Advisor for another repair shop. I was referred to these guys to look at my Shelby Cobra. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a timely manner. The communication was great throughout the entire the process. They didnt try to upsell anything and were just straight forward. I am very particular to who works on my vehicles and I definitely trust these guys. My sixth or so year with Kenmore Auto now. Dropped off the car for some proactive work. As always, done as promised, at rate quoted, with quality workmanship. I refer my family here. They have maintained my 20 year manual Honda with all work, clutch, transmission, and my emergencies. Great, well run establishment.
