This father-daughter duo have the patience of a slow sunrise, which I needed because I wanted to be thorough with my first car purchase. I took it on not one, not two, but three test drives to check all the factors that felt important. I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision and instead, got the message, We only want you to buy it if you feel good about it. These people s word actually means something, which is a rare find these days! My dog and I are both so pleased and I definitely recommend Diana and Edmon!

Got an 87 Honda at a great price. Excellent customer service, Diana was super friendly. They were open with every concern that was brought up. A lot more transparent than these other dealerships nowadays with their hidden dealer fees and such. Buying a car here was simple and straightforward, no pressure, and walked out fairly quick. They had even replace the cars clutch and added new tires!

I have NEVER had such a positive experience buying a used vehicle. No slimy feelings here! The father/daughter team do a good job of providing mechanically sound vehicles for a reasonable price.All of my interactions with them felt genuine and honest, and they worked with us a bit to work out providing payment and pickup, which made a huge difference. I'll be checking back in with them when I need another vehicle, for sure!

I bought a beautiful SUV from Best Gallery Auto, this family is the best!! They went above and beyond to meet my needs, the owners daughter was so helpful she answered all my questions. They are both so respectful and polite. If I was to buy another car it would be from here!! You will feel very welcome almost like family!!

What a quality and reputable experience. My 17yr old son found the exact car he wanted online with Best Gallery. We made the long drive up from Portland and it was worth it. Diana is a pro! Honest, skilled, intelligent, and very good with communication and people. All the top values you hope to find at a used car dealership. Satisfied!

Summary of our experience: The family who runs this dealership is very friendly, and honest (we never felt like they were trying to hide anything from us about their cars or their business). They're also very helpful and accommodating!Details: My fianc� and I just bought a used 2002 Honda Accord from Best Gallery Auto about 2 weeks ago. When we first called, to ask about the car we were interested in, Diana was very friendly, professional, and quick to set up a time for us to come in (just the very next day!) While we were checking out the car, they even had a mechanic come in (who had been working on this car) to help answer any immediate questions we had. We started having a bit of trouble with the car's alarm system once we had the car, and they were very kind, helped us fix the problem ourselves (over phone), and offered to fix the problem free of charge if it persisted! They also immediately fixed the back window, which was occasionally getting stuck while opening, before we even purchased the car! Overall, we would highly recommend. Everyone here was very pleasant to work with, friendly, and professional. If you're looking to buy a used car, we would highly recommend looking into Best Gallery Auto!

I am very glad that I chose to buy my car from this business.They are truly a family business and made me feel completely at ease.They were very helpful. They were very patient with me when I inspected the engine bay in detail. They were open about showing a few items which needed attention, which I was able to fix easily such as the stuck rear sunscreen, the horn, and a few lightbulbs.

Service was really professional. Treated myself and my brother with fairness and integrity throughout the transaction. The dealership Made extra time for us both after hours, very pleasant to do business with. Test run was smooth. Employees answered every question we had mechanically, and with previous ownership. They let us check Vehicle calibrations.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. Drove it home ,then next morning started it up and the car had issues. They sent a tow truck over and worked on it until the issue was delt with. They stood behind their car. They were very nice and easy to deal with.

Purchased a vehicle from this business at the beginning of April 2021. Here we are less than 3 months later and the transmission is already failing. Granted this is a used car but we shouldn t be faced with this issue so soon after purchasing. Wish we would ve continued to search for a reliable used vehicle elsewhere. Extremely disappointed, this purchase was to accommodate our growing family and now we have no reliable means of transportation.
