Corey is a gem. I had been tirelessly looking for a first car for my son. Corey was recommended to me by a few friends and clients. I brought 3 different cars to Corey for him to look over for a pre purchase inspection. He saved me twice! One car had a looming transmission issue that could ve cost me $6,000 and the second car had a head gasket issue. Finally, third time was a charm, he gave that car two thumbs up and I was able to help my son buy a (reliable) first car!I will go to Corey for all of my future car needs, he was honest, reliable and made time in his busy schedule to help me out. 10/10 good man and knowledgeable mechanic.

Very nice and professional. Called because my headlights went out night before, called and left voice-mail, their reception center got back right away and got me in,, which was nice. Told them what I needed and they focused on that and didn't try to do anything more. Charged fairly for parts and labor.

Great service and great rates. They fixed our old Hummer and saved us a ton. Would highly recommend. Super helpful with some repairs that were hard to understand from the dealer and they were all friendly to talk to about options. Never felt like we were sold stuff we didn't need. Place is a little bit tricky to find but worth the search if you have an older car that needs a good mechanic. We had electrical work, the air-conditioner repaired, and some bolts that had cracked on it manifold replaced. Only took a couple days and was half the price we were quoted else where. Give them a shot!

Corey did an amazing job with my BMW. I had it towed to the dealer and they gave me a quote for over $10,000. A friend recommended Automotive Inc and owner Corey. I told him all the issues that the dealer had stated and he gave me a quote for under $1000! He fixed my car perfectly for even less than he quoted AND the water pump did not need to be replaced. And he did it in a very timely fashion.This guy is honest and talented. I will never take my car anywhere else. I am recommending all my friends to him.

Corey went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. He found the problem quickly,and he and his crew had it fixed in no time. The price was right and I'm glad to say I've found a new place to go for car repairs. An honest repair shop, what everyone looks for. 100% recommend!

Corey and his team can t be beat. Came in needing brakes and a check engine code fixed. Resolved quickly and charged me less hours than he should have. Corey is a wonderful man. Any time I need anything checked out and/or repaired on my car, I call and he gets me in as soon as he can. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend going there if you want quality service.

Corey is a rare man in today's world. He is skilled, caring, and has integrity. I've lost count of the number of times he has provided essential services to keep me going to work in the last nineteen years. My cars have changed but my mechanic has remained the same.

Corey is trustworthy and provides excellent value. In 2016 my '93 Nissan had a problem where it would run rough every once in a while.Corey charged a flat fee of $102 to troubleshoot the issue (which also covered the labor to install the new fuel injector!).Corey called and I approved the replacement of the $129 #1 fuel injector (which had failed electronically) and asked Corey if I should replace all 4 of the injectors because someone on the internet said that you should replace all of them if you do one... Corey said that there was no need to replace the 3 injectors that had not failed.So, if you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust, Corey is the guy!The only Automotive Inc rating on here that is not a 5 star rating (the 2 star rating with no comments) is CLEARLY a mistake.I just got off the phone with Corey after calling him out-of-the-blue to ask if my aunt's car is safe to drive home to Oregon (due to a minor issue I discovered with it)- or if we should have him work on it.Corey confirmed that the minor issue is not an immediate action item that needs his attention.Need an honest mechanic?Look no further!

The team at Automotive Inc consistently delivers high quality auto service at a reasonable price. We have taken our vehicles here for years. Recently I drove from Ballard to the new location for radiator replacement. It was quick to get in and the price was easy on the checkbook. You can't beat quality service at a fair price.

Trustworthy. Dependable.Edit: Still coming to Corey for all my automotive needs since he's made the move to Kenmore. Cannot recommend this shop enough. (NOTE: If you're looking to give him a special thank you, a Cabela's gift certificate is a good way to go.)Original: I had taken my new rig to three mechanics before bringing it to Corey at Automotive, Inc. Spent less money here, and was provided a diagnosis which the other three shops missed (suggesting I take it to the appropriate dealership). I will be returning.

Sumply the best mechanic and shop I ve ever had. Going on my 5th year with Corey and his team: not a single regret or complaint! Corey is knowledgable, quick, accommodating, exceptionally fair and honest. Customer service is simply superb!

Squeezed me in when I had an unexpected emergency while visiting the area even though the shop was closed. Car made the 300 Mile drive home and I was able to avoid the winter storm warning in the pass that was supposed to go from tonight until after I had to be back at work next week.

As others writing a review, I had work done at Corey's shop off Aurora Ave years ago. At that time I had an unexpected car problem and literally coasted into his shop. My car had quit running and all you could smell was burnt wiring. Corey fit me into an already full schedule, getting me on my way to work. That morning, I felt truly blessed to break down where I did. Knowing I was in a jam, Corey did not take advantage of the situation or me as many shops could and would. They pushed my ElCamino on the hoist, repaired the exhaust problem that caused an electrical short. He replaced a fuseable link. I was out the door for less than $100, in less than an hour, for what I expected to be a big, serious, costly problem. I tried to pay him extra for getting me right in and back on the road. He smiled, thanked me for the offer, but wouldn't accept it. I couldn't believe it. That was my 1st dealing with his shop. Now, several years later, with specialized repair needs, I thought that a person or company that would be able to suggest a reputable shop with no vested interest would be the tool dealer that goes to all the local shops. So, I asked a Snap-On Tool dealer I knew, of all the shops, including factory dealerships, on his route, which shop he would take his own vehicle to. Without hesitation, he told me the shop he would go to was no longer on his route because it had moved to Kenmore. The name was Automotive Inc. He gave me the number and told me to ask for Corey. I called and made an appointment. When I dropped my Ford F350 7.3 diesel truck off, I recognized him as the owner/operator of the shop that I luckily broke down in front of several years earlier. I knew my truck had a problem that could potentially result in engine replacement if not dealt with completely. Corey called me with his diagnosis and suggestions regarding my repairs from a personal perspective as if it were his own truck and how he would prioritize the needs. We discussed some other potential parts that might be affected from the type of problem my truck had. Once inside, he called with an update, and an idea of when the parts would be delivered. The next call I got from him was to let me know my truck was ready to go, a day earlier than we talked about. I appreciate the straight forward honesty and realistic relationship I have experienced in my dealings with him. He has finished my original scope of repairs and corrected other items discovered along the way on time as promised, or before. I have since scheduled other repairs that also were done 100%+. I appreciate the attention to detail he shows in our conversations and in his work. This shop is extremely well equipped, knowledgeable, experienced, and talented. Corey is clearly a professional and a master mechanic/technician. His diagnostic skills are second to none. I highly recommend this shop to any and all people with their automotive and truck needs, and wants. He has totally earned my trust and respect as a top local small business owner. I will take all of my personal and company vehicles to him for repairs, maintenance, and preventative maintenance as well, both gas and diesel. Any time the subject of a car problem comes up, I will do my very best to "steer" it to this shop. This is a recommendation that you will not find untrue or misleading. I am confident, you will be equally pleased taking your vehicle here.

I've been going to Cory for automotive help since he was located in Greenwood. He focuses on safety/ functionality, and never sells excessive features. He is trustworthy and offers competitive rates. I recommend Cory to anyone with automotive needs.

My friend works for Napa and he recommended Corey's shop to me. I could not be happier with the service I received. Corey quoted me over the phone for my VW Jetta rear brakes and rotors, and when I took my car in he had it finished and ready to go in less then 3 hrs. He is a super nice gentleman, and didn't make me feel pressured in any way or try to sell me on things my car didn't need. As a woman, I appreciate working with auto mechanics that dont make you feel stupid or try to take advantage of you. Corey, my future business is yours. Thank you.

We had trouble with our Honda Civic not starting, and looked for a local shop with decent reviews and landed here. They were very accomodating and diagnosed and did the repair (replace the distributor, which I guess is a common problem in older Civics.) Having dropped off the car without an appointment at noon, they had it ready for us by 5 PM. They outlined the problem and work they'd done and the price was reasonable. We'll be back...

My car battery died recently and I had to walk to the shop. Batteries are heavy! It was really nice of them to pack up a box of tools, drive the short distance to my house, and then help me out there. I was going to look up a YouTube video and DIY. Awesome service, thank you!

These guys got me in for a pre purchase inspection same day I called for a car I was looking to buy. I was informed on some issues and am able to make a very informed decision on whether or not to buy the car or not. Thanks guys! Also they didn't charge me for the inspection.
