Advanced European Service was able to diagnose a fairly rare steering issue with my car that other places (including a dealer) misdiagnoses or didn t fix properly. I was shown, not just told, what the problem was, what my options were for a fix, and how much parts and labor would cost. I was updated on the progress. The fix worked, the car behaves normally now, and work was done as quickly as possible even considering that parts needed to be ordered. Brian followed up after a few days of after I picked up my car to make sure everything was working as expected. I am happy with the quality and professionalism of the service I received, and most importantly, I am happy with the results. If you have a moody European car that needs attention, Advanced European Service is definitely a place to go. Thanks!

I was looking to move away from my Benz dealership to a local shop. Advanced happens to be located near the brewery supply shop I frequent. They looked relaxed and thorough, so I started corresponding with them. All of their communication was great and service was quick and thorough. Definitely going to be my new shop for all of our cars.

My car battery happened to die near their shop, decided to bother them and see if they could help rather than waiting an hour and paying $200+ for roadside assistance. Despite obviously being busy, they were able to send someone out with a portable charger and get me started again, no charge (I offered, they refused). The guy even offered to go back and get me a pair of jumper cables to take with me.Above and beyond customer service, even for someone who wasn't a customer. Strongly recommended, maybe check with them even if your car isn't European!

Brian and Happy were professional and very accommodating to my special request and needs and the work was done timely and very well. Not very pleased about added costs at full charges for the extra work that my DIY had caused (given car was already on the rack and clearly those added work could not have taken as long as charged), but overall, pleased with the results and the outcome.The office and shop is very well run, organized and clean. I ve already recommended them to a friend with an ailing Mercedes.

I originally had a last minute oil change scheduled for in the morning and Brian was able to get me in. We later was discussing how I was getting my brakes done somewhere else and he was able to get my brakes fix the same day in a timely manner. I highly recommend service from this shop.

Got a rear window regulator fixed here for a Mercedes. Used it less than 20 times and it s already broken again.Paid $472. Find another shop next time Edit: Owner took the time to respond below to my honest review of my experience with Advanced European Services.Ask yourself if you want a shop who attacks your character after leaving an honest review or would you rather find one who stands by their work. How much confidence do y all have using Advanced European Service next time? FYI, the car has 831 miles on the odo since I brought it in to this shop. You decide if that s a lot.

Very thankful that they brought my van in but a little disappointed on the price for a fuel filter change. I was told the van is working now but it is still the same. Luckily I have a friend who's a diesel mechanic to help me or I would never be able to afford work on the van. Pretty sure I need a new wire harness. Great place for European cars not so sure about sprinter vans.

My servicing/oil change was completed quickly and for a reasonable price. After taking my car to the dealership for years, waiting all day for an update it was refreshing to get a call less than an hour after dropping off my car to share that the servicing was nearly finished. No one tried to upsell me, which was also appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

Advanced European Service (AES) had the opportunity to fix a compromised power convertible top system on our 2003 Mercedes CLK 430. After parts were ordered...AES said per their written explanation of things on 9/6/22 that they filled the hydraulic system with new "sparkling" hydraulic fluid and bled the system. Once they tried to activate the system...they claimed that the hydraulic fluid went from sparkling to muddy brown instantly. And the top didn't work. AES then wrote that in their opinion...one of the replacement parts(which we purchased and was a used part) must have had rust inside it and contaminated the new "sparkling" hydraulic fluid. Furthermore in their opinion, they documented that the system needed to have the original rear latch rebuilt, a new hydraulic pump motor and new relay, new tension rods and to build a "rig" to attach to the small diameter hydraulic lines to flush the system due to rusty contamination.Personally, I worked on hydraulic systems on conveyance pumps, etc for King County Wastewater Treatment Division for 6 yrs.With that experience, I became skeptical.I took back the vehicle after paying $1,400+. I took back the vehicle with a few parts and trim not yet re-assembled.(my request) with the convertible top closed.Once the whole assembly was put back together and an analog switch was put back to the "activate" position...low and behold, a miracle occurred. The convertible top worked like before. Have had it cycle open and close numerous times. No leaks, and no need to spend thousands more.We took our vehicle to AES because they were relatively close by, had good customer reviews and because other Mercedes Specialist in the area all declined to work on a convertible top problem.Well boys, a couple of things. I never in my initial review mentioned that I did anything to repair the issues that your organization could not correct. I work way too many hours to tend to the maintenance on our vehicles. We took our vehicle to a REAL Auto repair shop. That REAL Auto repair shop fixed the issues in 2 hrs. Your organization fell short. Plain and simple. Your organization tried to take advantage of a situation and got called out. Nothing personal. Just FACT. Be well.Couple of thoughts.AES doesn't have the integrity to be honest in this situation and they maybe great at fixing some issues(brakes, transmissions, for example), but I wouldn't recommend AES to Mercedes owners.

I ve been a repeat customer for over 5 years. Happy and Bryan do a fantastic job! Excellent customer service and work completed on my vehicles. They are transparent, trustworthy and care about their customers. I m thankful to have their support when my car is having issues. For me it s like having a great working relationship with your local vehicle shop like we used to have 20-30 years ago. Highly recommend this shop.

the technicians are nice and easy to talk to and it's important that they tell you what to do and things to fix on your car and bryan is good to talk to very straight and do everything to fix your car I've been here twice and I have no doubts because I know that they will be able to fix it and serve me well and faithfully.

I ve been going to Advanced European Service to service my car since 2016. Happy and Brian have always taken care of me. I ve never felt oversold or taken advantage of. They always follow up after my services to be sure things are working well too. My car is working well, and that s all I can ask for! Through a neighbors' recommendation, l made an appointment for repairs on a concerning sound coming from the engine of our Volvo C70. Brian lifted the hood and within seconds diagnosed the problem(s) The work needed to be done was clearly communicated and also emailed as a work order with detailed listings of associated costs. The repairs by Brian and Happy resulted in a smoothly running car due to excellent technicians/mechanics! I'd heard nothing but good things about AES, so took my "new to me" 2021 BMW X5 45E in for service. AES was fast and very proficient. I especially loved the invoice that they shared with me via email prior to the work being done to show me everything that was being done and the exact cost. They even helped with some other nuisance issues that I had questions about. And most of all, they beat the dealership price by several hundred dollars! Very nice folks and very conscientious. No leaks or problems with my car post service, and they even followed up to check. Also they pointed out my expired car tabs on both the car I had worked on and the car I was dropped off in (oops!). Superior service. Maybe there was something in the air... I stopped by the shop just a few minutes before 5pm. They were cleaning up the place but when I let them know that I was going on a long trip, they opened up the garage bay and inspected my vehicle for safety. I was definitely not expecting that. Definitely a 5 star auto service.

Happy and Bryan are top notch! They were able to fix my AC and rebuild the axles on my '07 Porsche for a reasonable price. I will definitely be a repeat customer. They gave an accurate quote and were extremely transparent about costs and timing. Be aware, like many shops, they are extremely busy lately, so if you have a complex problem (or a complex car), it may take some time to get done. On the plus side though, they always answer the phone and know the state of your job. Unlike some places who say "Umm, let me find out and call you back" and never do.

Great experience! Easy to make an appointment for my BMWs 30,000 mi checkup. They fully explained what they would inspect and what service was needed. Their quote was more than competitive. Called for a battery reprogram, discussed specific details Friday. Told to take picture of new battery for new values to be inputted. Quoted $70. Call today to verify they could do it in a timely manner, as asked Friday.Show up, quote changed to $120 and they didn't have time.Was testing them out to bring other BMW for service. Failed on multiple levels on a simple task. Not the greatest attitude either.Service: Electrical

Great experience. Honest, transparent and professional, I went for my bmw's regular service.They are very knowledgeable and I got to know a lot about maintaining my car.I didn't have any issues due to covid-19, they have taken all precautions and will send you invoice with service details and diagnostics on your email.The only difference from dealership was that they currently (probably due to covid) don't have any loaner vehicles if you are expecting one but I personally didn't have any problems waiting, they prioritized my car.
