Kelso, WA 8/28/23 Zack and Jason, and the rest of the crew, helped us immensely. We limped our broke down car into the parking lot about noon, and didn't leave until after 9pm. They tested the battery, got us parts, and were so helpful. And made sure we got the car up on a trailer when we needed to. GREAT JOB GUYS! Thanks so much for helping us. We will be sure to recommend you to everyone!!

Store hours online and on premises said open until 10pm. Showed up at 930, lights on but doors locked. So I called to see if employees were just in the back and no answer. No not stating why they were closed. but saw employee car in parking lot so I waited just to see if they would come out. Called another time with no answer employee came to shut down front at 10:00 and I asked why they weren't open or if they would let me make a purchase since I was waiting. They said no...

Was down in Kelso for an appointment when check engine light and "check charge system" began flashing. Staff member came out and checked the alternator and was helpful in directing me to a shop that could assist me in a timely fashion.

Oh my goodness, the men who work here are amazing! Wish I could remember the name of the nice young man who helped me... either way, he changed my headlights for me and was so helpful and kind!!

Extremely friendly and helpful customer service. The electronics for automobiles, including charging multiple USBC devices and the culture that goes along with it, could be better. They also have nice new keypads when you check out that feel very good to the touch.

The guy with the glasses and the beard is consistently rude to me every single time I go in there. Never helpful, orders the wrong parts, then gets upset with the customer for their wrongdoing. Shameful business practices. Will not ever be back.

If you need someone to help you with a particular item for your vehicle. I suggest that you pop into O'Reilly auto parts store. Staff is not to busy or uninterested to help you find the exact thing you need & they will even help you to put it in or on your vehicle.

These guys are great. Went above and beyond, to help me get the right tool for my visit.... then helped me unlock my truck, when I accidentally locked my keys inside, after all that.Absolutely, I'd recommend this store and all of their employees, when I need to get a job done right.

Andy, a manager at O'Reilly's totally helped me out w finding the issue w my car. He was awesome and personable and he made everything so much easier. He got me what I needed and then some. I cannot express how amazing and helpful he was. I wish more people could be like him and his store. Even at closing time he never expressed irritation and made me feel welcomed and a bit more educated in the vehicle department. Amazing, Thanks to this Andy again!!

Bought windshield wipers to be installed. Asked the employee if he could install them for me. He said he d have to find someone to watch the front counter and mumbled something about its going to be a long time. There was only one other customer in there. I stood in the store for half an hour waiting on him to go find someone to watch the front counter. He never did. Plus he wore his face masks around his chin...that doesn t sit well with me when you have signs in the store saying you need to wear them.Anyways, I ended up going to a different O reilly store in town and they promptly helped me and were friendly and quickly installed my wiper blades for me.

Andy was so helpful! On our way to Baker City and the check engine light on our truck came on. Andy was able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road. He is a true professional, and very knowledgeable too. His customer service was top notch! He saved the day for us. Thank you!!

Easy to find, decent access and parking. Well stocked store, too. I called to verify they had the parts I needed and Jos� had them waiting for me so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

We were in Oregon and started having battery issues. Pulled into this Kelso O'Reilly store. They not only had the three year warranty battery in stock but they helped us out by installing it too. They plugged into the OBDII port so the car didn't lose any of its electronic settings as well. Awesome, quick professional service. It seems like a rarity during these covid times. Well done guys. You're top notch.

The employees at this location are very helpful and work quickly to get you back on the road. The store is well kept and organized. They also always have the part I need or was able to get it next day. I also love the lifetime warranty options they offer on a lot of parts.

I went in here to get a new car battery and asked if the staff could help switch my battery out.(Nicholas helped me, there was also another male)I called ahead and asked the staff (Nicholas) if they could help switch it out because we didn t know how to. He was very rude and sighed on the phone than said only if I have to, I d rather not. Luckily, I had someone with me who ultimately knew how to switch out the battery, but I was dissatisfied with his service.It s within their job description to provide assistance to customers. They weren t busy helping any other customers during this time. Nicholas even came out several times while we were switching the battery to adjust multicolored blinking lights on his truck with use of a remote. It s clear that they could have provided customer service but didn t because they were lazy.

I got some attitude from the counter person about a price match on a product. He acted as if he was paying the difference from his own wallet. This was after a significant wait for help. I even asked if it would be preferable for me to cross town and simply buy from the competing store. The answer was an rude negative. I'll try them again soon and update this if necessary.

Workers are top notch. Andy helped me from start to finish with my alternator. Just about 5 hours in the parking lot. Highly recommend coming here for your auto parts or help.

Andy was amazing! He went above and beyond to try to avoid us having to buy an expensive part. But when that didn t work, he stayed late to help put the part into my son s car. He will get all my business from here on out. Thank you again, Andy

They keep guy is amazing. Don't know his name but he is the only one who drives a Jeep. I came in with my Jeep with issues and he was able to help me figure out the problem and gave me a cost and list of parts.

Great service and honesty. Yea I have gotten a few bad parts but never had a problem with return. Recently purchased a direct fit catalytic converter, only the flange had no threads, they gave me all necessary parts no charge. I have gone somewhere else and always come back. Been doing business since I got my first car in 1989. Quality parts and service.

We love O'Reilly! Michael and Elijah are always super helpful. We work on our older Ford and Toyota and O'Reilly's has generally had helpful answers and the right parts for us in stock. With their price matching, we save time and just go there first. When my headlight went out and it was nearly dark, Elijah installed the new one for me so there was no risk of going home in the dark.

I walked in. Was greeted by girl behind the counter. She was already helping a customer. I heard other employees in the store but no one came to help. The girl behind the counter had to keep calling for help as more customers came in the store and she answered the phone. Seemed it was a delivery guy having some issue FINALLY another girl came up to the counter to help me. She was rude and not helpful at all. I'll not be back to this store. I prefer the other o'rileys as they are ALWAYS helpful and well staffed!!!!!! So uncalled for.

Excellent service ! Curtis was great! We were on a road trip and were stranded. He stayed late on the Sunday of memorial weekend to make sure we got down the road. Could not ask for a better experience. He and his trainee were both very knowledgeable.

They usually have what I need at a fairly decent price. Also dropped my phone in the parking lot one time and they scooped it up for me and held on to it until I could come back and get it. A pretty good group of guys as far as I can tell.

Andrew and Jose did an excellent job helping us fix our car. We got a quote from another mechanic and they said the entire radiator was shot but it turned out to be a very inexpensive fix which saved us more than 200 dollars and I couldn't be more grateful.

These folks are always there to help. Went there this morning to see if they could figure out what was wrong with my charging system. This young lady that was helping me checked the system for free. Did I mention it was raining. Found I needed a battery and sold me one on a match price and saved me a few bucks. And then loaned me the tools to install it. Thanks you !
