Twice now two separate vehicles Hart's has been a great service provider correcting my vehicles heater and more. They privided fast service at an amazing price! I'm a believer in their ability to do a good job and I will be vavk for my ac next! Way to go Hart's Radiator!

Didn't Do Me Right Didn't Diagnose The Problem The First Time And Charged Me For Freo That Wasn't Needed It Leaked Out They Should Have Found The Problem The First Time!!

Have been dealing with Hart Radiator for around 30 years. This family owned business is the only place to go if you have an issue with a Radiator or anything with a core. They are hospitable, knowledgeable, fair priced and quick on job turn around. You won't be disappointed.

Love this shop. THEY WILL NOT OVERCHARGE. I cannot stress enough how amazing this is. I had to change my radiator out and called every mechanic in town. Ask said it was a 4 hot job which translated to hundreds of dollars. Harts says it MIGHT take an hour but they have to charge at least that so it was only $110. The overnight parts delivery is also top notch and you don't pay extra for that. This is my radiator shop forever now.

In Kelso from Long Beach Peninsula. Had problem with truck. These guys determined the problem & got us on the road home in no time. Everyone was so nice. Very reasonable cost too! Highly recommend them!

We called Hart's and they had us drop our radiator off the day of. They gave us a great price and extended our radiator's life. Double J Trailers is quite happy with their timely and quality work, thank you.

Great job on my prevost bus cooling package an well with in reason on price. Very knowledgeable on system an parts perfect person to talk to if new build or upgrades. Doug was honest an to the point on what was available an could be done

I ordered a radiator for a customer and was told the part wouldnt be in until 4. Then after calling they said it should be in soon. Then after another half an hour the guy said it would be there any minute. Then after calling for the 4th time I learn that the part wont be in until the next day. Mind you my customer was waiting all day for it. I would reccomend taking ur business elsewhere.

The best place to get work done .exlant work great prices. Ever shop in town said I needed a Radiator $900.00 installed.went to hart Radiator he said $700.00. Then he said might ne able to fix it for $103.00 . 6 shops in town $900.00. Cost me ? Ready ok $103.00 fixed works great.

Took my car in for a heater core replacement. No other problems with my car when I took it in. After heater core was replaced, drove fine going home till just about there. Then, all there was coming out was a blast of hot air, even when I turned my air conditioner on, hot air coming out there too. Took it back in, they had it all day. Went to pick it up and now my heater, air conditioner, vents blow no air, no heat, nothing works. They ordered a new part without asking me first, $100. Wasn't for the heater core. Told them to send it back. Just told them to stop messing with my car, just making things worse. Took car home and check engine light came on! They first said I had a 1 year warranty, now claim all my other problems were already there. Nothing to do with their repair to the heater core. Tried calling many times, no answer, texting, no response. Totally blew me off (because I am a woman?). Now I have a car that doesn't run, no heater, air conditioner, non working vents. Car is sitting in my driveway for 3 months. Can't afford to get all this other stuff fixed. Had no other problems before I took it in. Not happy. So much for the warranty. Had to borrow my mother's car now. I had a perfectly good running car, now it is a yard ornament.

Had to keep returning vehicle for same issues, seems like they only fix it with a bandaid. Issue kept returning, got tired of taking it in over and over, still not fixed. Going elsewhere. Allen is a great guy to work with but his mechanical team is something to be said, I could get better results from a back yard garage.

I happened to speak with the owner regarding an issue with my car and he was able to answer my questions and guide me in a different direction.Tall handsome man with lots of years of experience n knowledge with was he does at heart radiator! Thanks 4alludo 4the driving customers in the community.

This is the best radiator shop on the west coast. They perform quality work, do it quickly and do it right. Doug & Alan stand on their word. I won't do business anywhere else.
