My boyfriend and I have been going here for many years, He likes to get the same breakfast every single day. There is one morning lady where she likes to continue trying to steal money not just pennies, like $4.00 $5.00 and even more sometimes. You talk to the manager, She says she can't do anything. There's only the two of them in there and the lady tries to steal every single time, Maybe the Manager is getting some of it, who knows!!! You have the wall of shame up there for the customers that try to steal, You need to start putting the employees on there that try to steal also. How about hiring a different employee that doesn't try to skim off the till.

I ve lived in this part of Kelso for over 15 years and have come to this Chevron multiple times a week. Within the last week one of the employees has shorted me on my change a couple of pennies each time I come in. I don t know if she s skimming from the cash register at the end of her shift or if she thinks that a couple pennies just aren t a big deal. When I questioned her on it today, she looked at me like I had three heads. But it s the principle of the matter. Those are my pennies. I earned them and I m choosing to spend my money in your store. You have a wall of shame of people who have come into your store and stolen from you. What about employees who don t care enough to not steal from the customers? If she tries to short me again, I won t come back.Update: I was in today and the same employee shorted my change again and acted ridiculous when I asked for correct change. I will not be back.

I love this Chevron, the food is always fresh and tastes sooo good.!! Staff are friendly and on point.

I filled up with diesel for $112. I was not allowed into the toilet. the employee is very rude.

I had heard of great food here. Stopped for a chicken strip for a snack. 2 bites & threw it out. Worst chicken strips ever!

Great food, I always look forward to getting breakfast there when in the area. Unfortunately the employees are pretty rude.. at least that has been my experience with the morning shift. On another occasion I had one of the girls working late afternoon walk in on me while I was using the bathroom and luckily I heard the keys in time to pull up my pants, because when the door opened she was standing with a group of customers who evidently needed in there more than I did.. Maybe knock next time?

I love the variety of food that they have. They do struggle with keeping things fresh. Or telling people that it is fresh when it's not. I just bought $15 in hot case food, the pizza pocket snapped when I broke it in half, the fries barely have any potato left. Maybe pay attention to cook times and hold times.

Do they have a variety of food in the hot case more than most stores. Did you fresh sandwiches various drink options but their prices have gone up significantly on some items. Usually friendly there are few workers that aren't.

Went in today for a sandwich when we first got there the gentleman working was mixing something for the freezy machine I asked for the bathroom key he obliged meanwhile I thought my husband was ordering our food nope I get out of the bathroom an we stood there for 15 minutes he never asked us if he could help us he wasn't busy just standing there while a line also started to form at checkout we left an bought sandwiches from another place. Won't be a return customer

Haven't been to this Chevron in years but I do know they have a large selection of good food!.... a bit pricey but it's convenient, yummy and quite a variety lunch items, good sandwiches, breakfast items and a spectacular menu of hot food!I must say, the environment and customer service has improved because in the past them women were ruthless! I forgot to take a variety of pictures but next time 4 sure. A Young lady that was short with glasses assisted me with quite gentleness and kindness I was very shocked! Thank u great customer service!

The bathrooms (which are for paying customers btw) are clean, not what you would expect from a gas station bathroom! The staff are helpful and will go above and beyond to help customers, like pumping gas, making sandwiches and making special orders for the hotcase (which is bomb as well)

I went in to get a Red Bull and the lady at the counter rushed me, then realized the card machine was having an issue and I needed cash; no big deal. So I went up to the atm (which is in the corner next to a fax machine) and a lady is standing in front of both. I kindly asked if she was using it and she freaked out, saying I was trying to steal her identity and to back up, all while the OWNER and his 4 employees just sat and watched. As I walked out I didn t get my drink and I saw an employee talking with her but she was the one who stayed and the business allowed her to just sit there and be insane. I highly advise not going here, they openly let crack heads disrespect their own customers and the owner could have cared less. What a joke of a gas station.

They go against the American disability act everytime i go in there. They are rude to all their customers. Also never see any men working there it is all women that have no clue of thier job or responsibly to thier customers

Gas pump #2 leaked and I went in to tell them & they made it seem like it was my fault & the lady escorted me out because I was stressing (being covered in gas). So I am "Sorry" that I parked in the entryway and you thought I just didnt know how to exit the premises.

Highly unprofessional.Rude associates publicly discussing and degrading other associates.management cussing whilst checking out customers.laziness,VERY poor customer service.All food is touched with bare hands including raw meat.some even cooked after being dropped on the floor (approved by higher ups) I would never recommend working here.very judgemental and discriminant.

I just spent $65 on gas and asked the female attendant to use the restroom and was told I couldn't. Won't be stopping at this gas station again.

Gas is a bit pricey won t lie, but the place is extremely clean, decent workers and very very quick to ensure all issues are resolved and that both people are satisfied.

No public restrooms. I spend $60 on gas and can't use the restroom? Not stopping here again.

you can use your EBT card here ,and they will make you any kind of Sandwhich you want and watch them make them

Plus gas 16� more than advertised regular, a Super grade an additional 16�. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM, even for customers
