Fun to work with. Very helpful. It was great that they were able to accommodate after hours pick up. Their services are affordable and they know what they are doing. I especially appreciate how easy it was to review quotes, authorize work, and pay for service remotely. Bob's Lil' Car Hospital has it going on!

Bob car hospital was great! I have a major car repair that needs to be done. They were super informative about everything.Barbara at in the front office was such a sweetheart. I called so many times asking a million questions and she never seemed bothered! Thanks so much we will be back!

I had locked my keys in the trunk & had it towed to Lil Car. They immediately started on it but had to research to bypass the safety features. While there, luckily the found where my rear tires were blowing out the inside side wall. The brakes were paper thin & this could have been easily an accident. In a day & 1/2 I drove my BMW out of their parking lot safely & confident I could drive my family around safely. All of the guys I spoke with were amazing and explained details to me. I will return for any services I need. And I won't be locking my keys in my trunk anymore.Next trip to Lil Car.. My car stopped getting power. I pulled over & I saw smoke. Luckily it wasn't on fire, just oil on the exhaust. Towed it to Lil Car thinking my car might be history. The following day they called me & it was a burned fluid line that got too cl9se to the exhaust. It cost me much less than I thought it would. They know their stuff!!Another trip another great repair by Lil Car Hospital. My BMW suddenly lost its power steering. Of course it happened on a holiday weekend so it took two tows to get to Lil Car from Centralia. Lil Car was diligent to get my prize possession on the road. I had the power steering electronic motor going out and needed replaced. But it was in the steering colimn. This was up to their skilled mechanics. They were able to find the part after pulling the steering wheel and replace it. I lost about 2 weeks of my car missing.. but I never worried because I knew it was safe. Thanks again Lil Car Hospital.

They were very professional and kept in good communication about everything. I never had to worry about them running up a bill. I trust them to do what's needed and only what's needed to fix my car.I fully recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good mechanic but don't want to pay a fortune for the help. Top notch service

I had my Mercedes in for suspension issues. They just put a bandaid on the issue. $3300 later I m out a vehicle. Took my car back because the same notification popped up not even 3 weeks later, just for them to say it will be an additional $2200 to fix! So much for loyalty! Almost $250 for an oil change???? They tried to tell me I had a misfire in my engine, which a second opinion stated was WRONG!!! Do not go here!!!!!!! Ever.

We had a flat tire on our way to Seattle. Luckily, it happened near by Bob s Lil Car Hospital and they replaced four tires and changed oil very quickly so we can get back on the road! Everyone was kind and nice to us and the price they charged was very reasonable! Hope they are in business for a long time!!Sean Kim

Amazing service at Bobs. I had a recurring issue with my Mercedes, that even Mercedes couldn t figure out. Bobs lil car hospital went above and beyond to find what the actual issue was, and got to the bottom of it to fix it. I highly recommend them, I would probably be without a car if it wasn t for them. The staff was great, very knowledgeable, Ken did an outstanding job and kept us informed throughout the visits. Thank you again for your great work!

Everyone there is so helpful and explains what work needs to be done on my car and why. Having them as my mechanic makes me feel so much safer in my car, especially on long trips. I highly recommend Bob's little car hospital

They checked my vehicle very thoroughly, were open with their findings. I did not feel pressured to do more work on my vehicle than what I wanted. They were open with their suggestions as to what repairs would benefit the most.

These guys are great. Other than costing me my firstborn, I couldn t have asked for better service. They are quick, efficient, and their text/online quote system is the best I ve ever seen!!! Would recommend a hundred times over if you have the money! lol. Unfortunately, when you don t know what you re doing with regards to working on cars (That s ME!), you pay for the convenience of having someone way smarter do the work. In my case, it s worth it. These guys are phenomenal!

My check engine light came on and I called Bob's Lil Car Hospital. They said to bring my car in the next day. They kept me appraised of everything and only did the work I authorized. I'm very happy with the work they did and I will definitely be taking my car to them again.

Made sure I knew what was happening along the way. Gave me an estimate range that I was comfortable with and if over would call me. Advised me that they weren't able to complete tasks, yet very informative of why and causes. Would definitely be back because I felt valued and I could trust them.

Amazed! New customer for life. I had a engine mount bolt fall out. They were my second opinion. Both places estimated me at 2 hours. I had a good feel with Bob s. I absolutely need my car for a new job the following week and don t have a whole bunch of fancy money. It took them 1/2hr to fix it and ONLY CHARGED ME FOR A 1/2 HR! Seriously who does that?!? And they did a full vehicle inspection for free! Can t be more impressed!Service: Engine repair

Had a battery that wasn't holding a charge. It had a 3 year warranty for full replacement. Little car hospital took care of replacement battery at no charges. Thank you Kenny Tover..

Lil Car Hospital has serviced my cars for years, They are capable, hard working, and professional. Every Christmas they send me a Christmas card and let me chose a small gift. When my wife passed a while ago they sent me a sympathy card, I consider Lil Car Hospital family.

Bob's is my go-to place for automotive work. Today it was for asynthetic oil change with filter ........ good for a year. Not inexpensive but worth it to me to keep up the requirements of my vehicle's maintenance contract.

I ve taken my car here 2 different times on the recommendation from a reputable repair shop closer to where I live that was booked full at the time. They have been able to easily diagnose my cars issues and fix them quickly. They also were able to work with me while I was trying to scrape the money together for the major fix I needed and I thought that was really nice of them. Will 100% recommend to any of my friends with car issues in the future!

Could not be more disappointed! I wanted to keep my business local and it cost me! I took my TDI there twice, each trip was close to $1500, only to have the same problems! Was charged $588.82 for a part that I could have bought from VW for $250. Almost $3k and my vehicle was still not working right. They said bring it back and they would diagnose for free, when I went back they said I would have to take it to the dealer, THEY COULDN T FIX IT. I spoke to a shop in Portland, they said bring it in and they would take a look, they hooked it up to the computer, paired the replaced parts, charged me $70 and the car runs great now! Bob s charged me $329.94 for a diagnostic! I will never be back, the shop in Portland finished the job that Bob s couldn t.

I took my car there a few years ago because I was having trouble with the steering. The first time they said I needed all my oils changed. That cost a pretty penny and did not fix the problem. I took it again and they supposedly checked the power steering pump, didn't fix anything but yet billed me for a printed out walk around. I took it back again for the same problem. Then they decided the timing belt needed to be replaced. All in all told those three visits cost me almost $4,000. I just took it back because the air conditioner wasn't working. They said the AC compressor needed to be replaced at a cost of 2600. I took it to another mechanic, there was nothing wrong with the compressor. It was just a burnt wire. Plus the mechanic found broken wires, unplugged fans, wires that had never been hooked back up. And he only charged me $1,000 . Bob's little car hospital is only one that has touched that car in the last 10 years. I can only surmise that they're the ones that destroyed the wires and left the fan unplugged. Expensive and destructive. I believe they deserve minus 5 Stars

I had a fantastic experience at Bob's! I was referred to by a friend, and because I'm not from the area, I'm really leery of male dominated industries that are known to take advantage of women simply because they can(i.e. over-quoting, misleading sales tactics, etc) And that's just simply not what happened here.. I had a fantastic experience that began with an online quote for potential windshield washer pump/nozzle replacement by Ken, that started as $100 quote. Between the time I dropped it off to have them look at the washer system to give me a quote for repairs, I had a tail light that went out, and they were kind enough to go ahead and replace that for me after they did a full once-over on my truck. They were direct and timely with communication, provided me detailed infographics including explanations and photographs of the specific issue or issues that were going on with my truck, parts that need replaced, And also did a top to bottom diagnostic informing me of potential repairs that would be crucial within the next couple of months. The fact that they were honest with me about what could and could not be put off and what I could get away with fixing now, I absolutely felt comfortable letting them Go ahead and fix the first half of work up they did for me. Bob's will now be my new home mechanic shop, And I'll be back within the next two or three months to let them finish the other half of the quote they gave me. They have appointment confirmations by text and also send links to pay online for your convenience..BONUS! They have the cleanest bathroom I have seen probably in any business in Longview or Kelso, let alone a mechanic shop!
