Kelly got us in super fast and was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about our experience here! Very reasonable prices and quick turnaround. I will be telling all my family and friends about this place.

Took my truck here to have my transmission totally rebuilt. When my truck was dropped off it ran 100% fine other then my transmission, i am talking about my motor ran fine. About 3 week pass by and I m told it s done and ready to pick up so i called and paid over the phone as i was working and i couldn t get there before they closed (this was a Friday) my husband goes to pick it up with our tow truck because we have access to one and it s easier to pick up that way. Anyway fast forward to us starting it and hearing a god awful sound so my husband goes in the following Monday and asked what was up and what happen. He then gets told he s a lier by the owner and his wife and they say we dropped it off sounding that way. Completely 100% not true even in the slightest so after a lot of back and forth they say to bring it back in to look at it. Few days pass by only to be told basically nothing and that again it ran like that when we dropped it off. Again COMPLETELY NOT TRUE. So i today go to pickup my keys and have it moved outside the fence so we can have a truck come pick it up later and a man from this shop (not sure if was the owner or not) gets in my truck and guns it outta the parking lot all pissed off. Then slammed my door and didn t say a word to me. Anyway if i could give zero stars i would but DONT come here unless you want to have your car messed up more then when you picked it up and be called a lier WORST SHOP AROUND BE WARNED

I can t say enough good things about ATS Kelly & Bryan took such good care of my truck and me. They kept in contact with me every step of the away, worked with my warranty company to get it covered. They knew I was paying out the butt for a rental and got my truck done in a timely & professional way. 5 stars doesn t even do them justice

Horrible experience was called a liar the whole time but with no proof from both parties it doesnt matter felt nothing but its not or fault from the day i went in and explained that i couldnt even drive my truck more then a half mile so who knows if my transmission was even fixed was just given a truck and a bill yea i lost my cool but who wouldnt when you get a truck back that you cant drive but oh well im done got my truck back and just have to replace the whole drivetrain now so in your own words I'm not going to go back in forth with you on what who said what and did what she gave a review from her experience and I gave a review from mine 2 different people requires 2 different reviews

I brought my car in for diagnostics for my transmission. I think they do good work. I never talked with the mechanic who worked on my car. The issue is gone, so that's good. I think she said she was the owner/mechanics wife. She was standoff-ish and couldn't be bothered to give me correct information or find someone who knew more. I got tired of trying to navigate her, so I paid the repair cost and left. I probably won't return.

A bit late on getting this in but when you have great service you don't forget! First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They got my truck in and had it repaired quickly. I don't believe my truck ran this good when I purchased it...the transmission is so strong much better that I could have ever imagined.I highly recommend this shop and will always bring my vehicle here first for all future repairs. A side note, I have never received this kind or level of service from the dealership.Service: Transmission

Had them put in a transmission for me and it was done very fast definitely impressed. Good price to and so far the car is running good and the transmission I got was as described. I'm bringing it back in tomorrow to have them fix a safety issue they discovered. Seems like a nice honest auto shop from my experience

These guys are GREAT. Bryan was really good about backing up anything he does and takes the time to explain what a person's options are. We are new transplants to the area and they were helpful about making some recommendations for work they don't do, and that was really awesome too!! I had my truck's transmission rebuilt and since then we've used them to have our car's transmission serviced. I do most of the work on my own rigs, short of the transmission, and I was grateful that not only did they pull the codes on my rig (a Mercedes I didn't have the software for), they also looked them up and provided me with the list when I picked up the car. It's SO HARD to find a place to have your rigs worked on that is trustworthy. I have complete confidence in Bryan's honesty and willingness to talk through repairs. Took my truck in to have the trans checked and a flush. Had it rebuilt a couple thousand miles ago by another shop out of state, it turns out it didn't need a flush yet but was a bit over full. The tech sucked some out and sent me on my way free of charge..... Definitely will be back if I need work done in the future.

Definitely above and beyond. I know they were very busy but somehow they squeezed me into their schedule. Diagnosed and repaired my Dodge truck quickly and the price was more than reasonable. THE ONLY SHOP I will continue to seek transmission services!Highly professional!They removed the transmission in my 99 Dodge diesel truck, analyzed the issue and discovered a broken spring in the valve body and replaced the rear main seal on the engine. The cost of their professional service was unbelievably reasonable and without the all to common practice of attempting to convince me that it needed a total rebuild.The attitude and professionalism was SUPERIOR to Thomas Transmission (see review)!

This shop was awesome! Excellent service by a true mechanical PROFESSIONAL! Not only did he service my entire drive line, but looked my vehicle over and advised me of what was going to become an issue. The reception/service manager was friendly, down to earth and very hospitable. I love the HR rep, (A shop dog), who seemed very nice and well mannered. There is a nice coffee stand across the street, where I had a beverage while I was waiting. You don't find many small shops with such exceptional customer service as Automatic Transmission Specialist these days. I really appreciate the extra awareness of showing me what I need to have looked at sooner than later.

After reading tons of reviews I thought they would do a good job. I was wrong. I had them replace my clutch and transmission fluid. They left a bolt loose on my driveline causing a horrible clicking noise. Glad it was caught in time before it caused an accident or worse. Bottom line I am disappointed that a professional shop lacks this much attention to detail.. I could have wrecked and died. Do they care? Not at all. Take your money elsewhere.

My Subaru Crosstrek had the Transmission Valve Body fail. After Bud Clary gave me an outrageous quote (over 2x the price I ended up paying with ATS), I checked these guys out. They were upfront and honest, included taxes into the quote so no extra hidden fees, and service was done in a timely manner.

I feel like Bryan and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that the repairs done on my transmission were done right. They went and towed my vehicle from my house in castle Rock with no charge. They also agreed to meet me after hours so I could pick up vehicle with out having to miss any work even though it was Kelly's birthday. Great people in my opinion!

Bryan was awesome!! Shop was "closed", but he was there working on a personal vehicle. Took my truck in, started tearing it apart right there, kept it over the weekend and made the repairs needed to save me an entire rebuild/replacement. Wonderful folks!!

They Did a full rebuild on my 1967 pontiac gto 4 speed transmission and did an awesome job and also made sure car was clean after completing where they did work at. Would definitely go with this shop again.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I had my transmission rebuilt just last week and i think these guys are great. They did a great job kept it under the price we discussed and are just very nice people in general...i would definately go back!

I brought a transmission from out of my own customers vehicle from two hours away to have ATS rebuild it. The owner came in on his day off to take delivery. We appreciate the extra service. He knew immediately what is wrong and is rebuilding it for us. ATS goes above and beyond to serve their customers. That is why they get my transmission work.Service: Transmission

Had a transmission start leaking . I saw their reviews and brought the truck to them despite the tow truck drivers recommending other shops. Not only did they get the truck in and repaired quickly but they also refunded the cost of the tow bill!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I went in here dreading what I would hear. This was the third place I had gone today. I am a single mom with three kids and I really needed my car fixed and they did it for me so fast!!!! Bryan was very personable and knowledgeable in listening to my transmission issues. I was given a quote and the possibilities of what could be wrong. The next day...FIXED! No extra or hidden fees! Big thank you to ATS...Bryan & Kelly...you rock!
