What a fun night for an office party!No one had to drive in the rain!Built in Designated Driver!They were amazing again!Extremely responsive and kept us informed about pick up and drop off. Helped us make some decisions about where to go, and had an awesome set up.We toasted a successful 2023 and treated our employees to a well deserved night out.Thank you!Merry Christmas

Working with A Step Above Limousine for my daughter s 13TH birthday was such a great experience. They were communicative, professional, and patient with ten teen girls! The pink hummer was a lot of fun and the girls enjoyed it. I highly recommend using them!

The limo driver, Kevin was fabulous! The limo service was excellent. The driver made all of the reservations for me through the wineries I went to for my 21st birthday. The pink hummer limo was in great condition and definitely suited my needs with an excellent sound system, water provided, and a smooth ride. We had a blast fitting my whole party (10 adults) in the car. It was super fun, and I definitely recommend this service for any of your parties!

Kevin is so knowledge and professional about the area and so welcoming. I 100% recommend. We went on a 21st birthday winery tour, he planned the trip for us, kept us on time, and of course kept things fun and enjoyable! If you follow the rules and recommendations there are absolutely no complaints.

A Step Above Limousine is the best limousine service we've ever had! Kevin is very timely and knowledgeable of the area. I had a 21st party for my daughter, I'm not very knowledgeable on the area or wineries. Kevin made calls and planned the whole day cutting out that stress for me. Each winery was expecting us and had our tables ready for our group. I will definitely call A Step Above Limousine service for all our future needs!!!!

I rented the H3 Pink Hummer for my 44th Birthday on 9/6/20; we had the best time and the best service. The best part was the Vancouver Waterfront and IIani Casino. I will book them again, and they know how to have a good time.

The limo was a pink stretch hummer that arrived early and stayed a few minutes late- they were prompt and professional. They came from Kalama to drive us to my 40th birthday party at the local bowling alley in Longview. We would have liked to see the Christmas lights out the windows but there is no visibility out from the back- small frosted windows. It was a great special occasion experience.

Imagine bringing your rigs to a community family event made for kids to explore, and the YELLING at kids for wanting to simply LOOK into your car. I understand kids can be disruptive and disrespectful.. however the extreme machines event at the cowlitz county expo center was designed specifically to allow kids to EXPLORE.The guy (assuming he is owner operator here) has yelled at many family s and almost got in a whole physical altercation with a mom over the way he yelled at her child. Based off of treatment here makes me wonder what his service skills would hold while supposed to be getting you to a special event. Makes me nervous he would ruin that too.

This Limo Service brought their big pink Limo to a children s event. This was a big vehicle/construction event where all other vehicles allowed children to go into their vehicles. This was the entire point of the event. The gentleman that brought the Limo was very rude to all of the children and parents when they tried to enter the open doors of the vehicle being displayed (just like is expected at this event). I was going to hire this company, but their rudeness and lack of awareness at this event has turned us off. We will go with a different company.

Kids had an amazing time. Kevin went above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one. I called around 20 places and they were not only the best priced, but the most accommodating. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE customer service at the Expo event. do not go to a hands on event for children to learn about commercial vehicles if you're going to yell at them for looking in the limo or sitting in it. don't go to the event at all or keep the doors shut and locked. my autistic son was having a hard time and only enjoyed the bass in the limo just to be told to get out very RUDELY when he was just sitting on the seat not touching a thing because he's on a wrist leash. shame on you for acting the way you guys did at this event.

All I can say is AMAZING. Kevin from a step above was so awesome to work with after a last minute issue with another limo company he stepped in last minute (and I mean last minute) and saved the day! His customer service was great! He was punctual! He was energetic and personable! And he was so kind! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a limo!

Yelled at my kids for going in their limo at the extreme machines event. They had nothing asking parents to keep kids out. He was very rude. Maybe looking in to the details of the event you choose to bring your vehicles to, instead of yelling at kids would be a better plan.

A Step Above Limousine Service is hands down AMAZING. The limousine was incredible, completely decked out and immaculate. Our chauffeurs, Kevin and his son, were nothing less than amazing and provided excellent service! He even had a complementary bottle of wine ready for us when he picked us up. Kevin and his son were great, on time and very accomidating. Never failed to go the extra mile and takes all the worry out of making a reservation.. even took all the worries out of planning our day. We used this service for my birthday, we told Kevin that we wanted to go wine tasting, and he delivered our needs by taking us to multiple different wineries without us having to worry about a thing. They truly made my birthday party perfect, and an evening I will never forget! Kevin and his son made sure that, on my birthday, I felt like a superstar. I can't rave enough about our positive experience. This is the company I will always use for any limo service needs in the future. Thank you for making my special day/night so perfect! I feel fortunate to have found them and highly recommend!!! Can t wait to use them again, hopefully soon :-)

I can t describe how amazing the service was!! My daughter had her 13th birthday party we rented a limo through step above limousine. The party got pushed back twice due to illness. Kevin was amazing, very understanding, extremely patient and was able to make it work for us. Kevin and his son Marques got there early, decorated the limo in honor of my daughters special day, provided sparkling apple cider for the girls even got a rose sparkling cider knowing the theme of my daughters party. They were kind, attentive, respectful, and oh my gosh they were fun!! They heard 13 year old girls singing from the top of their lungs and dancing. Kevin and Marques even joined them and the girls went crazy! They truly go above and beyond! I will be renting them for other occasions. They were truly amazing if I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would. Highly recommended! Thank you guys for making my daughters special day truly special!

I would like to thank A Step Above Limousine Service for a very successful exit to our wedding. They consistently checked in with us the weeks before the wedding. The ride was smooth and with the exception of a holdup along the way (a train was being loaded and would have been hours before being able to pass), they were quick.I'm really thankful about how flexible the people were as my wife and I have three kids (22, 13, and 10). We wanted them to take us to our hotel and our kids back to our house which they did. They even got us wine and our kids sparkling cider.I don't know that I can can recommend this service enough!

We had an incredible time with Kevin. He was professional, on top of communication, and punctual in picking us up. Kevin made it a great experience for our youth ministry and we will absolutely be using him again. The students all said how fun of an adventure it was to cruise around town in a limousine. Professional from beginning to end. I work as the Homecoming Director for a local school and we've worked with A Step Above for the past few years. The service is highly professional, from how they begin the booking process to the experience in the limo and then checking in afterwards. The vehicles are incredibly clean, the music is tailored to the group, and the driver(s) are positive and safe. Kevin, the owner, and I were in constant contact about pick up time. He was excellent to work with and I look forward to working with him again next year.

We hired them as transportation for us and the bridal party for our wedding last month, and we were beyond impressed!We loved that it was a friendly family run business that even included their son (who was so sweet and professional). They were so nice, and most importantly prompt!This was the most memorable moment for me- I (the bride) was a bit stressed and they greeted me with a hug, which really turned my attitude around and put a smile on my face!

I looked all over town for a Limo service for my daughter's 13th Birthday Party and Kevin at A Step Above delivered in a big way. He was willing to schedule me in short notice. He showed up right on time with his clean, fun limo and even included some extras for my daughter and her friends. We all had a great time and will definitely be using A Step Above exclusively when we have another event or want a fun night out. Thanks again Kevin!!!

I made birthday plans for a day full of dog friendly wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised to find out that A Step Above was dog friendly! Kevin was more than accommodating and allowed us to place a soft kennel in the limo so that we could bring our pup along. He even went above and beyond, taking us through a drive through before the event to make sure we weren t drinking on an empty stomach. Can t recommend these guys enough!

Hired A Step Above Limo Service for my best friends bachelor party and had an absolute blast! Our driver Kevin was extremely professional and gave great quality service. The sound system was insane (great bass) and the lights were extremely cool! 10/10 would recommend, plus best prices around by far!

The professionalism of this service was at its finest! Representative was very kind and courteous and met all of our needs for limousine service Our valued rate we received was well worth it! We at Crazy Like A Fox Entertaiment, LLC - hired A Step Above Limousine Service to transport actors to the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts on Oct. 29 - 2022 for the movie Premiere of HARMONY FALLS. The event was a tremendous success due in no small part to the professionalism of: A Step Above Limousine Service - their service was excellent; they were amazing to work with. Their limousines are beautiful.
