Eric and Jordan were amazing and helped me same day, took about an hour to replace my screen and they even put in a new battery! Super awesome guys! I was so upset my screen broke today and now it's like a new phone! So happy! Even got an awesome screen protector! Great little store, easy to get to. Will definitely be taking an old phone I have to get the data off of it, very excited to find a trustworthy place to do this for me, been saving the old phone for years with this hope. Highly recommend!

This was the most efficient experience I've had getting a repair done on my phone. Jordan, the service representative who helped me was absolutely delightful. Delightful. He helped me file my claim. When I walked in the store in within just 2 minutes my claim was approved and he replaced my screen and I was out of the store in 15 minutes. Jordan was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in any way he could to make it a great experience for me. Me. I would highly recommend coming here if you carry phone insurance by Asurion to get your repairs done. Thank you, Jordan!

I was worried about damaging my phone trying to clean/fix the charger port myself and wanted an expert to help make sure nothing was damaged. With an easily made appointment and a friendly call confirmation, Eric helped me clean the port and make sure it was in all good working order. Fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for my electronic needs!

I'll share my experience. My phone screen went black Sunday 4/7, I made an appointment online at the Issaquah store for Monday 4/8. I then got a confirmation email early Monday morning. Then an hour or so later I get an email saying they are closed on Monday due to staffing issues. So, not a very good experience.EDIT:I called customer support number that the owner suggested to relate my experience. After being on hold for 4 or 5 minutes, a person answered and I related my story to him. We were then disconnected! And this is the company that Google told me to work with. LOL

Jordan was fantastic. The store was overwhelmed since there was only one technician as the other called in sick, but I really needed my phone fixed. he was kind enough to still take my device and stayed late to fix a cracked screen. Works perfectly now.

Been to see Jordan a month ago when my Pixel 5A act up. He was so helpful. Today, we went again after the Pixel 5A totally died with blank screen. Jordan as usual is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. We really appreciate the fact that he and his partner Bryan are there for us! It adds a degree of confidence for what we should or should not do when our cell phones die on us :-(( Thanks Guys!

I had my screen replaced here and Jordan was super helpful! He was really friendly and even helped me pick out a really nice pop socket to go along with my brand new screen that was badly broken :)

After spending too long with support from google who refused to help me with my pixel 5a, I was privileged to speak with Jordan about the proper solution. Thank you!! Seriously grateful. Jordan at the Issaquah uBreakiFix quickly diagnosed my phone's issue (swollen battery), explained that it's a known issue with pixels and nothing to worry about, and got me an OEM replacement battery changed out in it so quick! Super kind and patient with explaining the fix, really great customer service (he was juggling multiple people both when I dropped off and picked up, they're busy here!). Hoping I don't have more phone trouble in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll bring anything that needs fixing. And I got a cute glitter pop socket here too - nice bonus!

Great Experience. Stopped by to get my Galaxy Note 20 USB-C port replaced. Couldn't maintain a connection with Android Auto in my car anymore unless I jiggled the cable and held it just a certain way. I was expecting to spend $100.But the representative, Jordan, cleaned my USB port and got all sorts of lint out of it. He went out to my car with me and made sure everything worked and it did! He went above and beyond and it cost me nothing. It's nice to know they don't rip you off and do unnecessary work. I'll definately return next time I need a phone repair.

Brian and Jordan did an awesome job dealing with the hinge issue on my fold 4. Problematic parts and even the aged battery were replaced! All $600+ cost is covered under extended warranty from Samsung Care +, which I'd highly recommended if yours is also a galaxy foldable. This time very satisfied with the Asurion service.

Outstanding service by Jordan. he listened to my problem and inmidiatly was ready to provide a couple of solutions. he made a recomendiation to contact Google Pixel 5a office for an extended warranty, he is noticing an uptick on Google Pixel 5a repairs. Overall, a great experience provided by Jordan at the uBreakiFix store in Issaquah. thank you.

Brian fixed the issue we had with our MacBook Pro. We went to apple store first, they deleted our data and said the logic board was faulty and would cost 700$ to fix. Brian just followed basic recovery mechanism and brought the Mac book back to life. He didn t charge us a penny. Thanks to Brian and uBreakiFix for solving our issue. I completely recommend this store for any of your electronics issues.

I had an appointment today 7/27/13 for 11am. I drove 30 minutes to get here to find out the store is closed. Someone put a sticky note on the door saying so. Door is locked. No one in site. Customers standing around trying to figure out what to do.The receptionist from the dental office next door comes out and tells a handful of us standing around that no one's been here for weeks. I called Asurion customer support and they think the place is still open but can't get a hold of anyone. The entire company is clueless. Look at the other recent reviews. Same experience with others. Ffs.

My experience at most phone repair shops are typically marginal at best.My experience with this electronic repair shop was superb. The main reason it was great was because of the customer service I received.Jordan is the manager at this facility and he gave me a courtesy call the day of my appointment, he also was very attentive to my needs, listened to me and most importantly he did the repair quickly and properly.People like Jordan represent their company in the best way and make you want to do business with them again.

I had a Lenovo yoga laptop, spilled red Bull on it about 6 months ago. Sticky keys but functioning. I was scared to take it to a computer store because it was a graduation gift and I m somewhat sentimental about it. Reuben and McKenzie walked me through the process, got me a good price and quelled my fears about getting it repaired. Got it back 2 days later which was faster than projected and I am extremely satisfied.Thanks UBreakIFix!

Took a samsung in for review, as I am required to have a repair shop evaluate my dead phone for an insurance claim.Was told that since they are part of Asurion (an issuance company), company policy prohibits them from writing anything up. I asked if they could recommend another shop and was told that they could only recommend Samsung repair centers.I said OK, can you recommend a Samsung repair center, and with a smile was told that they are a Samsung repair center, but can't provide a written repair estimate because it was needed for an insurance claim.I asked for another repair center and was told 'some best buy stores are'.The attitude around this, and the fact that the parent company has a policy that prevents them from providing written estimates for any insurance work other that theirs is pretty amazing.

The Issaquah location is great! I went in and they were able to quickly solve the issue with my laptop webcam. Total user error on my part - they were super nice and kind about it. I'll definitely return if I have any future hardware issues.

I feel compelled to write this review after leaving the Issaquah location. Upon entering the store, I witnessed an unreasonable customer demanding a service be done, as the employee tried to explain the policy and options, the customer became very rude, started talking about how much money he makes and such, (guess what, your in lssaquahlots of people with money, no one cares, nothing special.) Trying to belittle the employee. The employee, Jordan, was so calm. I work in customer service myself. There's no way I would have held it together, no wonder these jobs are hard to fill. When it was my turn, Jordan wasacceptional in taking care of my issue, also helped me with some privacy settings! If you have issues see Jordan! Very knowledgeable and a really nice guy!
