I've used TAJ to do a rear end collision repair on my Infiniti through insurance and also to paint the grills on my Lotus on my own dime. They are great to work with from dealing with insurance to helping me to choose the right finish on my matte black parts. The quality of work is excellent as well.

Recently had some work done for a fleet vehicle and TAJ was great. They went above and beyond to clean the inside of the vehicle, even though they had no work to perform on the inside. Thank you!

This place is simply the best. I was recommended by my family and I see why they love Taj so much. I went in for a scratch and they went above and beyond. Even cleaned parts they didn t involve the scratch. THEN! My car actually broke down (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ISSUE - old car, my fault not getting a tune up for a while.) I called Taj, the collision center who works on the outside, and they STILL ran over on foot to help me out. I was in the middle of the road and they came over to help me. No questions asked. They helped me get out of the road, and lent me oil because my car literally had none (Again, my fault. I m just a young human still figuring out car things.) The employees stayed with me until they felt it was safe enough to drive home. I don t even know what I wouldn t done without them in that situation. They did amazing on the body work in 3 short days, then went above and beyond to help me even when I was done. I am going to recommend Taj to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU!!! You are all the BEST!

I NEVER thought I could actually be HAPPY about spending $2500 for a car repair, BUT? It's TRUE!! Completely honest and their estimate on the repairs was spot on. They called me with updates throughout the process, and did an amazing job throughout while being very professional!People are so negative these days, not to mention they're impatient and nasty. The people that work there were SO friendly too! So much so, that I have to admit that it honestly changed my entire day! That is the most important thing in running a business!!My mind is at ease knowing IF I'm ever in another accident? They're my 2nd call!

WOW The most important reason to not take your car to TAJ Collision Center is they do not stand behind their work. "Matching colors can be tough" according to their front desk. Ok let's assume matching colors is a challenge then a good shop should have no issue doing it again until it is right. TAJ customer service said it was the best they could do and they would not try to correct it. Don't take your car to TAJ. Bumper is different color from body. If you have any issue with the quality of their work they will give you 10 excuses about why they cant do better. Just save yourself the problem and go somewhere else.

I don't normally write reviews, but TAJ did such a good job that they deserve a six-star rating if we could give it. We called over a dozen different collision repair shops in the area after a tree fell on our car, but none were willing to take a look. Matt at TAJ was the only person who was willing to help. He documented the damage to the car and got the insurance company to acknowledge it. We would have lost a lot if it wasn't for their help.Service: Body & Trim

I had not been in an accident before, and wasn't sure what to expect in the repair process. TAJ did great work, and Brent kept me informed every step of the way. We even hit a couple snags with the insurance company, but TAJ fought the good fight on my behalf. They went "above and beyond" throughout the process, and I'm grateful for their expertise. What a wonderful experience I received working with TAJ. Very upfront and honest. The estimate for the repair came in less when picking up my vehicle after the work was completed. Has that ever happened at a auto repair establishment? Well, it did here!Brent at the front desk is awesome at keeping you posted every step of way and Josh knows his stuff when given a challenging auto repair!

I very rarely write reviews the service needs to be extraordinary or extremely poor for me to write a review, this is one of the extraordinary experienced. Josh, Brent, and the rest of Taj employees are amazing. I had my truck broken into twice in a year and both times went to Taj, while the circumstances for meeting them were unfortunate they made the entire process smooth and easy. Not only did they fix the truck so we ll it looked brand new, they have always gone above and beyond. Giving me advice on little tweaks I want to do to my truck. I would recommend them to everyone if they need a trustworthy and excellent work done on their car or truck.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about TAJ, and I would never take one of my vehicles any place else for body work. Somehow I have ended up taking three vehicles to TAJ, one for major body work, one for minor, and one for estimates. TAJ consistently comes back with competitive estimates and their final bills have no hidden charges. But what I love the most about TAJ is the genuinely honest and friendly people. They explain the repairs clearly, they rush to serve you, if they can do you a favor - they will. Their wait time has never been too long and they finish the work when they say they will. I highly recommend TAJ to all my family and friends.

My experience with TAJ was smooth and professional. I came in to have some work done on my car from a fender bender but also had add on work that was unrelated. The estimate process was quick and with out an appointment. I also appreciate the level of flexibility to resolving add on working to get me the results I was looking for while keeping budget in mind.

Brent and his team were outstanding to work with. From the time I walked in the door Brent just took over. He explained the process clearly and then kept me updated throughout the entire repair. Stress free and the work they did on our car was first rate. He also acted as our advocate with the insurance company. Brent and Josh are all about the customer. ------------Do not be tricked by all the 5 star reviews! -------I visited because I saw they have good reviews. However all the one star reviews are the true experience. I come in explained my situation with the front desk person who is very nice. (I visited a more expensive bodyshop before however they cannot fix because they cannot order parts. so I came here for a lower standard) Then the owner joined in. After communicating for a while he notice there were some information he did not know, however I told the front desk those information before he joined!!!! They front desk person tried to explain this for me when he was arguing with me, However he acted like he did not hear it!!!!!!! Then he started to go furiously loud and stopped me every time when I try to explained and started yelling. Certainly I made some mistake that probably I should just wait util the liable insurance to get back to me before I started to worry they do not fix my car and asking for an approximate estimate. But I do not think it is something needs to be yelled at!!!!Horrible experience! With such a bad attitude with costumer I do not TRUST they would fix your vehicle with care. Like other one-star reviews said they probably going to paint your car with different color and educating you that, you should not expect a lot because your car is old anyways. He probably expects all costumers just hand in their money to him and are happy with his junky finish--------respond to his response ----I am not surprised that he listed out many points attacking me/ excuses himself, because just like another one-star comment: This Guys Finds a Hundreds of Excuses after they did car repairs Wrong or costumer services Wrong. However he was never willing to face his own fault that he did junky repairs(according to the photo of another review), and he treat his costumer horribly.1. I did say the f word in the shop. I admit my fault, unlike you. However I said the f word after being yelled at for ONE HOUR at your shop!!!2. I just want to know how much it is going to cost to fix, and I did not insist to get one. However you yelled at me 6 times about the estimate thing when we are talking other subjects.3. They cannot fix it, so I bring it here. how is that an indication that I make profit out of this? why do you always find your excuse by attacking others ?4. I said it only once that I want a new part if possible. Not repeatedly. Why do you make this up? you mentioned you can order some reconditioned parts which may be wrecked before. or comes with rock chips. So I hesitated about whether I should lower my expectation. and I never asked you to total this car. I do not believe you can total this car either.5. I do not insist parts to be brand-new new. but I at least it would be new from accident. and I know they are available on the market. You wanted me to have expectation of recovered from accidents parts. That is a rip off.I would not respond to his further replies because I know he is going to find another 100 excuses/attacks, and never face the real problem that he yelled at costumers out of his own problem, and he constantly wants customers to lower their expectation to accept his junky ripoff work (according to other reviews).I had wasted my time at this shop today and I felt super regretful. Please do not waste your money, time and effort on this shop!

1 - Out of the blue, a random dude crashes into me on 405 and my truck is subsequently totalled.2 - Start looking for a collision shop. Want to give business to local shop, not a big corporation. Found TAJ in Issaquah.TAJ inspected my truck and had a comprehensive damage report day 1. Side impacts on truck cabs cause complex damages, and they took the time to explain to me exactly what was damaged on my truck, and laid out the entire insurance process for me as well. I really felt like they were on my side, even when my own insurance company was running me through the ringer. TAJ kept me updated every step of the way as the process continued, and really went above and beyond to help. 5/5 stars TAJ was excellent to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend TAJ to anybody and everybody.

This was my first experience with TAJ & the service I received here was AWESOME. Super nice & helpful staff! Just wanted to get the grill overlays I ordered online professionally installed on my new Armada. They got it done same day while I waited & it took just over a hour. I paid 75% LESS then I had been quoted by another place & the other place said it would take a week before they could even look at it. Highly recommend TAJ Collision!

In the past year+, I had TAJ Collision Center fix my 2 cars involved in collision. In both occasions, they went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. They dealt with insurance adjuster directly, coordinated mechanical repairs at the dealership, price matched OEM parts with insurance approved after market parts, caliberated safety sensors, kept me informed on the progress and finally made me say "WoW" with the quality of their work.If your car needs small or big work, don't hesitate to give Taj Collision a call and talk to Brent. You will thank yourself.

Awesome customer service and great workmanship. They went out of their way to get a price match for original parts when insurance would only pay for after-market. Cleaned car inside and out and gave it back looking, feeling and smelling brand new. Taj is the only body shop I trust in the greater Seattle area.

I'm not sure what the one yahoo who gave 4 stars was thinking because TAJ Collision is the JAM! If you want your car fixed and done right this is the place to go. Every car I own has seen Dr. Josh at TAJ and every time I've been blown away at the quality of work and the level of service. I love that this is a family business as Josh's wife is the glue that keeps TAJ amazing! If your car has a boo boo I highly recommend TAJ. I believe in TAJ so much that I continue to take my cars there even after moving out of the area, they are that good! Putting your car in the shop is stressful enough so do yourself a favor and just go to TAJ. Tell them Vivek sent you!!

TAJ does excellent work, provides great customer service and goes out of their way to solve your problem and make you happy, which is amazing since if your car is battered your spirit may be too! I have taken 3 different cars in over the last 2 years with variety of body damage (only once my fault). In all cases the workmanship was first rate. Nakkia made scheduling easy and Josh made sure the job was finished as promised and on time. They offered a variety of solutions to fix the problems - from a Rolls Royce fix to make things look brand new, to a minimalist fix appropriate for a 10 year old clunker. Plus, they priced fairly and were cost competitive, I checked.

I never want to be a "repeat" visitor to a body shop. Though when you need someone to trust, Taj is your place. The owners are local, they live in the area and are passionate about providing a high quality of service. They fix the issue and if something is not the way it should be, they will fix it until you are satisfied. They go above and beyond to take care of your needs and make the trauma of your vehicle being damaged easier to cope with.

What can I say, 5 stars wasn t enough. Brent s customer service is fantastic! It was snowing and my new car that was hit while parked downtown had a window that wouldn t roll all the way up due to the damage on the door. He quickly took care of me, my car and had me up and running again in no time. I can t thank him enough!

I can't say enough about this company. I've had to visit them about 7 times over the years. Each time is met with the same awesome customer service. My car usually comes back looking better then when I dropped it off :) Accidents are not fun, but having a body shop that is super easy to work with helps a lot.

These guys were AMAZING! I've dealt with other body shops in Issaquah before. Taj was by far the most friendly and easiest to work with. Conviently located in an auto stop mall with Eastside Mobile Auto Glass and Robs Transmission, which have also done great work for me in the past. The damage was done to our 2 month old nissan murano. It was completed when they said it would be, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Actually better! Not only was the door fixed but they also washed the outside, and detailed the inside. Wow! Was not expecting the inside to be sparkling. Hopefully won't need a body shop again. But if I do Taj will be my only stop. Thanks again!

They handled all the repairs well and my car looked new upon return. It was stress free working with them. They are very efficient in the writing up an estimate so you wont spend long at the shop.

I highly recommend Taj Collision. Their skill and attention to detail is A+. They are honest, friendly and they know what they are doing. They even finished with my repair 4 days early! Hopefully I won t ever have to go back, but if I do Taj is the only place I trust.
