Back in March 2024. I was road tripping through PNW with my friend and was heading back to Utah when my check engine light came one. O Reilly was fast at assisting and diagnosing my cars issue and referring us to shops near by to get help. They made the situation easier to deal with. I high recommend this location!!

Absolutely the best!! Greg went out of his way to be helpful and informative. Helped me with a diagnostic issue that I was dealing with (by testing for the code)...not only explained what possibly needed to be done, but gave me detailed printouts and suggested mechanics in the area that were reasonable in price (I know that they were legitimately good companies because I've used them before and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received, e.g. Stingray in Redmond). Very very trustworthy. Other service people who were there also asked if I needed assistance when Greg was with other customers, no one was idle...very happy with this store!

Cassandra is my angel today! My car wouldn't start at lunch. Figured I needed a new battery. Walked over and got one but saw Cassandra helping someone else outside to check if their battery and I asked about it and it can check the battery, alternator and starter. I noted this but figured I would start with the battery since I could change it myself, mine had some corrosion and was getting older anyway and least costly repair. I was proud of myself for changing my battery but still wouldn't start. I walked back over to O'Reilly and asked if she wouldn't mind walking over to my car to check it. She happily came to help and knew her stuff. Pretty quickly knew it was the starter that was out. She even tried to jump start it for me but that didn't work.She recommended Automeister to me and they really took care of me. They were able to get me in same day and back on the road.I am a single mom with no support here and often feel isolated and alone. I want to feel a community presence and like we all care about each other. That's vanishing in this world.I really felt community today from Cassandra at O'Reilly's who recommended me here after helping me figure out the issue to Zack at Clark's towing company that got me to the repair shop(though $260 to go 1.3 miles was an ouch) and to Alan for being an all around amazing person. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you and how much you have made me feel like humanity may still have a chance.Kindness matters so much and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had the worst experience at this place! I had a simple dead bulb on the headlight and this associate named Edgar was very unfriendly and when asked about what kind of bulb I would need he had no idea what I was talking about even though he had my cars year and model he looked like he didn t want to help me or something.. what a bad experience and such a inexperienced worker!!

JOHN IS AN ANGEL if you have a buick especially, john was so helpful and lovely and answered all of our stupid questions with a smile!!!!!! also for all the girlies, they treated us very fairly and there was no suspicion of scamming :) over the phone he said he was gonna clock in at 12 and we got there at 12:05 and he helped us immediately (sorry john but thank you so much) 5 STARS WOOHOO

5 stars! I will always come to this Oreilly s in Issaquah. John runs a great crew. Saecha is magic with her hands and fixed 2 things on my Honda Pilot that no one else could figure out. She s brilliant, talented and thorough. Friendly, informative, patient and great service. Thank you!!!!

Had a time sensitive issue with my wife s car, which had a mechanical/electrical issue. O Reilly was the only auto parts store open and readily accessible. Store staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Advised and directed me to the optimal solution for my needs. One hour later , Problem resolved. I can strongly recommend this auto parts chain and this store location (Issaquah, WA) in particular.

On our way from Ellensburg to Seattle we had a windshield wiper catastrophe! This O'Reilly's saved us! They even helped come tighten the wipers when our problems persisted. Highly recommend!!

Such a great parts shop. Had a bad time at Napa and came here instead. Got my engine light code read and the manager Lorenzo was so amazing talking me through what I would need to make the repair myself if I wanted. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

The guy who helped me was helpful and didn't roll his eyes at me like I didn't know what kind of car I was driving so thats four stars in my book. Prices a little high...minus one star.

I stopped by to get some help figuring out what the scraping noise was that I started hearing. John listened and looked, figuring out that I needed new front brakes. He set me up with the parts and the tools on loan for the job. He then talked me through what I needed to do, how to do it and what to expect and watch out for. Excellent help to get me on my way over the weekend when I'd never get into a shop.

Sachae (Sachea?) does an amazing job helping customers here!! She helped me with my power steering once before when I was having trouble and recently helped change my windshield wipers after I bought them/checked my fluids. She always goes above and beyond!! :)

For the most part they were ok. Older female employee was probably the most knowledgeable. It's difficult to give a good review, as I've been dissatisfied for so long with this particular location. That being said, they're definitely taking a step in the right direction regarding customer service

Horrendous customer service - was a sold a faulty product. They refused to take it back, were totally awkward + the manager wouldn t come of his office to face me. @corporate , shake up needed here

Not sure what to say. The person that helped me was complaining about another employee and politics of promotions. Also said they where quitting. I'm grateful I know how to get my own parts. I just wanted to pay for my stuff and go home.

Great store with caring employees. Good selections of antifreeze and oils and the general doodads many car peeps may need to survive, fix or enhance their vehicular lives. We shop here because it's easy to park, grab needed items and get back on the go. They also have some items with warranties that help us feel more confident in our purchases. Not only that, but being able to buy a belt for the engine of our truck was great - less than a third of the dealership price! Yay!

The people there are super nice! They know their stuff. I found what I needed really quickly and the employees were patient with my utter lack of organization. This is my go to auto parts store! Definitely recommend for anyone who needs anything car related!

Friendly service, great conversation with the cashier, he was attentive, smile on the face and deliver exceptional service. That s something you rarely receive these days. Would definitely come back here even tho all o Reilly s are the same. The service here is top tier

Very positive experience. I went in to purchase a headlight bulb and was waited on by a pleasant young man named Andrew. He came out, checked the bulb to confirm what kind I needed and then took the time to replace it for me. The whole process took 10 minutes! Thanks:)
