I have had the best experience with Northwest Inboards. Zac helped us with our 1st Axis boat in 2021 which I loved, so much. We put so many hours on it and needed an upgrade. He sold our boat while we picked out boat #2. Zac and Darren have provided us with so much support. I love the Axis boats so much. Being on the boat is like being on the best day of vacation. These guys have made my experience amazing! I will buy every boat I ever buy from these guys. It was an incredible experience both times!

Darren and Zac are hands down the best people to work with the in world. It's to bad they only sell boats, because I would buy pretty much anything from them. Zero pressure, answer any and all questions and really care about their customers and taking care of them. Looking forward to many years of buying boats from them!

I couldn t be more impressed with Zac at NWInboards! We bought an older used boat and he treated us like we bought a high end new boat. Every aspect of the deal was awesome! If you are in the market for a boat Zac is the guy you need to talk to! We will be back when it s time for an update!

Northwest Inboards is the absolute best! Just got my second boat from Darren and he makes it fun from filling out the order sheet to taking delivery and beyond. His customer focused approach makes you amped and satisfied about boat ownership from purchase day all the all the way through selling it and picking out the next! Thanks Darren!

If you are in the market for a boat Darren and the team at NW Inboards are a must visit. Low pressure, patient, super knowledgeable. Darren is the type of sales person that is very giving with his time even in the exploration phases. Don't waste as much of his time as I did. When your ready for a boat check them out.

Zac and Darren were awesome to work with on the build and purchase of our new Axis A22 last spring. No pressure whatsoever and were incredibly patient with our back and forth of whether to buy now or wait. Zac even drove a Moomba Craz to our house in Snohomish on a moment's notice to see if it would fit in our garage. When it didn't fit, he was super informative on the other options available to us and we ultimately ended up with the boat we should have targeted in the first place! They definitely know the industry and their product.Andrew with Bakes is also outstanding to work with. Great guy to talk to, super knowledgeable, transparent with everything and really works to schedule any services in the most convenient way possible for the customer.Thanks fellas, you have a customer for life.

Such a great experience from start to finish! I stopped by one afternoon to check out a new Axis. Zac helped me out and showed me a couple different boats I was interested in. Such a good dude. No hard sell or pressure at all. He was patient with me and gave me whatever info I needed to make a decision. I few weeks later I had a new T235 on my dock. I m very happy with my experience with Zac and everyone else that I ve met at NW Inboards!!

We were first time buyers and a little intimidated by the process. Zach was extremely helpful and honest about their pre-owned boats and made sure we were able to make a well informed decision that was right for our needs. As parents that work full-time, Zach was flexible and understanding to meet our scheduling needs and we never felt rushed or like he was distracted by other responsibilities. The purchasing process was efficient and administratively streamlined.Northwest Inboards earned lifetime customers with us for not only our next purchase but all of our servicing needs. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family without hesitation.

Over the last few years, I have purchased 2 boats from Darren and couldn't be happier with his attention to detail customer service. Darren is not just great during the sales process but amazing post sales when you really need help with your boat. If I had 10 stars I would use all of them!

Wow - great boat and amazing customer service!I did a lot of research and it seemed that the Axis T22 or A22 would meet all our hopes in a boat (great wake, plenty of space, nice options, and in budget my wife was OK with). We demoed the Axis to make sure it performed as expected and then picked our colors and features and bought the T22. We love it! (If you haven't surfed behind one you really need to! )Yes the boat is great, but I wouldn't have bothered posting to talk about a boat that you could read industry reviews on to know that. What really blew me away was the professionalism and customer service at NW Inboards. The team here (I worked with Darren and Zach) went above and beyond what I expected at every step of the process (demo, purchase, delivery, step-by-step walk-through on features, after sale service, etc.). It was literally the best buying experience I've ever had (including cars, houses, etc.). They've won a long time customer for sure.If you're looking at buying a boat, do yourself a favor and start here. You won't be disappointed.

Darren and Zach are top notch! This was my first boat purchase and they both made it an amazing experience from beginning to end. Everything from picking out the colors and features, to the test drive/tutorial once it was delivered - 5 star experience and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing. (Purchased '22 Supra SL 450).

I recently purchased a used 1996 MB Sports LS200 from Zac at NW Inboards. They were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are considering the purchase of either a new or used boat. I asked Zac if we could take the boat out for quick test drive. He was very accommodating and we had the boat in Lake Sammamish within 15 minutes of leaving the shop. We went for a test drive and I was sold. He even convinced my wife to take the helm. We had the paperwork done within 30 minutes. They also added 2 cleats to the boat at a very reasonable cost. I could not be happier. Highly recommend this place

My wife and I recently build/purchased a 2021 Axis A24 from NW Inboards this past winter and couldn t have been happier with our experience! Zac Conrad was instrumental in helping us with our purchase. His experience in the wake boat industry showed as we test drove the A24, allowing the boat to sell itself, and answer our questions and concerns with such a unique purchase. Even after taking delivery, we have reached out to Zac with questions and he s always been more than happy to help. If you re looking for a new or used surf boat, don t hesitate to give Zac a call at NW Inboards!

Darren @ NW Inboards was awesome to work with both before, during, and after the purchase of my Supra. Prior to making my decision and purchase Darren drove a boat over from Issaquah all the way to my home in Lake Forest Park for a test drive. During the purchasing process he ensured that everything went smooth, and after he even came back to my home to help me get my new boat all setup and situated as I was a first-time boat owner. Darren s customer service went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend Darren at NW Inboards in Issaquah to everyone in the market for a boat.

Thanks to Darren for making our experience buying our new Axis so easy, transparent, and exciting! He was very knowledgeable and helpful w/o trying to push a sale... he spent a ton of time taking us on demos, explaining options, and made sure we got exactly the boat wanted given budget and preferences. I would highly recommend buying a boat with NW Inboards!!!

I purchased the Axis 23 ft boat at the beginning of the 2017 season.Prior to this boat I owned a 2010 Malibu LSV23 for 7 years.I had many complaints about the first several generations of wake surfing boats, lots of bad engineering and maintenance issues.The 2017 Axis boat was impressive.Someone at Malibu was listening to customers.After the first season the boat is simpler in design, more reliable, far better preforming in all aspects - Wave - Operation - Reliability.The price was fantastic.Darren at NW inboards did a great job and he has a great product.!I

I hate buying large ticket items with all the pressure and risk involved. Darren Lamont at NW Inboards made buying a boat an amazing experience. NO PRESSURE. Calm and relaxed -- he made sure he new what we wanted, telling us the first time we came to see him that the boat we were interested in was not for us. "I'll call you when I get something here that you want," he told us. A month later we drove home with exactly what our family hoped for.When the boat for us showed up Darren answered any questions we had. He speaks with few words and doesn't embellish or pretend to know everything about everything. What I'm saying is that you can tell he's telling the truth.On our test drive we had a small problem that Darren quickly diagnosed with a ballast tank. When we arrived back at the shop he sent us out for lunch while he fixed the problem. With the problem fixed Darren sent us home saying, "You're going to love this boat. Call me if you need anything."

Shout out to Daren and Zac. It was definitely not easy to wait for our boat to arrive patiently for about 8 months but they have been helping me along the way and assuring us that our boat will come before the summer ends. And sure it did!! They are very responsive. Always a phone call away and got back to me soon. Thank you, guys!

Bought a boat from them!! Darren was very helpful and nice! Great parts dept and tons of cool toys to pick from in their store. Prices were reasonable. Great experience if your looking for a boat give them a call!!

Darren is awesome, and I would pay extra just to get his level of service. He would reply emails until midnight. And If I would buy another boat, or do trade in, would not even think to go anywhere else !!!

I worked with Darren to buy a boat and the entire process was so efficient. From the first call to a rear view mirror full of Malibu took only hours. Service department is sharp too. Can t imagine going anywhere else for boat needs. Thanks, NWI!
