Great shop. Robert was courteous and talked to me like a human, not just a customer. We spent time kicking around solutions, thinking there might not be a cheap one based on what i was describing, but he kept saying, "we'll know once we get it up in the rack." Sure enough, he took one look at the broken flange on the cat and said, "Easy. Weld a sleeve on it. $250. Done in an hour." Peyton took care of the welding work like a pro. These folks made my day. I've already recommended them more than once to other friends, and I'm sure I'm not done. Thank you!

I have taken my Jeep to Midas for a few years now when various problems arose with it. As with most car problems, they pop up suddenly and are unexpected. Robert has always been incredibly accommodating and fit me into their schedule right away. He has been wonderful with trying to keep my costs down as much as possible and explaining everything that needs to happen to get me back on the road. The customer service Robert and his team offer is by far what keeps me coming back each time I need something and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I literally lost my brakes coming off the exit ramp. I limped into Midas without any notice, they fixed everything for me in 4 hrs, under budget and with a smile. I was able to drive my car home from work and it ran great. A job well done. They have a new loyal customer for sure!

Had a great experience here after several bad ones at other mechanics. They were fast, professional, reasonably priced and a breathe of fresh air after what were have been through recently. Thank you especially to Robert for being kind and keeping us informed. Highly recommend.

Didn t Have time to get my tires done but needed it done, Midas came through! The tow man handed the car off to the team. The person on the phone was very professional gave me a price quote, it was a great deal with no hassle or upselling. Prime example of a tire shop team!

I went to Midas because I had a vibration in my car on high speeds, and they did a great job balancing my wheels. It was very simple to get a same day appointment over the phone, and the service price was fair.The friendly rep called me back and hour after I received my car to make sure everything was working good after their fix.

Went to Midas to get one of my tires fixed. Jack promptly repaired my tire and also made sure the other tires were in good shape. Jack was efficient, polite and pleasant.An overall very good experience. I will be back!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is a very dishonest shop. Old parts were left in my car that they said they d replaced. I was charged parts, labor and a restocking fee for parts. This shop supposedly changed the belt in my car but it was still having issues the next day.They wanted to charge full labor and parts all over again, to redo what should have been done right the first time.I went to a completely different shop and it turned out there was an extremely old belt in my car still. They never actually changed out the belt in my car!Such a scam. Charging for labor and parts, but not actually doing the work and leaving old parts in cars still. Do not go here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Tacoma had a really bad exhaust leak and when I took it to Midas - Robert was not just knowledgeable he was very specific on why I needed all the work done instead of just a quick fix. He was respectful, knowledgeable, personable and empathetic. AND to get the work done in the timeframe he promised, brought in extra help to deliver on time. SO worth the $$ spent!!! thanks Robert and team!!

I discovered I had a flat on the inside tire of dually sprinter van, right before a long driveI'd had Midas do some brskework years earlier and it was great so I thought I'd take a chance drop my van off with a note and hope for the best. I called when they opened explained my situation and they put somebody on it right away. I kind of expected some up sell to new tires, but to my pleasant surprise I got a call in less than an hour they found the issue, could repair it and the van was ready to be picked up and on the riadyrip. And the price was super reasonable, way under what I was expecting considering the dually rear end and big tires. I'm going to bevusing these guys for more of my basic maintenance given this positive experience.Service: Tires

Here was interesting situation. I found myself at this Midas. I was trying to get a set of tires replaced for my Tesla and after a lot of helpful insight from these folks, we finally had discovered that my tires were run flats and they don't service those here instead of just sending me away. The staff here was extremely helpful and patient called a few other shops set up a time for me and help me to get out over there. It was an incredible experience and I will be working hard to find an opportunity to come back and work with these folks. Again, incredible staff and helpful.

I took my car in to get tires replaced. Robert and team were transparent about costs and time estimates, and they handled things very professionally and respectfully. They pointed out some additional work that needed to be done, but didn't pressure me about it, and they were completely correct in their assessment. They have shown to be trustworthy, and I would definitely recommend this Midas shop.

I have a van with front and rear air conditioning. I needed to block off the rear air conditioning to free up space in the back. I had the system evacuated. Then I left and installed the block off kit and returned to have the system recharged. Robert helped me at the front counter and Jason did the work. Both of them were very upfront, professional, friendly, and honest. Based on my experience today I highly recommend this shop. Thank you guys, much appreciated!!

Stopped by here to get my flat tire fixed. No appointment needed, it was quick and easy, took 10 mins tops. They did not try to sell me a full set of tires like in some other auto shops. The guys were very helpful, incredible service!

Called in with a flat tire. Advised to call the dealership if they would cover it, and no coverage. Left in 30 minutes with a free patch and a 2.5' nail pulled out of my tire. The tech replaced the spare with the fixed tire. Great service. Locally owned access operated with the focus on helping people. Josh did the repair; Ed made things happen.Service: Tires

Front desk person was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Suggested questionable additional work and full quote is higher than what the dealer quoted. Dealer parts were more but labor seemed less.The full experience here from scheduling to getting an estimate were below expeditions for a place charging top dollar.I won t be giving my business to this shop now or in the future and I recommend saving yourself the difficulty and go elsewhere.

These guys have always been friendly. Robert suggested some great tires for me, after I told him what I needed. He also took care of my starter later. They were the only ones who were able to fix my front headlight when it went out as well (I had taken it to two other places first).The place is convenient to where I work, and the service gets done quick. I feel comfortable on the road after taking my car there.

Even though I was upset about having to replace all 4 nearly brand new factory tires due to an unfortunate spike driving to work, they were polite, got it done quick and the same day, and it was a pretty good deal.

My brakes on my Mercedes started to squeak so brought it in to have them replaced. When I got there I was greeted by Robert, the service manager, and discussed what was going on. He was very polite, respectful, honest and informative, reviewing best and worst case scenario price wise. I left my vehicle there and no more than 30 min later he called me with great news, that my brakes were just fine! He explained to me about my car, that it has brake sensors and what to watch for when the day comes that they do need replaced. I am truly great full and appreciative to have met such an honest mechanic that delivered A+ service, I most definitely will be back when it s time and will recommend them to family and friends. Very friendly staff, and high quality work. I didn't expect a chain-store auto shop to be able to do custom work like they did on my exhaust. They were upfront about costs and try to help you out where they can.Robert is a super swell guy, I believe he is the shop manager. Give him a call you'll see what I mean

I highly recommend this place!! I just wanna give these two gentlemen a round of applause , they helped replaced my tire. I m sorry if I forgot to asked their names .. This tall handsome gentleman replaced my valve and switched my new tire in.. He is very kind and humble. And the other gentleman, for being kind to me too.. I can t get enough of their kindness and couldn t help but give em hugs ..With all the problems been having traveling, I thank God that he made everything manageable and these awesome people that help us along the way.. I would rate this place a "10" if I could! John exceeded my expectations when I went in to ask about an oil change, I mentioned I had a trip coming up and he set me up to have my car checked out. He said it was complementary!! Nice! Ed also helped me out with a rubbing issue on my truck fender, he spent about 45 minutes working on it and also did not charge me at all! I have finally found a place where they take the utmost care of their customers, their vehicles and do not charge for anything unnecessary. They are very knowledgeable, have a positive atmosphere and are professional to work with. They have my business from now on and I have been handing their cards out. Yes, they are that good!

I had an absolutely superb experience with the Issaquah Midas.My car had a problem that was minor but debilitating and that required a tow toward the end of the day. I called four auto repair places in Issaquah. In two instances, the folks didn't pick up the phone or return my call. In one instance, I received a reasonably prompt callback but was told that it would take two weeks to fix it. I then called Issaquah Midas. Robert actually answered the phone, told me that they could fix my car by the following day, and told me that they'd keep the car inside overnight in light of the recent spike in catalytic converter thefts. The towing company dropped off my car shortly before Midas' close of business, and it was fixed and ready for pickup by 8a the next morning! Couldn't be happier. Days later, I still haven't even received a callback from the other places.

Robert was awesome, and the rest of the staff as well. They were able to accommodate me same-day. I've had a not-so-good experience with them before, but at least I never paid them a dime for that. This time, not only were they able to resolve my issue, they also made me aware of another issue, which I had the option to get done, same-day. They did not overcharge, to the point that I felt guilty for taking their time. :) Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
