As a traveling nurse, new to the area, looking for a trusted auto repair place to do my 4Runner stuff I am so grateful to have found this place! Communication fabulous! Feeling of honesty and integrity fabulous ! Cleanliness fabulous! Feeling that they are on your side, not doing unneeded repairs - yes! And Amber up front is the best at communication and follow through. Great experience. Will return for sure. My new favorite find !

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Integrity Auto Repair! They are very professional and friendly and I fully trust them with my vehicles. Once the service package expires on my wife s car I ll be bringing that to them for repair and maintenance needs as well.

Amber and the team at Integrity are complete rock stars and absolutely came to my rescue in a very difficult time. They knew it was an emergency, and even though they were completely booked solid, they managed to get my car in. I was so relieved. And they went above and beyond and offered me rides home even! And the total cost was less than i was expecting! I cannot express my gratitude and relief enough. They are my new favorite car place!!!!

I never want to be at an auto repair shop, but if I have to, I would want it to be here. The team here is upfront, prompt and professional. I wish every repair shop was as simple, easy and communicative as this place. If I ever have car issues again, I will be back here! (lets hope that doesn't happen!)

I had a great experience, this was my first time using Integrity, it was easy with no frustration, they even figured out what the noise coming from my front passenger side was, a Honda dealership had told me it was my strut, quoting me $850, another shop told me it was struts and quoted me $1800 to re do them entirely.... but Integrity found my struts were fine, that it was a part near my struts, and quoted me less than $400, needles to say this is my new shop! Thank you Don for taking the time! Thanks Integrity.

I am a teacher with a tight budget. Integrity put together a prioritized repair to-do list for my 20-year old Honda CRV that I can execute over the next 12 months. The first repair job is done. Great job and excellent communication. More coming up!

Very thorough and incredibly smooth service. Their system allows them to update you on the vehicle while they are servicing so you can approve additional services upon their meticulous inspection of the overall vehicle. They sent photos and updates throughout the process and were very timely in scheduling and completing the services

Started bringing one of my older cars to Integrity a few years ago, now bring all 3. Able to discuss technical issues with service staff and get good descriptions on what service is recommended. Never feel pressured or upsold.

Great service at a great price! A full synthetic oil change and filter for my Mazda 3 cost only $15 more than at the quick oil change chain and Integity reset my car s computer service due light (the other guys didn t) and did a free multipoint inspection (which is good to have documented to maintain the warranty,)

The staff are friendly and helpful. My car was fixed within a couple of days and the garage carried out some other checks free of charge. The whole process (apart from initial phone call) was done by email. I received photos of the damage and a quote the same day I took it in.The process was smooth and easy and the price was very reasonable. I will be going back!

It's been an experience I haven't had for many years with any service/retail outlet. Superb service, easy and technology friendly for estimate, acceptance, follow up and payment! All individuals I interacted with were kind, helpful, and assisted me along the way. Loved that they had a shuttle service for the local area. First time I was here and will definitely recommend and return when needed. Amber was excellent.

I have taken my "new" vehicle to Integrity twice in the past few months for a full inspection, repairs and maintenance. Very impressed with their level of service. Customer Service was fantastic and the repair time was speedy! I worked with Amber as my service rep, and she was friendly and thorough. They gave me a detailed breakdown of the issues with my car via an online portal, and I was able to approve it all with a few clicks. Definitely going to make this my auto shop from now on!

Tyler and his service team were fantastic, honest and had very high integrity when it came to servicing my Tacoma. I brought it to them with a possible oil leak but after cleaning and diagnosis, a leak was not found. I appreciate they were honest and didn't make up excuses to charge me for unnecessary items. Definitely recommend!Update 4/8/2024Integrity continues to be excellent with their service. This time, the cause of last year's oil leak was found and addressed. I brought my Hyundai Tucson to Integrity Automotive to have it looked at after it died a couple weekends ago while driving up a hill. I left the car on Sunday for a full inspection to be done Monday. I was contacted first thing Monday morning that they would be looking at it and confirmed that I would be ok with the full inspection. I agreed knowing there was a cost to it. I then received a call from a mechanic about an hour later after what he diagnosed was beyond fixable, it would cost more than the cars worth. He then told me that even though they began to look at the car, they would not be charging me for the inspection. I was bummed but relieved at the same time. I needed to get the car picked up by a salvage company, but was traveling for work. Brian told me there was no rush and it was really nice hearing I didn t have to make split second decision. Overall Integrity Automotive made me feel like they cared about my situation (each customer) which was not expected from my end, but I am grateful. Currently car-less, but as soon as I get a new vehicle, you can be sure I will not be taking my car anywhere else!

First time customer and very impressed with Integrity! After learning that the coolant reservoir was cracked and Valvoline would not flush the system, I contacted the Ford dealer and Integrity for service. Surprisingly the Ford dealer would not provide an estimate and no appointments were available for next 10 days. Integrity was able to order a new reservoir and get me in the next day! Rates were very reasonable and the work was completed faster than expected. I will be using Integrity again and I am not surprised they have many glowing reviews from other customers!

I am a long-time automotive self-service kind of guy, and was arguing with a battery replacement in my middle-aged BMW in a NAPA parking lot. A helpful gentleman got me over that hump, and suggested if I needed any follow-up work, he was a technician at Integrity Automotive and suggested a call. It turns out my car needed to be "told" that it had a new battery to charge it correctly, and they got me in later the same day I called for an appointment. Integrity's friendly technician got me in the door, their quick service and reasonable cost sent me out with a smile.

My 2008 Sequoia broke down on highway 18 in the middle of morning rush hour. I was towed to this great shop. They got me in within a hour. The technician Kyle great very honest along with the whole staff the customer service person Amber was great helping me with parts and I will get out of here today Great same day service

My husband took his car here and this is what he said "This is the most professional auto mechanic I have ever been to. Super clean and very well priced too. I took my car to get inspected after purchasing a used vehicle. They did a very thorough job. What I loved most was the web based platform they use to communicate there findings, suggestions and cost. All can be approved by you on your phone. They were super professional and kind when I spoke to them in person as well. I will be servicing all my vehicles here in the future as this is a place I can trust."

My Smart car is a rarity these days. I was concerned when I moved to Issaquah that I'd have to go to Bellevue or further to even find someone to look at it. WRONG!! The great folks at Integrity were happy to see me and my Smart car and made us feel special and valued. I'm delighted to find forever service for my little car.

I appreciated how honest and transparent they were. They sent pictures of what the problems were along with videos explaining why that particular part is important and why it needs to be repaired. They also fixed my car in a timely manner when it unexpectedly broke down. Would recommend any day of the week.

This place is great. They're super professional. I really like the way they itemize everything and tell you exactly what everything costs and have you approve it. They're really communicative and keep you in the loop with frequent texts. They're also super fast. A lot of mechanics give little bonuses like washing or vacuuming your car, but this place doesn't do that sort of thing. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent! I had a severe problem and needed a new engine. My service rep went the extra mile to keep the price as low as possible. and she had full understanding of the mechanical issues which narrowed the scope of issues and made the technicians job a lot easier. The price of a new engine is painful but they did everything possible to make the process convenient and as cheap as possible without compromising the quality. Good work with no surprises; honest and timely communications and final price less than quoted.

Recently I had a coolant leak in my car, my husband and I found where the leak was coming from. Integrity got us in next day which was great but had to do their own diagnostic which was understandable! A day later we got notified that the car was fixed. Brought it home and the leak continued. Integrity was great and took the car back the next day. They found out that a gasket got pinched and fixed the issue. Awesome, great! 5 minutes after driving off with my car, my check engine light came on. I called my husband since they were already closed, and we pulled the code from out code reader to find it was a P0441-Evaporative emission system incorrect purge flow. After a few minutes of googling, I started troubleshoot. We found out that their tech failed to connect the wiring harness back to the sensors causing the system to believe there was an issue. This could have been worse if the tech had failed to connect something that is more important to the drive-ability of the car. I called Integrity and let them know about the issue and that myself as the customer fixed their mistake. They had apologized, which I appreciate, which is why I did not give them less than 3 stars. I am still unsure if I will ever use them again, but I am hoping that I will no longer have car issues. We had planned on having them do a service on it but still unsure.
