I m so happy with the work they did in my car, they did it in two weeks but only because they had to order some parts, I definitely will come back if I have another car to fix, and I will recommend this shop in particular with my family and friends. They were all the time updating me and they are so polite and professionals at the shop. 10/10

Their service was great, easy to work with and really care about the customers. No issues at all. They did get out of they way to provide a good service even having some issues with the insurance. I will totally recommend it.

Disgustingly unprofessional. They were rude on the phone, and don't work on EVs even when it's a body panel that has nothing to do with the drivetrain. No excuse for their dismal customer service or dismissive tone on the phone.

The experience I had with Gerber was absolutely SUPERIOR!! From the moment I called to make an appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle everyone with whom I had contact was professional, friendly, helpful , and knowledgeable. The staff were honest and upfront about the supply chain delays and did not make any promises about completion times. However, they did say they would keep us informed every step of the way, which they did. They provided us constant updates on everything from when parts were ordered, to receipt, to progress during the repair. They even suggested the national car rental company they work with that would pick us up from Gerber and we were able to leave the rental at Gerber no hassle! My vehicle looked like new and I have had no issues with the vehicle. They cleaned the inside extremely well, it even looked brand new. I cannot sing the praises of Gerber in Issaquah loud enough! They have been the hands-down BEST company to deal with and I ve dealt with my fair share over the years in many different states! Took months for an evaluation, then a month for an appointment, then 3 weeks for repair. This was just a bumper replacement, so seemed to just take to long for this whole process in my opinion.

Really professional and got my car in 7 days flat (could be I got lucky as the parts were available). Nikki was awesome and kept me updated on the repair regularly and the gentlemen who fixed my car really polite and knowledgeable.So far the experience has been awesome.Highly recommend Gerber to anyone who has to get his car fixed.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

They did quality repair for me. But customer experience was poor. First the didn t try to accommodate my request. Schedulers was not proactive at all. During repair, they didn t respect the dates they promised to me. I had to change plans many times. Thanks to technicians who did good repair job. But corporate shall improve customer experience. Customer experience and quality of work must go hand on hand.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I brought my car to Gerber when I was in a car accident and when I picked up my car, it had additional damage that had not been part of the wreck. Despite providing photo evidence that this is not how I dropped off my car, they refuse to repair the damage they did. Highly do not recommend bringing your car here and if you do, take ample documentation of the damage (even that may not be sufficient).Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. My car looks perfect from the repair work. The woman who brought out my paperwork and handled all the communications was wonderful! She had excellent communication skills, very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Even spoke to the owner and he was wonderful too. My 2020 Subaru was rear ended and then sustained 2 hit and runs all within 1 month. Nikki at the front desk was awesome thru the whole process of getting my car fixed. Great communication and customer service. The guys did an awesome job and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up. Even though my insurance company paid them in advance, they did not order the part until I brought the car in for repair. The repair took two weeks, including two weekends with one week for the part to actually arrive. I have two teens so I was unable to rent a car and this was very inconvenient. The price almost doubled from the estimate once the repairs started. I was not impressed and will never return.Service: Body & Trim

My catalytic converter was stolen while I was parked in a garage in a nice shopping area. When I called State Farm, they gave me the info for Gerber Collision. The situation was a bummer, but this place was great to work with. Everyone was friendly, they did a great job on the repair, and it was done much more quickly than I would have expected. I'd highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

We had a collision and used Gerber because they were partnered with State Farm. They were busy but able to get us in more quickly than originally scheduled. Communication was excellent. Brought my truck in for damage caused by bumping a pole while parking. They replace the front fender, door, and had to remove and re-install the truck bed.Front fender was installed poorly (not aligned). Paint on the door has a glitch in it. And truck bed was re-installed crooked.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job and did it within the time they said it would done in. I got a hole and scratch fixed on my car and it s like new now! To my surprise they also cleaned the inside of my car and the outside. There is no dust on the dashboard and the floor mats are pristine! I am giving them the highest of praise. They were very professional when I got my estimate done and setting up a time was quick and easy! P.S my car is a 2018 Subaru ImprezaServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 2010 Volvo in for some repairs Nikki in the front desk is very professional and respectful. I really liked the office I have never been to a body shop with a nice office. Great experience overall. Initial information proved indicated required part were on "national backorder", with no estimate as to when the repair would be accomplished. Only four days later was advised parts had been received and and sent to paint. The following day, the car was ready for pick-up. Gerber went above and beyond with touch up work and supplememental repairs. My car came into their shop feeling a little used and came back out looking like it was fresh off the factory floor 8 years ago.I was so impressed, if I'm in an accident in another state, I'll be bringing it to Gerber Issaquah. I know they put in a bit of love on top of excellent customer service and expert repair work.If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Thank you Gerber Issaquah!

Someone bashed my family's trucks right side fender. Gerber did a fantastic job fixing it and it was done very quickly. They also communicated along the way and going through my insurance was super easy. Thanks Gerber!
