Sophia is a fantastic advisor and she has been great at taking care of my car.She set aside a loaner for when I handed over my MachE for service and she kept me up to date on the progress throughout.Highly recommend Evergreen Ford for servicing any your cars especially EVs.

I have only ever take my car to Evergreen Ford for service (10 yrs) but after my recent experience I wonder if I have been taken advantage of all this time. I am not knowledgeable about car mechanics but I was recently given an estimate for service on a wiring issue for $1700. My husband reviewed the items on the service list and found they had overcharged for labor (5 hrs as opposed to 1, maybe 2 at the most). They brought the estimate down to $1400 (3 hours), but my husband was still surprised that the service would take longer than an hour. Hesitant to take my car home without it getting fixed (fearing it would sit in the driveway for months given my husbands work schedule). I decided to follow my hubbys advice. He had it fixed within 30 mins and less than $10 in wire and splicers. I feel so scammed by Ford Evergreen and will NEVER take my car back there again. I will advise my friends and family to seek car service elsewhere.

Only reason thile 5 star rating is because of Brenda. She's the service writer in first position as you walk into service department. Incredible asset to the operations of that service facility. Each and every time I've had issues with these dually's, she busted tail doing whatever necessary to get vehicle back to me ASAP! Thanks It's extremely important and helpful to have a service writer that will do the necessary legwork involved to complete the job in a timely manner. She's someone that will go to bat for you! She deserves the review.Definitely not because Ford makes great Super Duty diesel trucks! Two thumbs down!

They replaced the air bag on my 2007 Ranger under recall. Did transmission, differential and cooling service. Changed out spark plugs and wires. Running great now everything done to my expectations. Day before my son was going back to college, his car s transmission began acting up. They squeezed him in with no appointment right away and had the problem diagnosed and TCM replaced under warranty before noon. Very happy with service provided!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I'm a loyal Ford Customer, being driving their trucks for the last decade and used to service in another dealership for years. Fast forward, I just got a new Super Duty a couple of months ago and had something that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, the dealership I was loyal could not take me in on a reasonable timeframe, that's when I decided to reach out to Evergreen Ford. They too were pretty busy at first but then working with Monica, the service Manager, and Aaron the service advisor they got me in a matter of days and had my issue solved in a week timeframe. So, in short, Evergreen took care of my problem in a week opposite to almost a month the dealer I used to work with. The result: Evergreen Ford own my business and is my go-to dealer moving forward!Service: Auto maintenance

Evergreen provides consistently excellent service, and did once again for my recent regular mileage checkup, detecting a few items that were overdue (my fault), but thankfully not costly. The oil change/tire rotation/replacement of a plastic cover for the keyless entry were done quickly. Brenda is always conservative with the estimates for time and cost which I appreciate. I had a recall notice for driver side airbag. I made an appointment. Everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was friendly, helpful and offered clear communication. The women who checked my truck in asked if I was dropping off or waiting then called the service area to confirm it could be done in 1-2 hours. I was out in the 2 hours. I was very happy with my experience! And I would return and recommend their service department.

Love the Service Department at Evergreen Ford! They are outstanding in a new world where it's impossible to find someone who cares. They are attentive, communicate properly and FAST! Service department was friendly. Had recall work done and brake rotors replaced. Work performed was accomplished at time frame promised. Was provided shuttle service , which is a plus. Of all the Ford dealers, they are my preferred customer location. Great work!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Scheduled service was completed in a timely manner and a detailed report provided along with recommended actions for next service. Communication was great. Waiting area is comfortable with even a shaded outside sitting area.

Grateful for Evergreen Ford for being the first team to readily schedule an appointment for a safety recall, regardless of my zip code. I tried 3 other places before I landed on the Issaquah site and was met with a warm welcome and was fit into the schedule quickly! Once I got there, I was not used to the fancy check-in process, but once I understood it, it was quick and seamless. Will go again for services requiring going to the dealership.

I scheduled an appointment stating one of the fins in my 7 way plug was missing and I also had no tail lights to my trailer. I was told the technician found everything worked fine. I again said as a minimum, the 7 way was broke. Finally, you replaced my 7 way but said the tail light problem was with my trailer. Ultimately, the trailer repair people said the error was in the truck and directed me to the dealership in wenatchee which fixed the problem....which was with the truck.Service: Electrical repair

The service team is great to work with. They are kind & courteous. They kept me informed about my car status, explained everything to me & I was in & out in minutes.I give it 3 stars because the SALES MANAGER. He is rude & unprofessional. Sophia is our service Manager and she always communicates and is very knowledgeable about everything we need. My2014 Ford focus transmission control panel got some issue, evergreen Ford helped me to fixed the issue and also mentioned Ford covered the repair expenses, Everything is very smooth, it takes them a bit to wait for the parts then after the parts arrived, they fixed it right away.I am super happy with my service at Evergreen Ford. Service teller said it would take about an hour. It took an hour and 20 minutes and I was not told that it was done. Air pressure was low in one tire, which I told service about and they topped it up-I still wonder if it is leaking.

Very easy to get an appointment, and service was completed in one day with issue resolved. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and assisted me in getting a rental car while car was in shop. Thanks to all at Evergreen Ford!

With the scheduled diagnostic and repair appointment, Evergreen Ford began the service on time (maybe even ahead of schedule) and was very efficient. Dani kept me informed on the progress of my truck. She is excellent customer service/service advisor. Work was completed on time. My only negative comment was the hourly wage that is charged to customers for work performed.
