Just purchased my third Corvette from Evergreen Chevrolet. This has got to be the best Chevrolet dealer in the state. It all starts at the top and I have to say the manager or GM Tailor is absolutely remarkable. You then take Tony Junior, Craig Bennett, and the balance of the team and it s tough to beat them. Quality product, exceptional pricing in the very best service west of the Mississippi. If you re looking into a new car, used car or a Corvette, you must go to Evergreen Chevrolet. Overall i was happy with the service experience but has room for improvement. had they ran my VIN before arrival they would have known that the truck had outstanding recalls and would have preferred to have had them done at the same time as the oil change rather than having to schedule a return visit.When scheduling my service appointment i also added a note regarding an error message that had been displayed on the dash the week prior but had since gone away. i shared pictures of the error message when i checked in and was told they would look into it. When checking out, i was told that since i had to come back for the recall work they would scan for the error at that time. again, would have preferred that they scan for the error at the time i was there and address it then since it pertained to the braking system.the most disappointing part of the service was after i got home i noticed a very large oily/greasy handprint on my hood along with several oily/greasy foot prints on my front bumper. i have never stood on my own bumper because it is painted so i am very dissatisfied with the fact that someone else stood on my bumper grinding oil and dirt into my paint.

I called up there to buy a 2024 1500 for the best deal in Washington (I looked for awhile) and was handed over to Rocky. He is a easy to talk to, knowledgeable and had a zero pressure vibe. A few days later, I drove up there, met up with Rocky, was served treats and hot coffee, test drove the truck and bought it. I not only left with a great deal and a nice truck but met some really cool people! Thank you Evergreen Chevrolet and a special thank you to Rocky for a great few hours and an awesome deal!

My wife and I had a great straightforward smooth and no pressure new Chevy Bolt experience at Evergreen a few days ago. In addition, the next morning I found some scratches on roof paint on my shinny new car that weren t seen at purchase and when I went back to have that addressed the Evergreen folks ended up taking care of it to my satisfaction the same day. Kudos to the customer support.

I was up from Oregon to clean out my Mom's house (who must move to Hospice). I had a blinker/tail light out & had to get it fixed fast so UHaul would let me rent the trailer I reserved (I had to leave town the next day). I stopped by the service department (expecting to get turned away as I had no appt). Instead, the service advisor said "We'll get you taken care of". I was so relieved that I actually teared up. I was out the door & on my way to UHaul in Seattle in 45 minutes! I can't remember the Service Advisors name - but please know how grateful I am to him for his kindness & help! And I was only charged $16, which just saved my day as well! (My Chevy dealership in Southern Oregon never can "squeeze me in", & replacing a taillight is not cheap there either). So I have told my story on FB to all my friends in Washington (over 500), and will never go anywhere else when I am in town!

I Purchased a 2023 Tahoe and I am absolutely in love with the vehicle. Mikey in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. We brought our eight year old son, and he even gave him two little cars to play with, and even let him sit in a Camaro, my son was so excited! Andrew in financing was very helpful and answered all of my questions will definitely send friends and family this way.

My experience at evergreen Chevrolet was great. We checked out two other dealerships before we ended up at evergreen and we noticed right away that we were at the right place. Rocky was very attentive, a good listener and he didn't waste our time. Rocky and Andrew did everything they were supposed to do without getting too pushy like some of the other dealers. I would recommend Evergreen Chevrolet for good service and fair pricing.

We have never bought a car from a dealer, and were nervous going in. But the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely first class. No high pressure sales or anything of the sort. Just genuine helpfulness and competence from everybody. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience!

I am a daughter of veteran and at the time I was working with this location as an army wife fleeing domestic violence and financial abuse my car got dropped off for some warranty work with the promise from my now ex husband to get the car out of the shop he would pay for the services because i need the car for the kids. Well I got the call to get my car and the cost of the repairs. I told my then husband and he was instantly angry and ended the day with kicking in our sons bedroom door and hurting our family physically and mentally. My car then stayed at the shop for a few months while I was embarrassed to explain what had happen and how I did not have funds. But I stayed in communication with the shop. I found a charity to donate 300$ of the repairs. I went to the shop and explained my whole situation. Then asking if I could get my car out with half the payment so I could continue to work and I could pay the remainder in the next month if i was able to work but I needed my car. The guy I was working with said let me talk to my boss. He came out and handed me my keys and said Chevy hopes things get better for you and your family. Words could not express how great Chevy was to us. I appreciate this location so much. I recommend this location to everyone. I brought my Malibu to this location before for repairs and had a great experience. This experience last year. Jan to March time frame just made me love my Chevy more and this shop. I appreciate you guys so much! this shop is amazing and truly cares about their customers.

I bought a Subaru a few months back, my absolute dream car and from start to finish, the process was so easy and seamless! I also felt so welcomed by everyone I interacted with at this location. This is my 5th car and by far best car shopping/ purchasing experience. they were patient, listened to my needs and also were so clear and communicative throughout the whole process. My husband and I knew what we were looking for when we went into Evergreen Chevrolet but what we experienced was far more than just a typical car buying experience. Prior to going into the dealership we had corresponded with Kyle after inquiring about a 2024 Equinox online. When we arrived, he had the vehicle ready to go for our viewing. We were greeted with a smile and felt like we had known him for years right off the bat. He allowed us to explore the vehicle and gave us all the useful information we needed without pushing us or trying to sell us . We pulled the trigger pretty quickly since we knew what we wanted. From there the experience of purchasing our brand new family vehicle was seamless. I can t recommend Evergreen Chevrolet enough! Thank you Kyle (sales), TT (manager) and Rocky (finance).

The worst part about buying / leasing a vehicle is the long time spent at the dealership. The Evergreen team was able to work with me over the phone / email to get our deal very close as I was already very familiar with the vehicles I was interested in. I arrived for my appointment when they opened and we had the deal done and I was on the road in about an hour. Best experience I have had in a while when getting a new vehicle.

I cannot rave enough about the customer service I received from these guys! From sales to sales manager to finance these guys are genuine, knowledgeable, and not super pushy. They made it feel like talking to family! Andrew in finance was awesome! Was in and out in no time! Even met their General Manager, Taylor, she is the sweetest thing ever!! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

Major shout out to Abu for all that he did for me! I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service and professionalism provided throughout the entire process! I was dreading the whole car-buying process and was super anxious about the financing. However, Abu treated me with genuine care and was with me every step of the way! He went above and beyond and ensured a peace of mind. He also demonstrated a high level of integrity, transparency exceeded all expectations! they fixed the initial problem that failed the air to air pipe . Did a great job and serviced the truck great job. then I asked about the exhaust break not holding back and leaking making noises and whistling when used and truck still does it ! so that is now 2 different dealerships that cant find issues unless its obvious

Literally the worst service experience I have ever had. I will never come back. A few reasons:* I requested a tire rotation, but was informed that they couldn't do it because they don't have the proper socket to remove my bolts. However, your shop rotated my tires the last time I was there.* I requested that they install wiper blades that I had brought with me and that were laying on the front seat. When I asked afterwards if that had been done, I was told no...that they forgot.* The "multi-point inspection" sheet showed every single item as green...however, I was told by Rohan, my service technician, that they actually found evidence of an engine fluid/oil leak during the service (that apparently no one felt inclined to note on either the inspection checklist or the final invoice). The paperwork sent home with me had NO mention of any findings whatsoever.* Before I left I requested to talk to the manager, but was told they weren't available. So I left my phone number and asked to have them call me. No one has called.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe from Evergreen Chevrolet. The buying experience was the best we have ever had, Rocky and Kyle were awesome to work with! Everyone on staff was so welcoming and accommodating of our 1 year old who ran around while we went through the whole process! On 1/30/24 .. I purchased my 2017 corvette. Rocky was my salesman and took great care of me. The entire staff was great. I'm glad to be apart of the Chevrolet family. Mikey and the sales staff were great! They helped me find a good trade for my Challenger and finished the paperwork and sales process within an hour. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, never once pressured me, and let the entire decision be up to the buyer (as it should be.) These are the friendliest guy s you ll meet at a dealership, and they will make sure you leave the dealership smiling with a new car key in hand! I am 65 yrs old. Have bought a lot of cars, new, used, classic and antique. Evergreen Chevrolet is the real deal for your trade and dealing. I started online with the Salesman Paul. My numbers and Paul's went so smoothly. I was apprehensive that those numbers would not hold up at the dealership. (the old bait and switch) I was pleasantly surprised that our online deal held up with no negotiation. I am so Happy even the day after. I recommend Evergreen and their staff for a stress free and exciting experience. Thank you Paul for being very kind and positive on our deal breezing through management. My wife will need a car soon and I won't hesitate to work with Paul and Evergreen Chevrolet. Thankyou again TP

Relaxed, efficient, friendly. Nicely set up waiting space for those having cars serviced. Love that it has both a quiet work space full of natural light AND a cozy chairs/TV space. And warm drinks easily accessible for all.
