They missed the initial time window but the office person I talked to was super responsive and very understanding. They took care of my 100.00 deductible for me. When customer service is so lacking anymore I was very appreciative to have someone on the phone had empathy for my time knowing it was valuable and took care of my deductible for me. This is the 2nd time going to these guys and I will continue to use them because they care and are professional. Thank you!

Unbelievable service! I had Safelite scheduled to come out on Saturday around noon. They called and cancelled the morning of (7:16am to be precise). I had already waited too long to get my window fixed so I decided to call around. Eastside Mobile Auto (Allstar Auto Glass) was able to schedule me next day, coming to my home! AND it was HALF the price of Safelite! Not only was the price exceptional, so was the service. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name! He arrived at 1:14pm and was done by 1:48pm. He was kind, professional, and patient with me. He vacuumed out ALL of the glass along with the rest of my car. I wish I could give you guys 100 stars!! Thank you doesn't seem to justify the gratefulness I have for you guys!

I ve used them twice now and had great service and communication both times. First time they replaced a windshield in one of our vehicles and most recently fixed a chip in another. On my 2nd visit they had me in and out in about 15 minutes! I d recommend giving them a call if you need any work done!

Had two windows replaced. One was on an old BMW with a factory UV coating. When I called, I asked if it would have that coating which I was told would be the same as an OE piece of glass.It wasn't.I was willing to live with that since it's a 20+ year old car, but now that I've had it a while (I don't drive the car much) they did a piss poor job installing the window, and there's a huge bulge in the rubber seal at the top of the window. The whistling/wind noise at anything over 30 mph is loud as hell. At freeway speeds I can barely turn the radio up loud enough to drown it out.2/10 would not reccomend.Edit: I looked again and they chipped the paint around the seal too.0/10

Faster AND cheaper than safelite. Support local!! Got the windshield replaced on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Super friendly, fast and affordable. My vehicle has sensors in the windshield and they were able to recalibrate after install no problem. I also have a dash cam and they put all the wires back perfectly. Took them 1.5 hours, cost me $200 less here than it would have anywhere else. Again, SUPPORT LOCAL!!

These folks are great! Very professional staff and they did a perfect job replacing my windshield on my 2023 Outback. The process was completed in a couple of hours and you would never know that my windshield was replaced. The quality of work is from Eastside Mobile Auto Glass is significantly better than going through any of the national chains and I highly recommend going through these folks for your auto glass repair.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Perfect installation as far as I can tell. On top of being super accommodating after the online portion let me down and got me in same day. The technicians made sure to preserve all my decals, and assorted attachments so they could be reused on the new one.

I would highly recommend Eastside Mobile Auto Glass! Their team was professional and friendly. They were able to quickly locate and fix a problem with my car's rear door window. I would not hesitate to visit them again with any auto glass issues.

Had to wait a couple weeks for an appointment. Fast service, windshield replaced in under an hour. They have Wi-Fi and a desk you can sit at which was nice.My car was left very dirty with bits of rubber everywhere and black stuff all over the interior of my car. I had to wipe down my entire interior in the front. Also a bottle of glass cleaner was left in the car and the hood was not latched. I decided to stop for coffee before leaving and I'm glad I did otherwise I would've gotten on the freeway and potentially had my hood flip up and smashed into my windshield. Honestly that alone is a huge safety risk and I should give them one star just for putting peoples lives at risk

Repaired very tiny rock crack on my windshield just for safety. Took 20 minutes. It was not very noticeable before fix, but it is even more noticeable after fix and more bothering. And one of the hole is even black. After researching more online, I believe for this small size crack, it could be done better. Not happy about the result.Update: I have called the shop and leave my contact. I am waiting for general manager to call me which have not happened yet.

Their website says they allow walk-ins but that is just to get you in the door. I will definitely never give this place business because of their false online advertising! I know they do good quality work because that has occurred for another family member (only reason for two starts instead of one) in the past but they really angered me that they wouldn t even look at my car and basically said they never do walkins.

Great and quick windchield service (1.5hrs total), but why can you not clean up after yourselves and WHY do your technicians have a need to use my passenger front door as their stepping ground for this service? Given the weight of a technician, this can sag the door and damage not only the interior of my car, but the door itself!!! An hour ago, I was a happy customer driving away with a brand new windshield, until I noticed the dirty footprint.This is my 3rd time using this service, and the first time I see this.Service: Auto windshield repair

Eastside Mobile Auto Glass is awesome! Great at preliminary quote and scheduling, friendly and welcoming reception/front desk, and when I asked a technical question, the technician came to the office and he provided great information. And they took care of the windshield replacement at a fair price! Which I was able to take care of out-of-pocket, without my high deductible auto insurance.

I took my Audi to get my windshield replaced; EMAG quoted me a replacement (approx $250-$300, total cost was ~$500); The Audi factory glass was ~$950 just for the glass;There was an issue with the aftermarket glass they installed (rearview mirror wouldn't stay attached, kept falling off); After 2 failed attempts, I went back to them preparing for the worst ...Just the opposite, they were very totally understanding and accommodating; They found an OEM replacement windshield that was more than the one they installed but still less than the Audi factor auto glass; They took care of everything, they even installed it on a Saturday, no additional cost, no fuss, no issues ...It's nice when everything is perfect, but it's equally nice when a business goes out of their way to fix something/make things right when things aren't perfect the first time, for that, I give them 5 stars!Bottomline ... Great experience getting our F-350 windshield replaced after a horrible experience with Safelite. Safelite canceled the day of multiple times, and finally, after they finally did arrive well outside of the scheduled window, they took off the rearview mirror and seal (which also removed some glass, resulting in interior leaking), and told me there was too much rust and they could not replace the windshield. Safelite tech didn't even bother patching anything or putting the mirror back on. I cleaned the seal where there was some debris but couldn't find rust. Called Eastside, and they got me in right away and got the windshield replaced. The windshield looked fantastic. So much better to work with, and I decided to leave a review about the great service as I just scheduled to have another vehicle's windshield replaced.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had my back windshield shatter recently and was relieved I was able to get an appointment within a few days here.Unfortunately my original scheduled appointment fell through. I got a call letting me know something had happened with a technician and that I d have to reschedule. I completely understand that things happen sometimes and was happy to take an appointment the following day. They even provided a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated.For whatever reason no one ever came out the following day to do the repair and because it was a Fri. I had to wait until today (Mon.) to even get in contact to see what happened. The staff member who took my call was very pleasant and professional and offered another discount and reschedule but I was able to get a sooner appointment elsewhere. She was not able to determine why no one came out for the repair on Fri. Incredibly disappointing.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I needed a new windshield for my rabbit, Eastside mobile auto glass got me an estimate quick, seemed very reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. Took the car in, a little over an hour later it was done. They did a great job, price was the same as the estimate. If I ever need more window work I'll go back there for sure.

Meh. 10 min and $100 later my 1/2 inch hair crack is 1/2 wider and 1/16 impact hole is not filled.It is still visible but does not glare that much anymore.I avoided repair kit hoping they can do better and not make it even bigger.They could not care less about my disappointment.Photo shows final result

My experience with that shop was outstanding. It starts with the fact that unlike some other similar shops a human picks up the phone. The next step was a scheduled appointment in three days. The repair was announced to last two hours, in 90 minutes I got a phone call telling me the car was ready. And the cooperation with the insurance company and the quality of work: everything was excellent. Based on that experience I recommend the services of this establishment.Service: Auto side window replacement

Worst company ever. Do not use, ever. Made an appointment to replace my windshield that was smashed by a tree. Duck tape was leaking and glass and rain were literally falling in on me. They were late for my mobile service from 8-12. Told me they would send a technician out later, that did not happen. In addition, they did not even have the courtesy to inform me that they would not be coming back. I had to call them. My saved phone calls are record of them missing their window. They assured me on Tuesday because of their poor customer service that I would be scheduled first thing on Friday morning.. They called on Friday and there were no technicians in my area, so they had to reschedule me for next week Monday. Mr. Wiley in the office told me that he had to make thirty similar calls that day, which is obviously a reflection of their inability to meet their promise of, "The best results at your convenience."Service: Auto windshield repair

They replaced my windshield very quickly and it was more affordable than I expected. The quote was exactly what I ended up paying so I was happy. I asked for a quote on Sunday and they were able to fit me in the following Friday. It is at a very convenient location in Issaquah too. Hopefully I won't have to be back soon, but will be returning for any window repair needs!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I made an appointment for 1AM to fix windshields on two of my cars. I called the office when nobody showed up at 2PM. I was told that the crew is on its way to my place. Another 50 minutes passed and I called office again. I was informed that they should arrive in about 35 minutes. So, I just cancelled this all and will use another, more reliable shop. I had to do a lot of rescheduling to free up my cars to make them available for repair. The most important they never called me to inform about been late, but I had to call multiple times. They never apologized.10/19/18. I received a call from the owner of the business few days later. He apologized for the situation and offered a discount. A technician arrived on time this time and work was done well. I even received complementary car wash coupons.

They were able to see me within 3 days of calling for an appointment, and I only had to wait about ten minutes for them to fix the rock chip. Very happy with the service.

I was driving 520 where there's a lot of construction over by Microsoft and a rock hit my window this morning. It was about 7:50am. So I headed over to Issaquah And they had some free time to fix my window right on the spot. I believe normally they make you call in and get a reservation, so I was taking my chances. But I was really glad that they could see me. They were quick very polite and considerate and got me on my way. I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my car and I am so happy. I was surprised to find that they vacuumed out the front floorboards and dusted off my dashboard. The process of booking the appointment online was smooth and seamless. I dropped of my car with no wait. Received a call two hours later that my car was ready. I went and picked up my car again with no wait. The price was very reasonable too. I would go back again!

Had scheduled for windshield replacement for Honda Civic w/ Honda Sensing.First, no mobile service because driver assistance calibration has to be done.Second,I didn't receive proper communication after dropping off car, so I called them ~ 5 PM to enquire, and they mentioned car is ready for pick up. Then, as my Uber was arriving, they called to say calibration couldn't be done because it was dark, and asked to come the next day. I had to pay cancel fee to Uber.Next day, they called to say driver assistance system couldn't be calibrated. They had put up an after-market glass and driver assistance system stopped working, with flashing orange lights on the car dashboard (because calibration failed). I had to take the car home without the system calibrated. (PS, payment was by Geico insurance, and they waived off $100 deductible temporarily till fix).They said they would need to order OEM glass from a dealer.Still waiting to get windshield replacement with the correct glass and getting my driver assistance system fixed!!!What surprised me is the shop's lack of experience in dealing with Honda vehicles with Honda Sensing. Wouldn't they already know that putting incompatible glass would fail the calibration of assistance system? Shouldn't they have ordered the proper glass beforhand or reschedule... if the ones they had doesn't work?JFYI, these guys were recommended by Bellevue Honda Center dealer... In turn, these folks order OEM glass from that dealer.Wasting my time dealing with this. Wouldn't recommend if you value quality and your time.****************************************Follow-up:parts that were ordered arrived. shop called in few days earlier, to have it replaced with proper OEM glass with insurance approval. Poor, and extremely unreliable service. It's been about 3 weeks, and 2 appointments that we had to take during the work time, and we still have no windshield replacement for our car. The first appointment had no outcome since the company did not properly understand that the crack is few feet long and cannot be repaired. The second appointment had no outcome since the company was not able to get correct windshield, despite of having been given VIN and all car details several times. We had to repeat a lot of information to them over and over, since they keep losing data (e.g. VIN number has to be repeated in nearly every phone call, and there are many, several times they seemed to have no record of us, etc). They never call back, they say they would, but they simply never do (this happened maybe 5 times with us already, since we are unfortunately communicating with them a lot). We tried to go for another company, but they are apparently all owned by the same people, so it's all walking in circles. I will do a lot of research next time to avoid this company or anyone associated with them, it's ridiculous.Worst experience with windshield replacement I've ever had. Not again. I am pretty sure the job will take less time than the many hours we spent on the phone, or waiting for appointments.
