For 2 weeks I tried to get winter tires and it was the worst experience ever. They never called me to tell me my tires were in until I called and the guy stated they had been there for a few days. I then arrived for my appointment and 2 hours later I get a call saying they are just now working on the car and they can t put the supplier tires on because they are out of date according to Costco policy. The same thing happens 4 days later. I decided to order a different brand to see if that helps. I arrive for my appointment and two people proceed to tell me I owe $500 for the tires but I explained that I spoke with Dalton who is a supervisor and stated he told me he would keep my money on the account and not refund me for the old tires that didn t work so that the money would go straight to the new brand I was ordering and since they were cheaper I would get money back. The man at the cashier said that they don t keep money on file After 30 minutes they finally realized they owe ME over $200. 5 hours later I get a call saying they ordered the wrong size of tires for my car. I get my car back and my tires aren t even properly inflated. SO many mistakes, truly a frustrating experience.

Unless you have a full day available to blow, and patience, stay away from this tire center. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they are unbelievably busy. When you call, you get placed on an immediate hold for anywhere between 5-25 minutes. Their time estimates are just estimates and not good ones at that.

Good place to inspect and change tires. They give nice opinion on the tyre condition and suggest the remedies ataffordable cost. I love their work

John really helped us out. He got us in as a walk in when they were crazy busy. We had our tires slashed after getting back from a trip and needed to get to Wenatchee for a doc appointment and John made sure to get us in. He and whomever was working on our car stayed late to finish. Thanks a million you guys are all awesome!

Love costco but hate tire center. Arrive 9:45 for first 10am appointment. Told 90 minutes. 90 minutes later and car has not moved. Supervisor Nathan tells me to expect 2 hours and 30 minutes now. Maybe hire someone with a high-school education that can schedule and assist loyal customers.

I brought my car over there for fixingone leaked tire and rotation. It ended up they broke one of my lug nut stud and asked me to bring to different place to fix it without any reimbursement. First, they blamed with wear and tear. It seems not strong enough and they blamed that previous mechanic overtightened the lug nut. They did break it but not willing to responsibility for it. I waited 2 hours over there with my car got broken lug nut stud and the leaked tire was not fixed. I am not happy with the tire service at Costco and never buy the tires there.

Awful, unprofessional service. I made a mistake buying tires from Costco and now I have to go back for tire rotations to maintain warranty. Lest time it took 2 hours (tire rotation is 20 minute job) and they failed to fill up tires to required pressure, leaving them at half of the required pressure. After I called it out the shift manager proceeded to lie to me that they did inflate it to spec just to switch to apologizing once I showed him real numbers. And no, they did not offer to fix their mistake. Had to inflate my tires myself, in the dark under the rain.

Had an appointment for 12:00PM on 10/14/23 to install new set of tires. I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Took them 3 hours to finish. I did not get a call until 3:00PM that the car was ready to be picked up. This will be my first and last time going to Costco for tires.

This place nearly killed me. The problems started when I got new tires installed and balanced and only a few months later two of the wheel weights fell off causing vibration. When I tried to call to get it fixed no one answers and when they finally did pick up they immediately put me on hold multiple times for an hour until I gave up and hung up.Then while driving I hear a loud noise coming from one of my wheels that turned into a vibration that started shaking the steering wheel. I barely made it into another shop and they tell me all of my lug nuts are barely hanging on and my wheel was about to fall off, which obviously could have been deadly on the freeway. So I go back to Costco and they try to tell me it's not their fault. Finally they agree to take the wheel off to take photos for a claim. The next day I start hearing the same noise and pull over just in time. My lug nuts had again not been tightened correctly. And when I called the claims dept they told me no claim had been filed.Very poor service. I would definitely go somewhere else next time.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.I recently busted one of my tires due to slipping into some construction work, and because my tires were purchased at Costco I went back there to see if they would be able to help me. I cannot express the amount of professionalism when it comes to efficiency and customer service. Every single person there is dedicated to their job, which shows through their service. The lady at the front who helped me at the time (I believe her name started with a T) was very quick to see if she could find someone who would be able to take care of me. Then, Chris (with glasses) took the time to look at my loose wheel and find the problematic areas, which he then also took the time to try and fix even though he and the whole shop was busy due to the holiday times. Unfortunately, the whole wheel had to get replaced but with the help of Armando who fixed my wheel and put the whole thing together in less than 10 minutes, I was able to get up and out of there in no time. These guys really care; again, it shows through their work and how they interact with members. They take the time to help you out and make sure you are taken care of. I will always be back for any of my tire needs or concerns. Special shoutout to Chris (with glasses and the one with dark hair), Armando, the nice lady, John (former military guy, I think that is his name), and just about everyone else in that shop. Get them a raise, they're awesome!

Got there right at opening, the guy at the front was really mean to me, I left my car, walked home. Never heard from them all day, tried calling. I walked all the way back 40 mins before they closed and he said they couldn't get to it and asked me if I wanted my key back. They could've at least called and I could've gone somewhere else

Said they needed to special order our tires. We waited over a week with no call. Finally went in to learn they had them for days and never called. One guy working the desk and a line like this!

Great tires at excellent prices. Mechanics are great too. You'll get a good deal if you're willing/able to wait. Most tires have to be ordered, and it takes at least 10 days or more to get them. Mine didn't come in time, and it was terrible trying to get anyone on the phone to get details or reschedule my appointment. I had to follow up 3 times in person and the wait at the customer service desk was the most frustrating part. I don't think they have enough staff. They seem worn down and like they didn't care so much about how long people had to wait... no real sense of urgency or acknowledgement of the patience from all the customers. Love my tires, but I dread the thought of going in to rotate them every 5k miles... I'm expecting the same lack of attention. Hopefully they get some more help.

Has one tire busted and need a replacement. For the first time, I was told there is 1 tire in stock and Costco can sqeeze me in next week. Came back next week, waited in the store for more than 2 hours and was told they could not find the tire. No apologies whatsoever from store! They told me they will order the tire. Call many times to check status and nobody answered the phone! Have been to the store four times so far and still still running spare tire on my car. The tire is under road hazard warrantee from Costco but do not want to waste time with Costco so will buy the tire from other places at full price. Absolute the worst!

Not care at all. Walked in for a flat tire. Told to wait. Checked on 1hr and 2hr . Then a guy said they have 6 cars from yesterday, and 2 more ahead of me. Why not tell at the beginning?? Or at 1hr check??

Brought car in Sunday @11:15am. Also made an appointment for 5pm online because it was the ONLY shop in the area that could fit me in that day. Was told I was checked in as a walk in as well so possibly they could fix my car earlier. Waited inside the tire center until 4:45pm when my car could get checked. Every other appointment and walk in was helped before me. Then I was told my tire was perfectly fine and I needed to take it to the dealership because the rim was the issue. Now I'm at the dealership and they're saying the tire has a small tear inside the tire and the rim is 100% fine.I was not irate, rude, or impatient to your employees. It's unprofessional for your front desk employees to complain about customers while they're sitting right there not getting help. Your apologies mean nothing. I sat there for 5.5 hours and you were completely wrong about my tire & rim.

This isn't a real business for me. A real business in the 21st century has a working phone where you can speak to someone or at least leave a message and receive a return call. You can't do that at this place of business. I needed to reschedule my install but only way to do it is drive there and walk in to speak to someone. I will say there were fine with me cancelling after I realized dealing with them isn't worth it. I'd rather spend 10-20% more than have terrible service.

Tire rotation appointment was at 3:45. Checked in at 3:30. They did not get to my car at 4:30. Canceled the appointment. Won't come here again. What's the point of the appointment?

Let me start with the 5 stars are for Andy and his crew at Issaquah. Now for the details. I bought a set of 4 tires and in 2-3 hours had a blowout. The best guess is, a large bolt taken at 70 mph on I-5. Immediate deflation, by the time I got to the side of the road the tire, was a smoking twisted cinnamon bun. Got back on the road and with others in the car started to look for the replacement of the badly damaged tire. A few calls: Lynnwood no tire, could order 7-14 days from out of state. Told by Lynnwood, 3 in Shoreline, and 4 in Woodinville. Woodinville is near home and we tried calling for 3 hours, no answer, and eventually drop-in near closing. Told "sorry" swamped, warehouse count was an error, could order.., but when asked who has the most, Issaquah 7 tires! The next day right at the opening I call and no answer, tried a few times and no answer, pressed administration, call forwarded, 5 minutes of ringing no answer, admin again, and "Hello". Again told me they had no tires (my car is a Toyota not an exotic, 11 tires $2k+ in inventory errors on one item?) and they would want to try to repair the tire under warranty. I described the tire's condition and under no way would I state acceptance of a repair for liability and that it's very wrong that Costco can't track their inventory or answer the phone when a customer is searching for proper service. Enter Andy, he was able to locate the tire at another shop, retrieve it and get it replaced the same day. (5 stars) There was just a short inspection confirming the damage I described. This is what I needed at the start. So for Costco with their shops not answering the phone, and inventory errors, I would give 1 star for all the people that must give up. You'll see Andy mentioned in other positive reviews, so his management is good (I also saw a person stationed at the desk while my vehicle was in). Costco though needs to improve workloads, inventory tracking, and Customer Service overall. The 3rd location should not be the saving grace over two days but thank you Andy and crew. I will still likely get tires from Costco but I hope they fix the problems I experienced for everyone.

They have no respect to your time.Scheduled appointment? Nah. Didn't matter.2 hours past appointment time and they still had not touched my car. They shouldn't allow walk in if they are short of staff.

Great pricing for service.Edit: Told me the last place I went to have tires done installed one the wrong way and damaged a tpms sensor. Thanks for helping out. Definitely going to go here for tire work from now on if I'm not in a rush. They forgot to get me my valve caps for 8 of my wheels back. Had to drive back to get them. Stated they always give new valve caps with tire work so that they have fresh rubber seals. So pretty good reasoning.

Avoid the Issaquah Costco tire center like the plague. The minor savings and guarantees that may attract you over the competition are not worth the dumpster fire of an operation you are forced to deal with after purchasing tires here. They are woefully understaffed for the amount of tires they sell. It is damn near impossible to get someone to answer the phone and even with an appointment (fyi they are typically booked weeks out) expect to wait hours past your promised completion time for your tires to be installed.

Ordered tires off there website. They said it would take 90 minutes to install tires... three hours later and they were done. Not even a week later and my tires flat. I have had this car for five years and never had this happen. Got tire replaced long story short customer service has been the worst I have ever had and the manager had the worst attitude and said it was not his problem. Every time I went into the tire center three more customers had problems with their car or tires and the customers were to blame. Worst customer service I will not be purchasing tires here and will recommend any other place.

They didn t want to spend 5 minutes on my tire with a screw! I offered to remove the wheel myself, still refused, a few minutes from them is (Midas, 1655 NW Mall St, Issaquah, WA 98027) solved my problem without any problems, and most importantly without the queue! for which I am grateful to them, I recommend to everyone

I came in with a flat tire, and they said it wasn't repairable as there where 2 punctures too close to one another. Their only solution was to replace all 4 tires, since the treads had a significant difference in wear (I had replaced another tire back in February due to a different flat). During that process the staff did not seem to care about helping to resolve the issue. I drove my car in on the spare since the damaged tire was completely flat. They would only say what the store recommended and provided no alternatives. I ended up taking my car to Firestone, where they repaired the tire for $20 saving me over $500 compared to Costco's solution. Previously, I had heard good things about Costco's Tire Center, and this experience was far below what I expected.

I've been a member for many years. I bought my tires, paid almost $800 and was informed they should last me 60000 miles. That was January 2014. I took my car in for every appoinment, had the tire rotations done religiously based on the warranty requirements. The last time I went in, I was informed the tires are fine, and come back in 6 months. So I did. I made an appointment with a less than friendly staff person and took my car in, only to be told that they would not honor the warranty because the front tires had too much wear. Then they tried to charge me another $550 for a whole new set of for tires. Then I was accused of not coming in for every service based on mileage even though I had made every single one. The manager I spoke with asked for proof. When I asked why why visits were not captured in their system, he said "you tell me" insinuating again that I was lying. Terribly disappointed with the service and the disrespect. I will not encourage anyone to go here if you're thinking about it.

As always, scheduling was easy and the staff was professional. You can also get your shopping done while you wait.I went in for a rotation and they discovered a leak from a nail. They repaired it without me even asking. Of course, everything was covered. So very cool. This is one of the many reasons I get all my tires here.

Ordered tires on line, got to the store in 5 days. Know they're busy so made an appointment, earliest date was 3 weeks. Didn't want to wait so dropped the car off at 9:45 am, was told they would be done by 7:30. Arrived at 7:45 (they close at 8:30). Was told they were a little behind, be done in 30 - 35 minutes. I got my car shortly before 10 pm, after waiting more then 2 hours. When I left 2 people still waiting for their car. After 8:30 no one was in the office, only in the shop. Never saw anyone until a guy came in and handed me my keys. Very strange way to do business. Never again.
