I had a great experience getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision. April was very helpful and patient during the scheduling process. She answered all my questions and helped me understand the repair and rental car procedure. Rory provided exceptional service during the repair and was communicative and accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me feel heard. I m very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Rory for any repair needs.

Hey, Rory was very professional and easy to work with during the estimation and repair phases...also, his team worked with my insurance company to file and complete the claim. My repaired car looks amazing and drives smoothly.... there's no indication that it was in an accident. Great Work from Caliber Collision!!!

I was directed to Caliber through my insurance company as a result of a hit-and-run. Every step of the process was flawless. They were ready for me at my appointment time and they kept me updated the entire time with progress. The repair was done ahead of schedule, and my car was returned washed and vacuumed and beautifully repaired. The estimator Rory and the receptionist were welcoming and thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend the shop and the quality of the work. Thanks y all!

Overall experience was excellent! Found them through Insurance Claims recommendation and were located closed to where I live. I didn't have to wait to take the car in and received an estimate right away. The estimate was very competitive. The service advisor went through the damage, what's to be expected, and the repair process. They kept me posted on each step of the process and the car was repaired and delivered as estimated. They also worked with insurance company directly and I didn't have to worry about that additional interaction. Wish no accident on anyone, but if you do, Caliber Collision is the place you should take your vehicle.

I am so happy and impressed with the work CALIBER did on my RAV4. The car drives and looks like its brand new. Rory did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done to the car and in keeping me updated as to the status. Rory and the front office employees were very professional, experienced and really nice. I would definitely use CALIBER again, and I will recommend CALIBER to anyone who needs a body shop. Great customer service. Johnathan kept me updated on repair process of bumper. Even finished ahead of schedule. Car wash was not expected but a nice finishing touch. When I was calling around to find a body shop, this site was one of few that seemed to want new business so I gave it to them and absolutely glad I did.

Front desk was super helpful and friendly in coordinating with the rental car company. Rory was great and took great care to explain everything. Repair and paint was quick and the car looks brand new again. Thanks!

Quick to get the car done to quick! Zero attention to detail and quality control new paint already chipping and where not even able to reference the before pictures places the Tahoe emblem in the wrong spot and the Chevy bow tie 2 to the passenger side off center. Brought to the attention of the writer Deanna and was completely defensive and dismissive of a simple issue and would not answer any questions until I brought the vehicle in before they would answer any questions. Not impressed with the customer care or lack there of. Would recommend anywhere else.

I will definitely recommend to friends and family, and come back to caliber collision if I need a car repair in the future. Rory was very helpful and kind, he answered all my questions and did a good job in keeping me updated on car progress and managed to repair my car earlier so I could have my car for the weekend.

Everything went smooth. Good communication & prompt repair. The rental went smoothly too, I had a side door panel replace from a car running into me. The whole service went great between insurance company & rental & time to fix.

Love the repair! Had a scratched door which was bugging me for a while (like 7 months lol). Finally came to Caliber Collision for repairs! Folks did a great job and completed even 1 week before they promised. So love the door finally done. Now am thinking I should ve just come there right away!

I'm really torn on this one. They did great work and Roman stayed in touch with me through the whole process but, when it was all over, the experience left me feeling pretty uneasy. So what happened? Well, when I dropped my car off with them, everything was working perfectly. When I got it back, it now has an electrical issue that is suspiciously frequently related to people messing with components around an area where they would have done work and it had a massive screw in the tire. When I called to inquire if they had done any work in the area that might be causing the fault, they said they didn't. Maybe that's true. I obviously cant prove it. When I asked about the screw in the tire, Roman basically admitted that they have screws around the shop and they try to make sure they dont run over any of them but that it sometimes happens. On both issues, they weren't willing to offer any help and said I should just call the insurance company and try to add it to the claim. Keep in mind, BOTH of these issues did not exist at the time of the accident OR at the time I brought the car in. I guess they did fine work, but I really didn't like their attitude or advice when addressing these issues and I'd probably look elsewhere next time. Maybe I'm just insurance stupid, but something doesn't feel right to me about trying to file a claim on someone's insurance for an issue that clearly didn't arise as a result of the accident. Just feels kinda shady to me.

I had a minor collision damage to a sideview mirror and decided to take my car to Caliber Collision to get it repaired. Since it was a minor job to replace and repaint the sideview mirror, the original ETA was 5 days. It ended up taking 3 weeks total due to painter being out an entire week. I understand that it was a holiday season and there is a shortage of stuff but not having a vehicle for 3 weeks without a rental car was inconvenient. In terms of cost and quality of repair, I give them 5 stars and most likely I will return for future repair needs.

Excellent repair job on my car but even better customer service. Roman provide status of repaired 2X per week. I knew exactly what was happening and car was completed when they said it would be. Highly recommend!

Caliber far exceeded our expectations when we needed our car repaired quickly. During a time in the world where car parts and good workmanship is sometimes hard to come by, Caliber made sure we had a positive experience by setting timely expectations, checking frequently, and repairing our car with care. We would absolutely recommend them above the other shops we got a quote from as our entire experience was truly positive. They repaired my bumper. A simple repair. But the quality control is not great and twice they tried to release the vehicle back to me when the bumper was clearly out of alignment with the body

Took my car in to get back gate of my car repaired and painted. Staff was very polite and went over everything that would need to be done. I wasn't happy with the initial paint match so I contacted them and they agreed it wasn't quite right. They didn't argue and took my car in to repaint. It's perfect! They were very prompt with repairing and I am VERY PLEASED! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very poor business conduct, un professional, and deceptive practice. I am extremely dissatisfied. Also, the shop charges expensive on repairs. Yet, they use aftermarket cheap parts. My advice? STAY AWAY!The details: I brought a car with a minor damage in a prearranged drop-off time. However, no estimates were provided until 3-4 days later after the scheduled drop-off. No other estimates whatsoever were provided nor repair issues were raised after this delayed estimate. The repairs were not also completed timely.When I came to pick up the vehicle, the employee(James?) asked me to sign a release paper immediately as I entered the shop without going over the repairs done to the car! This was quite unusual and suspicious! I insisted on inspecting the vehicle before signing the document. Unfortunately, I noticed that the front bumper was dangling and separated from the other body parts with roughly two inches of gap. The hood was also not opening properly.The repair job done at this shop was way below what I would expect from a street mechanic with no experience or proper tools. I discussed this problem with the employee and provided photos that clearly show that the bumper and the hood were actually in place before the repair. The employee s answer was that my car had previous damage, which he had never communicated or provided in the prior repair estimate. I had no accidents before and had no problems with my car leading to the current repair issue.Unprofessional and poor business practices are clearly manifested in their actions. But their honesty and business integrity is really in question.

Had a minor dent in my bumper repaired. They did a great job repairing the spot where someone backed into me, but they painted the bumpers the wrong color and oversprayed so there s a large section that dried as it dripped. As professionals in this industry I d expect them to a) not perform such poor work and b) notice it was done so terribly. I shouldn t be the one to notice this and now I ll have to go through the process of getting scheduled and being without my vehicle again.*Update*Changed rating to 5 stars. After bringing this up, they took the vehicle back and worked through some difficulties that weren t their fault. Vehicle looks great now.

I just used them for my car that had a lot of body damage to repair. The service manager was so amazing! He helped me to arrange getting the car in, helped with my rental and was so communicative. They did such an amazing job with the car as well. It was returned cleaner than when I bought.
