My friend and I were headed back to Utah from a trip in Washington when her check engine light came on and we found out it was a cylinder misfire. Autoworks of Issaquah was the first place recommended to us for their work and integrity. When we had tried 5 other places and they were all booked out, they promised to do whatever they could to squeeze us in despite having full book and being down 2 technicians. Ashley even came out and made sure I was OK when I got a little emotional. These people are so kind and the quality of their work is next to none. Would 100% recommend.

A++ Experience having all four breaks and emergency breaks fixed.-Great service with extra mile efforts to get my car fixed right-Fast Turnaround, 2 days amazing to get the parts shipped and all of the work done-They even test rode the car 10 miles to make sure it worked correctlyMy car was dangerous to drive and Uhaul move from Colorado. Autoworks of Issaquah was outstanding! Great customer service from Jeff and Ashley. They were so engaged and friendly. My car dealer was so back logged and I couldn't get an appointment for over a month! Well I couldn't wait that long. I would be stranded on the side of the road somewhere if I didn't get it fixed as soon as possible. I googled "Auto Repair Near Me" and found Autoworks of Issaquah. I sent an instant message through their website telling them what my car issues were and they set up an appointment to bring it in the next morning. They drove me to work and picked me up from work when the work was finished that same day. I am very pleased with the mechanics who fixed my car. It is running great again and they didn't try to up sell me on a bunch of extra work I didn't need done. Which is very rare for a lot of auto shops and it is much appreciated! Amazing is a huge understatement.My front brakes completely failed me. I had them fixed within 24 hours, thanks to Autoworks of Issaquah.I could feel my front brakes failing for a few weeks so I posted on NextDoor asking if anyone had any recommendations for a place to get a brake replacement. My brakes decided to completely fail very quickly one day, so I referred back to my NextDoor post and the OVERWHELMING consensus was to take my car the Autoworks of Issaquah. So, I gave them a call and they took my car in the same day and said that they would have my car fixed by noon the next day. I got a call by 9am the next day with a complete diagnostic and offer to wave the diagnostic fee if I commit to getting my car fixed. I agreed and my car was fixed 3 hours later!! I use my car for work, so this service was INCREDIBLE for me. In short; I brought car in on a Wednesday at 3pm and it was returned to me at 1pm on Thursday completely fixed. AMAZING! Not to mention the office staff was extremely helpful to someone who knows minimal about cars and gave me 100/10 customer service. They were kind, patient, and understanding. Autoworks of Issaquah has earned my service as well as any recommendation to someone who needs service for their car(s).

Great customer service, very available, easy for day-before dropoff, and good communication back with progress and findings. They were very transparent and honest about one area they could perhaps diagnose but probably not fix, and then provided very detailed info on the diagnosis to share with manufacturer for probable warranty repair. I look forward to returning again for future service needs!

The good folks at Autoworks of Issaquah are simply awesome. A recent routine service turned into a bit of a mess due to the discovery of a failed transmission part. I have an older vehicle so parts are sometimes hard to come by. Both Jeff and Jon went out of their way to obtain the part needed and to keep me informed. They even gave me a bit of a discount to compensate for having to use Uber to get home and back.Autoworks of Issaquah has been taking care of my vehicle for over 15 years. There is absolutely no reason for me to consider going anywhere else. They totally rock.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

Had a some aftermarket work done here for my suspension. Unfortunately, the suspension work was botched and the work relatively over-priced. In the end, I had to uninstall and trouble-shoot with the company who makes the aftermarket product and we finally figured out the product was installed upside down (It's a sway bar, simple piece of metal). It was a frustrating process and should not have ever had to happen that way and Autoworks should have done better in trouble-shooting what the problem was. Not only did it cost me a lot of $ to have them install it but it has cost me at least 12 hours of my time to rectify and trouble-shoot the problem on my own.**Edit, the Owner did end up making things right completely and stands behind their work... Mistakes were made and the initial response was more from an employee who is no longer with them.

Been going here for years, service is top-notch and they re very thorough when performing general maintenance on our cars. I always feel confident my car is in good health when I m done with repairs. The only issue that holds me from rating them five stars, is the convenience of getting in. It s challenging to book time when issues arise, and generally will have to leave your car for the day vs. waiting for it to have work performed. So be prepared.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Very highest recommendation! 1/ I was able to secure an appointment for a potentially dangerous and urgent electrical system problem very easily.2/ John and Jeff were very professional and friendly, and Jeff even drove me to a nearby cafe on a rainy PNW morning so I could do my remote work while I waited.3/ This is my very first review on Google, Yelp, etc. Autoworks of Issaquah is so good I've broken my streak of silence :)(General ProTip: I am newly in this area for a brief stretch, so I found them by using a strategy that has worked well in the many places I've lived as a Digital Nomad: I called 3 local Auto Parts store and described my specific needs. All three of them included Autoworks in their recommendations.).

Maybe I m wrong here? but $300 to replace a set of headlight bulbs in a compact car seems high. They were very friendly and polite. But damn.

I had a wonderful experience here, and this by far as been the best place I've taken my cars to. I needed a timing chain replacement and which is an expensive fix (was a repair I knew I was going to need soon and has been told several times before I decided on finally going to a mechanic.) I researched other mechanics in the area and they were so insanely rude, and condesending.Autoworks was just awesome. From the moment I took my car in they were friendly, curteous, and made the experience so very pleasant. I had worries about being able to afford my repair as I'm an average person with an average income. These guys actually implented the ability to make payments as an option to help me afford my repair. The gesture was so kind and helpful to someone like myself.Upon picking up my car they even changed the battery in my car remote because they noticed it didnt work. I didnt ask them to do it and they took the liberty of helping me.Small details and curteousys that were just so so appreciated. I will be back in the future 100%. And I will refer anyone needing repairs!

My father-in-law was in town when his transmission went out, we had the car towed to Autoworks of Issaquah, and were impressed from start to finish. The dispatchers on the phone were kind and professional. The mechanics were quick, upfront, and honest. When we decided to go with a different mechanic closer to my father-in-law's house, they still didn't charge for the diagnostic work that they did do. Incredible service and a sense of integrity that is infallible. Their reputation is well earned and if we ever need a mechanic again we will be back.

Yes, the prices are high, but you get what you pay for. They were so helpful. I was told that a part that was needed would be better to get from the dealership. They were limited on their resources, and the part was on back order. I would have a quicker fix if I went to the dealer since the part was on backorder and faster to get the part. They were kind enough to explain everything they did to test the car out. They sent me photos and updates on what they did. I recommend them if you want to know the most about your vehicle.
