I had a blowout on the highway - middle of nowhere between Raymond and Westport. I had a "spare tire" (the goofy donut) and was able to get home.I called Jeff's up at 11:15am. He answered, was jovial, and helpful. He answered my questions regarding his availability and possible costs.I then drove down, and didn't have to wait as my sister and I were the only customers there (the other 2 mentioned over the phone were gone).He and Jesse both worked on getting me a used tire in rather good condition (looked pretty new to me).Asked if I was okay with the tire and cost.After affirming I was, they did everything necessary to get my tire changed and us back on the road.Before we left he even offered to make sure my tires were at their proper pressure.Jesse then continued doing so (as Jeff got a call).Great prices, great service, great used tires (they sell new as well). We are definitely returning when we need more tires.Total time there was about 20 minutes.Excellent shop.

Needed some new tires for my ford fusion I heard a lot about Jeff s used tires so I decided to give them a shot. Man let me tell ya. Customer service was amazing they were nothing but super helpful and professional. They were able to find the tires I need and put them on for a very fair price and only took an hour and a half to take old ones off and put new ones on! Thank you guys so much for the help and the professionalism I will definitely be coming back you guys rock!!

Late review haven't been back since my alignment a year ago. Tires are decent for being used, customer service was amazing, work done wasn't the worst but also not the best. Went in for an alignment and to get my steering wheel straight on my Honda Civic, alignment was done mostly but I had bad camber bolts but my steering wheel still wasn't straightened. Other than that great experience

Great Work, Great Prices & Amazing Service!My first stop to Jeffs Used Tires was when I found out my tires were bald the very morning of a long distance trip to visit a friend - so along the way I stopped into Jeffs to buy another set. They got the replacement tires on quickly, with fast, friendly service and the price was very reasonable.Fast forward to nearly a year later, when I tried to avoid a nasty pothole in Aberdeen in the middle of a rain storm, and instead ended up shredding the outside of my passenger side back tire. When I got to where I was going and stepped out of the car, I could hear fierce hissing and water bubbling from the tire in the puddle it was in. I had barely enough time to make it from Aberdeen to Hoquiam to Jeffs shop before the tire was completely flat and I could no longer drive the car.Since they had just closed for the evening, I left the car there overnight with the key in the drop box. I expected I'd need to pay for another tire, since it had been a while and I didn't imagine a warranty on used tires to be for very long. I also had no idea where the original receipt was. To my surprise, they called me in the morning and said they could tell it was installed by their shop and the exact date by the markings on the tire. It had been 360 days since I purchased the set - at $39 per tire - and they still replaced the ripped up tire for free!It's nice to know we have a friendly local shop in our community that puts customers first. Five stars all the way! Thank-you guys!~Elizabeth

Driving back down to Oregon on a road trip, I noticed two of my tires were on their last legs. Stopped in to get them replaced and they took care of me in a friendly and quick manner. Price was great as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good used tires

They are great and friendly people. They stretched 205 tires on a 15x10 wheels. Definitely going back for anything tire or wheel related.

By far the most outstanding shop in town! The owner and employees treat you like family and go out of their way to save you money, without hassle! You might have to wait for their services, because they are that GOOD at what they do!! I cannot say enough positive comments about this business, or about Jake & Jesse, the guys that work there! I won't go anywhere else! Thanks for all you do for our community guys!!!

Was going to have to buy 4 new tires everywhere I went except Jeff s. Jesse took 15 minutes to remove my tire, locate the problem, find the solution, and have my car operable. So impressed, and truly saved my day. Thank you.

The team at Jeff's Used Tires know all about Customer service. I went there because my tire went flat. I couldn't find the hole in my tire. They were able to find the leak in the Valve stem . They even put my tire back on my vehicle. I highly recommend!!

It's a used tire spot. Besides buying a 75.$$ used Tire, to have them pull a screw from it plug it. Only leaked 3 days straight to get another tire. But hey, they finally made it good.. Time wasted, doesn't ever come back.

Waking up to a blown out tire is definitely not a goo way to start the day. I already knew what my gut was saying but I still insisted on asking for outside opinions. Of course I was lead where my gut was pulling. Jeff's Used Tire & Service lives up to their name. Not only did they have the tire I needed but their service was amazing. Jake and Jesse seemed like they were on top of everything. Jake was very helpful and had great communication skills and was able to get us in and out before we knew it. Before we left he also kind to share options for future purchases. You will be my go to and first to refer when in need of a tire problem. Thank You.

Jeff runs a great shop here for all your tires needs. I had 2 tires that needed to be mounted and was in and out in no time. Friendly staff and great service.Just had two more done in and out excellent service

Good guys, had a flat and it was fixed correctly. Plugged then patched. Tire was rebalanced, they torqued the lug nuts to their final value. Nice professional job.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They've gone above and beyond for me. Even when they didn't have the tires I was looking for, they gave me alternative solutions. While giving me price comparisons, and best affordable solution. And now they've done it, again they might not do full trouble shoot, but they'll let u know if they find anything off/damaged.

Excellent! Been getting tires from here since moving to the area nearly 8 years ago. A few weeks ago my Audi needed tires. I think his name was Jake or Jacob helped me get tires. He fit tested the tires before letting me leave ensuring a proper fit, my safety was all taken care of. Top of the went out of his way customer service.

Nice guys. Got me in quickly and did a great job installing the new tires I brought in. They installed new valves also and was still less then the quoted price. Thank you guys for the great job at a great price.

Good price and they were REALLY fast! I met the owner Jeff and he was nice as can be. Good group of guys there that can probably change a tire in their sleep. I'll definitely go back if need tires again and I would recommend them. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience here. Helped a guy from Tacoma with a shredded tire, stranded on the 101 from Raymond. Brought his tire in to Jeff and he fixed it up like new within 10 minutes. Incredible service and to top it off, they haveLARGE INNERTUBES for rafting! Everywhere is sold out and another place gave us small tubes with NO buoyancy. Cant beat the best prices you're likely to find on the Harbor. Thanks Jeff!

I came with an emergency tire issue, and no matter what problem my car threw at them they managed to get me back on the road driving. I can tell that the manager really cares about helping his customers. I was very grateful for all of the work they did and the cost was totally reasonable. I will 100% be back if I ever need tire help.

They were so helpful about getting us a wheel & tire for our newer car that didn't come with a spare, only the slime kit! They made sure our new spare fit just right. Good service, great price.

Great service with a price thats right!!! We came rolling in while they were starting to close one tire bald and another one flat and they changed out both in really good time, even with the tires giving them some trouble. Highly recommended and worth every cent, only place ever ill go for any tire services from now on. Great job fellas keep it up

these guys were very helpful and polite.i had to get all 4 tires swapped out and they were very careful with the aftermaket wheels i have. lots of tires to choose from new and used . i would recommend these guys to any of my car enthusiast friends and will use these guys any time i need tire work.. thank you .

Fast courteous and professional! Great guys here. I showed up 15 minutes before close and they did the job just like I was the first. No rushing to get done. Highly recommended! Great crew keep them there and keep customers happy!!

I was a forever customer. I see all these great reviews and up until last week I would have agreed with them all . At first light this place is great. But when it comes time for them to right there wrongs don't expect any return if there honor and word. They ruined my tire welded my lug nuts to my rotor yes welded. Put so much pressure into cross threading my lug nuts it completely ruined everything cost me 151 bucks to have it removed professionally. I bring them the receipt and tell them what happened ed I got cLled a liar told to prove it and got treated like I've haven't been buying from here for the last 6 years . I'll never buy here again . Please people don't waste your money time and the horror let headache that will surely follow this place

I wanted my studded tires put on my rims.In Tacoma I have always been able to get all 4 swapped out for 40 dollars by these secondary tire stores.This store and most of the others in the area wanted 100 dollars.For that kind of money I will be at Les Schwab.I shopped and got it done for 60.

Had an issue with a used tire i bought here. No question asked they replaced it for free even though it's not really their responsibility. Used is used no warranty. Great place. I will buy all my tires here.

My Family was desperate for a tire today and Jeff's came through, I just have to say there nothing like great old fashioned honest service, Jeff and His crew are amazing and they take the time to explain what you need and try find ways to help you save money without nickel and dime-ing you. My family highly recommends Jeff's Tires in Hoquiam WA. You won't be disappointed
