Extremely unprofessional. They don't keep track of appointments they schedule, and don't expect them to let you know in advance that they aren't actually going to keep their scheduled appointments. They also lie.Yeah, they obviously have some people they actually do work for, and might be good when they actually do the work, but how many others do they screw over in the meantime?If you aren't one of the precious few that are able to get in right away and get work done, don't bother calling this dishonorable, unscrupulous shop for anything.

Service is amazing. We were told it would be two to three weeks before most shops in the area could even see us. Norm got us in on an emergency when our bus broke down on the beach. Nathan worked on it, got it diagnosed and replace the fuel modulator and we were back on the beach for a gorgeous sunset that night before we had to head home Spokane. Their service was friendly and professional and their price was very reasonable, we are 100% satisfied.

Gordon's Service is a great place to get a vehicle fixed. They do a great job. I can't give you any information on cost, I take my work car there and the company pays.

Norm has been my mechanic for 7 years. Friendly knowledgeable clean reasonable and honest. Works on old and new cars and know his stuff!

TOP NOTCH outfit.I had a noise coming from my engine and in 10 seconds, the man new exactly what was wrong and gave me a price to complete the repair. The parts had to be ordered and 3 days later I dropped off my Nissan Pickup and they completed the repairs in 2 days and charged me less than originally quoted. 2 other auto repair places in town wanted to charge me $200.00 to just bring in the truck and Gordons charged me $267.00 for the entire job which included 3 parts and labor.I was a real customer and I give bad reviews to some businesses but this place is a place you can trust.

While traveling across country in our RV the brakes were making horrible noise. Called around in the morning foun Gordon's. He agreed to check out our E450 motorhome. Had rig in shop by 10 am found all brakes totally trashed. Need all pads, rotors, and calipers replaced. Ordered parts put two Tech's on repairs. Had us done by end of the day at a fair price. Also arranged for us to Park our motorhome nearby for the night. Wish i could give 10 stars. Locals lucky to be able have shop like this in town.Service: Brakes

You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for helping me out with my white 2004 Ford Expedition. You guys did a great job. I got home safe and sound. I recommend this shop to everyone who lives in Hoquiam Washington. I blew a spark plug on my mini vacation from Kent to Ocean Shores and they fixed my vehicle the next day as promised. Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate it.

Great service, friendly people, quality work, fair prices, and no BS. Treated my 17 year old daughter with respect and honesty. Takes great care of my toys. Bring a treat for the good boy.

*ATTENTION* Read this if you're still considering taking your car other places! I had my trasnmission go out on my Mercedes. Had it towed from Ocean Shores to B&B (they were recommended as the only shop around capable of working on that new of Mercedes). After paying to have it towed there $265 (Ocean Shores Towing) it was another $265 for B&B to diagnose the problem and quote me for $14,??? (think it was $14,400). Said it needed breaks and transmission replacement. I asked if there was anyway I could use a rebuilt, or repair the one in it instead of replacing it with a new one. They said 'no, we only use new parts we get from the dealer'. Being as how I was told by enough people that this was the only shop that could work on that specific newer-model of Mercedes, I felt it was my only option. I had it towed back to Ocean Shores by the same towing company (Ocean Shores Towing) this time they only charged $218....dont know why it was $47 cheaper this time, but hey I didnt argue that it was less than the first time. So, there the car sat until I could figure out its fate. A friend of mine recommended his friend Norm at Gordons Service. After talking to them, they quoted me for under half the price B&B did. I agreed to it, and they even came and got my car for free (think it was the friend deal though) either way, a huge help being as I had already had it towed twice! Not only did Norm replace both the transmission(+3 year warranty) and breaks for around $7,000, but he also did the control arms, ball joints, oil change, and a few other fixes for a total of $9,100...almost a $5,000 difference plus all the extra work I had done! Now this message isn't to slam B&B for their prices (as they were quoting me for all NEW parts), it is to let people in situations like me know there ARE other options (in my case 'better' options). I highly recommend this place! Ive delt with a lot of BMW and Mercedes fixes in my 17 years of owning those types of vehicles and I feel these guys really helped me out the least stressful way. I found this wonderful place on a trip by myself in my 1989 VW Westfalia. Even though its called Gordon's, Norm is the owner. They were absolutely wonderful to me. My CVC joints, axles, were shot. They got me in right away. Single woman might of helped. Norm ordered the axles over night. They were the best. Norm and younger emploee did such a great job. They were fair and I was on the road by 5 the next day. So great to meet people like this. Advised me on new tires. Buy in Oregon. Thanks Norm.

This is the kind of place that almost makes you hope that your car breaks down. From the knowledge and personality of the mechanics to the overall ambiance of the garage and office, there's never a reason to worry. You are in good hands.

Great historical landmark and garage. Great service and usually some cool old cars around the place to check out. Norm and Nate know their stuff and keep prices reasonable.

I drove to this historical garage and few blocks from my home. They gave me a ride home. And when it was finished the owner of the shop and a mechanic delivered the car to my house!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes
