We had a couple shipping containers delivered and I wanted them set in the cow pasture but the delivery drivers truck got stuck in the mud with the trailers and All-Terrain Towing came to the rescue. They were so fast to arrive and the charge was totally acceptable and they were very friendly about the entire situation even though it was cold and raining. They pulled the delivery driver out super fast as they knew what they were doing! Can t see enough positive about them. THANKS AGAIN

Best service! Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. John, Pat and Sarah were amazing while helping us out. We got our 42ft 5th wheel stuck in the mud. They came out immediately came up with a plan and helped us out of that very stressful situation. They showed great care in making sure our rig did not get damaged, and their confidence was so reassuring to me and my wife .oh, and the price was very fair! Nothing like having a car issue on a camping weekend at the ocean hours from home.John and Pat answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon, met me and diagnosed my SUV issue and even offered to fix it on a Sunday(small after hours fee which I d gladly pay). Parts ended up not being available. Not their issue and promptly finished the job on Monday.Their sign doesn t look like an auto repair shop but they are easy to find next to Napa Auto.And, if you need a tow to their shop, they ve got you covered 24/7!Service: Auto brake repair

I had just purchased property in Ocean City and had to have a 35' 2003 Winnebago Adventure towed off my new Property as a Abandon Vehicle Impound. After calling many tow outfits in and around Ocean Shores and being Mislead by Avalon towing who could not help by telling me that there were not any other Tow Companies around. Well low and behold I found All Terrain Towing. After contacting them and explained my situation they came out to evaluate the Motorhome in question, Gave me a fair price to remove. Both John and Pat would very Professional, Informative, and Respectable. They Got the Job done when others wouldn't or couldn't. They are a great asset to or community and the towing industry where others will B.S. you or have bad business practices by not working with other companies. All Terrain Towing made a very good impression on me and therefore dissevered my 5 star + review. will recommend to anyone and if I ever need a tow in Grays Harbor County 1st call will be to All Terrain Towing and repair. While on a special vacation in Ocean Shores, WA the battery in my Thrifty Rental car died. Thrifty made me fix the problem because I was not near a major airport. All Terrain Towing's friendly staff quickly replaced the battery and saved the day!!!

Towed my car here to have it repaired. After paying a hefty deposit for a part they avoided my calls. I found out months later that they gave up on it and impounded it for weeks. I would not trust white people and they exemplified untrustworthiness here big time. One star.

My extremely large vans tires were submerged under water. This tow company came out 20 minutes and got me out of a huge bind and most likely saved my vehicle. It was a cheap price to pay for the service they did and am extremely grateful.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Amazing experience working with this company! Would recommend 10/10! Our truck malfunctioned and locked our 9 month old and puppy in the vehicle. I called All Terrain Towing and they were extremely responsive and super speedy. They were able to help and unlock our door with no problem! Amazing service and very friendly!

I drove into Seabrook and pulled up to our home with our engine bay smoking (coolant spraying all over). I called All Terrain Towing and Repair and they were at our house within an hour with a tow truck. The driver took a quick look and said he'd take it back to the shop and give us an estimate. Later that day, he said we needed a new water pump and they would have it repaired by the next day (New Years Eve, today) by noon or 1... and they did! All Terrain's response was quick, accurate, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Also, from Seabrook, you can take the #60 bus down to their shop for free if you are willing to walk the mile to Pacific Beach (or catch a ride).Service: General repairs & maintenance

We broke down on the side of the road while traveling. The owner, John, came out to check on us and help us even though at the time his rig to tow RV's was being repaired. He got his mechanic to work right away and in a few hours parts had been found, the job completed and we were on the road again. Highly recommend them for their caring attitude and professionalism.

Answered our call and came out very quickly. They were able to get our minivan our from a ditch and charged us very reasonably. If we're ever in the area again and in need of their service, we will definitely be using them!

Had a timing belt go out in Olympic NP and they really took care of me. Since I was stranded in Ocean Shores with no vehicle, Pat drove me into town, got me a good rate on a hotel room, and picked me back up after coming in on a Saturday to get my truck fixed and back on the road so that I could get back home a few hours away.Great service and great people. Might break down on purpose next time I m in the area just to have the experience again.

Pat Harig the mgr and mechanic at All Terrain is absolutely wonderful. His customer service is second to none. when i moved here in OS, i was really worried about finding a trustworthy, affordable mechanic and now i found one. I have referred many people to them and will keep do this as they are getting great feedback from the people that have taken their cars there. We are very limited in OS for a mechanics garage and it was so nice to find them doing more than just towing cars. So a HUGE shout out to ALL Terrain Towing and Pat Harig. Thank you so much

My battery died this past weekend and the tide was coming up quick, I needed to be towed out of the water far enough so that I could get my Van jumped. The Technician was very professional. Oh it s been a long day. I parked my car to go swim in the ocean, and by the time we got back the tide had come in significantly with half of my wheels in the water. Tow truck showed up extremely fast and was able to save my car before any damage was done to my engine or internal parts. Very fast and compassionate people saved me on my worst day.Service: Car towing

Need Motorhome towing this is the place to call! We were broke down in the middle of no -where in a 35 ft motorhome on a holiday weekend. My husband is ill with cancer and not able to do much and I was on the verge of tears with worry. John at All Terrain Towing was extremely knowledgeable about what our needs would be, and made several phone calls on our behalf to assist us.
