Arrived exactly when they stated, pulled the car back up to the road quickly and professionally. We were afraid of the fee we would be dealing with needing an emergency tow on a Sunday, but they charged a fair rate compared to other companies. Very courteous over the phone. An emergency tow is something you never hope you need, but would call them again if the need arises.

I got stuck in the snow night for over an hr on I m assuming a summer rd in Reardan, WA while doing a delivery and had horrible phone service. It took me a really long time to be able to request a tow using my insurance after trying failing at several attempts to get free. While waiting for a provider to even be dispatched, I saw light pull up and it was Trevor. He was on his way to assist another stuck driver on the rd I had planned to turn on. He pulled me out, gave me some good snow driving advice and advised it was free. Just wanted to say a huge thank you, your kindness was very much appreciated and I ve got your card in my wallet to use if needed! Thank you again!!!

These guys SAVED me and my friend from the side of I90 in between Moses Lake and Ritzville! AAA couldn t get ANY flatbed to come save us after the fuel pump died in my X5, we were stuck on the side of the road a 1/4 mile before a rest area and on the top of a hill. No one would come. These guys did!! They drove All the Way from Davenport, over an hour away! Then took us to Spokane, and I found out they did this EVEN tho they had a family emergency at home they were dealing with, they STILL came!! I will be forever grateful.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

The guy used every law in every rule in the book to simply be as difficult as humanly possible no compassion atpaul probably does a good Work won't bash the guy at his work... Just my opinion of him as a person that is all happy towing everybody And yes my family did use this business They will be auctioning the vehicle they towed as they have tried their hardest to hold on to it as possible Even though it is merely my brother is beater with a heater

We were on our way back from lake roosevelt when a tire on our boat trailer exploded. Out in the middle of nowhere. Travis from Johnson family towing happened to drive by and stopped to help. In a 100 degree weather had our tire changed in 5 minutes. He was courteous, professional and a extremely nice person. He didn't have to stop. He didn't even have to change the tire himself but he did. Thank you Travis!

Called in the an for a tow from Reardon to Odessa Wa. Answered the call, explained the process, and I had my car within an hour!Great job, will use their services again!

Man did I luck out got stuck in the snow on the side of hwy 2 by luck one of their tow trucks passed a few min later and I was able to flag him down and he pulled me out for free. Thank you again for the help I know who I will be calling next time I need help!
