Excellent service for a reasonable price. Secure and convient methods to pay for completed job. Willing to work around busy schedules, The work I needed was done at my home which was an added bonus! I've had my electric tounge jack replaced: water pump, outside shower kit, main water connection and rv toilet valve. I will continue to worker with the "Camper Guy". I will also be winterizing from her on out.

Excellent, Trustworthy Management in Kenny & Nicole.Started with My New 2002 Winnebago had no power! Kenny was able to track it down and find out it was a dead Power Converter, which he had in Inventory & fixed that problem that Day-!-I then took My RV into his shop & he fixed My Generator with a New Carburetor, cleaned My Sewer System, fixed My water problem and identified a leak problem & where to go to get that fixed-!-I am on Thee Road again off to Arizona-!-Mark Alan Henley10.19.2023

We're first time trailer owners. The Camper Guy has become indispensable to us. They come to us to winterize and summerize. When we need something better performed in the shop, like an upgrade or help with electrical/battery issues, they fit us in. When we need educating, they freely advise us. They answer the phone and return calls. They are friendly, professional and their shop is spotless (you could eat lunch off the floor). Kenny, Nicole and Jeff are wonderful - we highly recommend them!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

We used the mobile service and Ken was so knowledgeable and took his time to walk us through the issues and made sure the fix was absolutely right before he left.He took time to educate us on helpful tips and things to know with our campers (we have two very different rigs), Gave us some best practices and helped us with the need-to-know items. We re *fairly* new to all things campers and he did not talk down to us, was honest about what happens/could happen and was very respectful of our home and our family. He even was great with our dog!His rates were reasonable for a mobile service and they ordered our part and got us taken care of in time for our next trip!We will definitely be using him in the fall for winterizing services and to service our appliances.Service: Electrical

Traveling across the country in our 5th wheel, slide cable started to fray in Montana. Called Camper Guy on June 9th from the road in Idaho. Received a call back and had a Chris at my 5th wheel on Sunday the 11th to fix my cable and even checked all the other cables. I immediately saved their number in case I need them again. A true professional company and a company that truly cares about the customer. Thank you to all at the Camper Guy.Phil

We had to ask the Camper Guy to come out and fix our furnace that Clear Creek RV said worked fine (under warranty). They knew immediately that we most likely needed a sail switch, and it turned out we did. They scheduled us for less than a week wait. (Thank goodness since we were taking the babies to the mountains for the weekend!) He pulled the furnace, pulled the switch, ran to get a new one and returned that afternoon to install the new one. Luckily they were able to snag the last one- otherwise its was going to be quite a long wait for a new one!All in all, a $30 part cost me $239! I need to learn the business of mobile repair! :)

Called out for a mobile inspection of a prospective RV we re looking to buy.Very responsive (I did multiple phone calls) and answered a lot of questions over the phone.Day of inspection, first thing they did was get to roof and walk around. Called and told us the whole roof needed to be replaced and asked if we wanted to go any further with inspection or leave it at just the mobile fee.Saved us alot more time and money by going to the big problems first before i had to start paying by the hour. Much appreciated.

We were so thankful to find Kenny, The Camper Guy! We noticed that the sidewall of our camper was flexing when we pulled in and out one of our slides. Turns out one of the welds on one of the vertical aluminum posts had broken causing the wall to flex with the movement of the slide. Could have led to significant damage had he not found this! We so appreciated his honesty, forthrightness, and knowledge due to his years of experience with regards to what our options were. When you live on the road, you never know not only what is going to happen with your rig, but who you might be able to find in a pinch to fix the issue. We were extremely lucky to find Kenny and are so thankful for all he did to get us back on the road! If we lived here, Kenny would be the person we'd trust to repair our rig!

Kenny is an amazing person. He let my little guys pepper him with their curious questions while he was installing our new hot water heater. He explained as he went what was happening and kept us informed each step of the way and was able to handle the curve balls that come with rv wiring no problem. His pricing is very affordable as well and we will be having him out again shortly to do some washing and resealing on our rig.

NO NO NO.....Let me start of by saying i've used Kenny/Nicole and "The Camper Guy" multiple times with varying levels of satisfaction. They even left all their tools on my trailer, hooked it up and had me tow it home. Luckily the tools stayed up there and were safely returned. The problem is there isn't anyone else locally in this line of work and they know it.My latest trailer nightmare, yes its a black tank problem, was embarrassing and sucked. We went back to the well and utilized "The Camper Guy".Our job was verbally quoted 2k.... Ok, that really hurts but its a disgusting job and should be paid a premium. We even tipped the poor new guy who was receiving all the instructions from Kenny an extra 100 bill for being underneath trailer in those conditions. My total price paid came out to 3.4k! To make matters worse, it took over 30 DAYS to compete. A huge 1.4k price difference!Reviewing the four invoices and speaking with Nicole via text about the huge disparity in quote difference, I was told that all quotes and estimates are written. Weird- I didn't receive a single written quote. I agreed to let this slide with Nicole because the 2nd issue was bigger and needed addressed.2nd issue - On the third visit two gents (Not Kenny) came out and almost finished the job. I was told we needed a part and when they came back there was a half hour to hour of work TOPS.When they came back out with three people (Kenny included) I was not here and my girlfriend was handed a bill for 820.00. This is not an hour of work and not acceptable. All told, my job was quoted 2k and ended up at 3.4 k for a new black tank.I'm quoted an hour of work tops and handed a bill for 820.I spent the day yesterday attempting to communicate with Nicole but got no where. I wish I could post the text communication. It's ridiculous and NOBODY should be taken advantage or treated this way.Where is the two hour labor refund Nicole? It's not hard for a company to do what they say.YOU collapsed our black tank and grossly overcharged and mismanaged.HIGHLY NOT RECCOMENDED.UPDATE-- Post review - Nicole threatens me legally with the work hazards that I hired them to do!Come on! This is a small town, why not do what's right. Last thing I want to do is spend my time making sure the FACTS above aren't suffered by anybody else. Learn how to run a business and keep your word.

I was not going to leave a review but after reading the businesses deceitful response to our BBB complaint, I could not just let it go.We purchased a used RV to live in while our home was being built. We made an unfortunate decision to purchase said RV without having an RV specialist give it a look over. Needless to say, we purchased an RV with existing issues.Fast forward to our latest problem, our black and grey tank would not empty and our valves were busted. We reached out to the Camper Guy in desperation and they informed us they would not fix the problem unless we pumped our tanks.I paid a septic company to come out and gently pump our tanks. The company was very diligent and did this all the time, unfortunately due to the clogs location, it did not fully empty the tank. We did not know this. The Camper guy came out to repair our tank. The owner brought a new employee to teach him how to fix this type of job. Upon removing the valve, the black tank emptied. The new guy was handling it amazingly as the owner stepped back. I had no issues that he used our job as a training opportunity, what I didn t like is that everytime 2 people came out, I was charged for the labor of 2 people. I should not PAY to train someone. I should be charged for ONE person, not two. I digress.Upon removing the valve, the owner said we need to clean out the clog . He decided it was a good idea to jam a plastic pipe into where the valve use to be. He said blast the water . While he was jamming the plastic pipe into the black tank and spraying water, we heard the tank crack and fall. The owner immediately was shocked. He knew he broke our black tank but was quick to blame the septic company. We knew the black tank was fine and worked, we just needed the clog cleared. Instead, the pipe he jammed into our tank caused a problem that could only be fixed by completely replacing the tank. I asked him great, how much will that cost . He responded about $1500-$2000 . Ouch. But we had no choice. Weeks went by waiting for the tank to arrive. We did without a toilet or running water to preserve the situation. They again, come out with 2 people. One giving orders, the other learning - again we paid for 2 people. My boyfriend by total error threw away a drain pipe that they left on the site. It was a black pipe with a T connector. Maybe $100 tops. They told us they would need to grab the new parts at Home Depot. We understood. We kept getting bills everytime they came out and it just added up to an insane amount. A quote of $1500-$2000, turned into $3400 for a tank they broke. Then they went on BBB, and said the septic company broke it - WHAT?! I was there and heard the tank snap when he was trying to force a plastic tube into a plastic tank. Admit your faults AND make it RIGHT!We were told, because my boyfriend threw away a pipe, it was $1000-$1500 more. Ha. A pipe. At the last visit we were again charged labor of 2 people. One worker, one supervised. Im glad our problem has trained 2 employees on our dime. Unfortunately, our biggest problem was caused by their aggressiveness and error.Im out $3400 for a clogged black tank. Wow. Just wow. I understand times are hard right now, but I was taught when you break something, you fix it . You don t lie and blame someone else.Make it right. Im sorry the job was dirty and not fun. We have all run into dirty jobs. This does not mean you can break something and blame the owner. It s wrong. It s slander.Never the less, lesson learned and we will never use this company. It s said they own the monopoly on this business as they are the only ones in the area so you re stuck using them if desperate. My advice, steer clear. You ll end up with a bigger problem than what you started with.Ouch.

We have worked with The Camper Guy on three occasions, resulting in a new fridge installation and additional help sealing our trailer. Kenny is a trustworthy and competent worker, and we are very thankful to have his help keeping our trailer in good shape. We highly recommend his services, and plan to use him for all our trailer needs in the future.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

We had The Camper Guy out to our property to look at a landing gear installed incorrectly by another RV repair company in Marysville. Not sure if it was an off-day or what but the guy who showed up seemed to know less about the landing gear system than we did. He multiple times stressed his hourly rate (so did his office admin) and we were ready and willing to pay whatever it took to take this problem off our plate. No suggestions were offered and the gentleman didn t indicate any specialized knowledge when given the diagnosis of the problem. I also sent a bunch of pictures and videos to them a week prior to the appointment clearly showing the issue. He ended up just walking back to his truck and taking off. Upside: we weren t charged for the time.So.... we used our bottle jacks and fixed it ourselves. Took about 3 hours total and it s functioning better than ever. The frustration is that we waited the advised 5 day lead time only to have someone show up with no clue as to how to fix the issue. That and... he could use a few hours of professionalism training regarding speaking to female customers.

The Camper Guy arrived on time, and went about inspecting our trailer for damage needing repairs. He went right to the source of the leak that caused the damage to the interior wall, and insulation of the pop out. His estimate was extremely fair and very affordable. Right away he informed me of his expected time of repairs, and mentioned his Wife would be calling within 2 days, to confirm his return date for on site repair. Overall...extremely friendly, personable, on- time, affordable, and very professional.

Great experience. The camper Guy came out early. Very polite. Fixed our water pump in short order. While he was here we discovered our control board was not registering when we were filling our fresh water tank and he noticed and let us know our water was pouring out of our overflow and our fresh water was reading empty still so he told us when he was coming out this way next and he would check it out for us if we were still having problems. We would definitely recommend this service.

So I called this place to help me out with a hot water issue. They give me a run around a couple times and showed up only when they had a call in the local vicinity. They charged me $125 service fee and the guy spent about five minutes diagnosing the problem. After he checked a few things he told me I needed to order a part so I could get my hot water tank running off of electric instead of propane. Again he spent five minutes diagnosing the problem and charged me $125. After his diagnosis I gave him my phone and logged into my Amazon prime and he ordered the part that I supposedly needed. He guaranteed me that that was what the problem was and so I went ahead and paid the hundred dollars for the part that I supposedly needed. Once the part came I plugged it in. It was actually pretty simple just to wire connection and proceeded to try for hot water. Failure no good it actually wasn t the problem. I called the place and they wanted to charge me another $125 for the guy to come out and further investigate. Well I feel he should ve did that the first time I paid him $125 to come out. I feel this company is a scam and I would not recommend this place to anybody. Save yourself the headache and go with somebody else!! They are bogus and had no intentions of making the situation right after I was $250 into this so-called repair that never happened. Again save yourself the headacheService: Electrical

I had them come out and look at my heat pump, awning motor and hydrolic system on my 5th wheel. I was told the heat pump and hydrolic system were fine. I think other companies might not have been as honest and made up repairs and/or inflated costs. As a single female it already made me nervous to deal with this alone. But I will always use and recommend them.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Kenny checked out our refrigerator problem we had been having in our trailer. It would work sometimes and other times it wouldn't. He determined the coils were leaking and knew where to go to have them replaced by a licensed Welder. He made all the arrangements. He took the refrigerator out, had the coils replaced and reinstalled it all in the same day.Kenny knows what he's doing in all aspects of trailer, motorhome repairs. I highly recommend him.D.G. I am extremely impressed I called today after we caused a propane leak while doing a job ourselves. The owner was professional and considerate he said he would be there in 30 minutes and arrived in 25 mins. The owner and his employee arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. I can t say enough good things about this company and would most definitely recommend them. Thank you Camper Guys!!

After RVing full-tme with our Open Range TT for over five years, we arrived for the first time in Elma, Washngton. The first worry RVers have is whether or not there are mobile service techs in the area in case repairs are needed. I was growing concerned when I could not find one in the area, when we received a travelers blessing when we spotted Kenny's truck in our park!We have had Kenny address several issues with our rig and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. I believe there is nothing that he cannot repair. And he is a very nice and honest individual. 5 Star rating!

water leak / hot water tank 125$ to come out and they didn't even fix it. I ordered the parts and had to fix it myself . so it cost us 125 for him to tell us what to buy. Not worth the money. I felt like he didn't care about the customer at all just the money.
