I changed my wife's oil in their back parking lot and was missing a tool. Their staff was incredibly helpful and lent me one and even took the used oil to recycle. Also their deal for 5qts and a filter is hard to beat. Thank you guys for being so helpful and kind. Jason particularly stood out there and helped me in the summer heat.

My cummins was trying to suck the filter through the intake. The turbo wasn't getting enough air. I'm glad they had a replacement.

I was in the hospital and asked my wife and daughter to go and get a fuel filter. My 16 year old daughter who has helped me work on our rigs over the years was talking to an older 50's plus counter person who treated her as though she was stupid. I went in to the store on Thursday with her and as we were walking past one of the aisles I happened across the same employee. I asked him how he was doing today? He ignored me completely, which stopped me from wanting to make an additional larger purchase from this location/company. The counter person Kate was friendly and professional but I will not spend large amounts of hard earned money at a place where a young woman is treated as though they are stupid and wonder how many others teens and women alike have been treated the same way by the previously mentioned older man?

Great customer service always go out of their way to find what your looking for. Only complaint is they never have everything I need and have to order parts frequently. And some older vehicles parts are out of stock.

I received help to do the first oil change in new. Counter person handed me my filter while I grabbed oil met at the counter. I paid, then went home and went to do oil change and found the filter was not right. Had to get a ride to the nearest Oriley's the had the right filter. I was able to complete the job.Verify you have what you need before you drain.

Extremely rude Assistant Manager, made fun of me in front of other customers for asking for assistance installing wiper blades after purchasing them. Other customers couldn't believe how disrespectful he was towards the military. The advertising on the window clearly stated free wiper blade installation.

For the most part they are excellent just one manager was trying to sell me something that was different then I needed and what he was trying to sell would have work unless I changed the whole rear brake set up.

The O'reilly's auto parts in Graham Washington is the best I've ever dealt with. The staff are extremely helpful, very courteous, and all have incredible knowledge of what they are doing.John there in Graham at the counter, that guy is the Greatest!!!! He really bailed me out of a problem today and I didn't even need to go anywhere. With just a phone call to John, his incredible knowledge solved my problem. If this were most places, they would have made me come into the store and purchase more parts.Not John though, he took the time, explained what I needed to do and I was able to get my problem fixed immediately.For this reason along with many more, I find this store to be my first choice when I need parts for any of my vehicles. I know for a fact, they are there to help me, not just to sell more parts.Thank you so very much for your help today John, you guys are all very much appreciated!!!

O'Reilly Auto Parts always answers the phone when I call and the employees are very pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and are extremely knowledgeable. They even lend a helping hand when you have a tail light out!

Lousy place of business, ordered brakes and rotors was told 4pm that same day, next morning they still weren t in, still hadn t given me a single call to let me know, and weren t even actively looking, but hey they were sorry. Like an 8 yr old sorry made it better they figured. Never again will I spend a dollar in this store.

Graham O'Reilly Auto Parts.The manager took the time to look up a few phone numbers that may have been used when the car battery was bought... Then looked at the manufacturer date on the battery... 2 yr warranty, battery was 23.8 months old... 100% warranty, and he was genuinely happy to be helpful. The replacement was in stock, he handed me a BRAND NEW battery and asked if there was anything else he could help with.Knowledge & customer service to the greatest degree, Every Time I go there.I'll be back.

Got to tell you, the prices are just so inflated over other stores like McClendens and Walmart.The electronics for the car was not technical just a big brake light and it was $30 bucks but I needed it and I got it and then there was the other light I was considering and it had been used although the clerk said it was the packaging, really?Their prices are almost double and the selection was far from large, many items were not stocked, must have been a run on what I was after...It's probably because they feel like they are the ONLY GAME IN TOWN.

I stopped by first thing this morning, just a few minutes after they had opened, as one of headlight bulbs was out. I approached the front desk and was greeted warmly by both employees. I let them know what I was searching for as a third employee came in the store behind me. He said he would take a look at my car out front and see what bulb we needed. Not only did he help identify the bulb, he took out the old one and replaced it with the new one. It was windy, cold, pouring down rain, and my hood kept trying to crush him (sorry!). He was so polite and friendly the whole time even though it gave him such a hard time and was outside in the cruddy weather at 7:30 in the morning. Thanks Jim Perkins! You need an award, or a raise, or something! Your stellar customer service was so very appreciated.

My order was for next day delivery. June 10th I placed order and here its going to the 13th of june and I check online and says not til Monday the 14th. Never going thru ya all again. Atleast AutoZone keeps their word. You have lost a long time customer. If not able to do next day then dont offer it or at least email a mo-fo. Thanks for nothing and GOOD BYE

My BF went to get a key FOB for my Yukon & the female that assisted him was moody and gave him attitude when he asked questions about the product. All she had to do was look it up in the computer and she acted as if it was something difficult! O'reilly's needs to hire employees that truly want to work!

First time I came here no one came up to me to see if I needed any help which it's me so of course I need some help. Even when I was being rung up for the quarts of oil I brought up to the counter I wasn't asked if I had found what I needed. I showed up here a second time & some one asked & I finally got what I needed for my car!

We had great customer service from Ryan. He checked our battery and alternator, helped us purchase a new battery, and even installed it for us on the spot! All late on a Sunday evening!

I have always thought very highly of O Reilly until I started shopping at this location. I had my wife stop by on her way home from work to pick up a Allen socket and the idiot she asked to get it gave her a regular socket. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I have gone in there to get a a blower motor and the guy working the counter came back with a wiper motor. I went in to have a battery tested and the guy working the counter said none of them knew how to work the battery tester. I walked out side to see if I was at O reilly a to Autozone. Needless to say I will never shop at O reilly a again.
