Amazing guy. Called last night at 7pm and he came out next morning at 9am. Was on time, fixed our plumbing issue and treated us fairly. He wanted to only charge me an half hour but I demanded he charge us a full hour.

My furnace stopped working. Was worried I d have to wait a long time for someone to get me on their schedule but they were able to get me in the next day! Fixed my issue right away. This is the second time having them work on my trailer and both times he was able to fix it quickly. We have heat again! Thank you for fast service at a reasonable price. They came to me which is much better then dragging my trailer to some shop somewhere and hoping they can get me in.

Preparing to leave on a road trip, we found our touch screen control panel was intermittently dark, and the stairs and slide outs wouldn t deploy. Dennis set us up with an appointment. He texted to update his ETA and arrived with son David, on time, and promptly got to work diagnosing the electrical system. He needed to order a stair motor and said it would arrive the next day, with installation the day after. I got a call the very next day saying the motor had arrived and asking if they could come back and install it, a day before expected! David arrived and quickly installed the motor, tracked down the errant control panel wire (a loose connection), and checked everything out. Quick, knowledgeable and affordable service! I ll definitely be calling Dennis and David for any future RV service!

Dennis and David We re knowledgeable and had all the tools they needed to get the job done right the first time. Helped us to understand everything they were doing and why. When my furnace went out in the middle of a cold winter and i was burned by another Mobile RV repair, Dennis and David went out of their way and beyond to get me a new furnace as quickly and economically as possible.They called/texted me everyday to fill me in on what the status was. When they got here to do the replacement their #1 goal was to get the heat back on. They worked fast, competently and were very friendly.I will definitely be using them again as my mobile RV mechanics.Service: Air conditioning

Called these guys to repair our RV slide-out. A job they said they could do. Communication was lacking, but I still hoped they would do a good job.They gave me their rates of $100 service call and $125 an hour. They showed up a bit late...no big deal. Began working on our RV at 9:55 am. During this time they seemed to have no idea wwhat they were doing. They didnt even know where the motor was on it. The guy literally laid on our couch looking to the ceiling talking about how it may be up there.At 10:19, just 5 minutes after they started trying to troubleshoot, they sent a text saying they were done. We went outside and he said he doesn't really know and that he'll come back in spring. Keep in mind this is a stuck slide out that we need in before snow.He then comes back with an invoice charging us $300 including $80 in "taxes"! Literally did nothing. When we asked him about it, he threw a tantrum and ripped it up.Definitely not anybody we would recommend.

We re pretty new to the RV lifestyle and so we re in a bit of a learning curve. Dennis had taped his business card on our door with a note attached saying, Just in case . A couple days later, we did have a case. However, we had moved to a different area. We couldn t find anyone locally so we gave him a call. This guy bent over backwards and sideways and upside down to help us. In short order, we were back up and running. It was clear to us that he really knows his stuff and has been helping folks like us for over 20 years. Thanks again, Dennis!Service: Air conditioning

The guys came out and fixed a problem with my converter on a brand new park model that South Hill RV wouldn't perform because they don't do mobile work. Not only did Dennis & Dave fix my problem but they did it quickly and reasonably priced! They are coming back to help with an awning issue next week as well. If you need fast friendly affordable service in the Pierce County area for RVS, then these guys are a must have number in your phone! Thanks again guys!

Dennis and Dave are fantastic! I had and electrical issue with my hot water heater and my batteries. I called on a Monday, set and appointment for Wednesday and they were able to work me in on Tuesday. They are very friendly and "electrical gurus". The issues were fixed beyond my expectations and in a very timely manner and they have VERY reasonable prices. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Dennis and Dave for work on your RV/Camper!

This was my first time using Mobile Mechanic Service, but it won't be my last. Dennis and his son, David, were both so friendly and professional and had great communication. I wasn't sure if it was my battery or alternator that had gone bad but they sussed it out and replaced the battery in a matter of minutes. My car died in my driveway and it was so much easier (and less expensive) to use this service than have my car towed to a shop. Thanks so much, Dennis and David!Service: Battery

David and Dennis got me in the day of the call. Their work was fast and professional. Replaced a serpentine belt in less than a half hour. Nice, friendly folks. I would definitely call on them again should the need arise. A++

On our way to Alaska we had a problem with the D/C in our Fifth Wheel. It would not work when disconnected from shore power. NOTHING worked. I could not even run the fridge on propane because you had to turn on a switch. We plan on doing a lot of Boon docking on our way but not without a fridge. Called Dennis at 7:02 am (website said opened at 7). Answered right away and we set a time for him to come out. Dennis and his son David came right on time and went to work. Found the problem in about 10 min and fixed it in 10 more. Excellent prices and quality work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! He not only works on RV s but on cars too. If you need help this is the team to call. Fixed right the first time.

Dennis and Dave are awesome!! They actually repair below the coach.. Many mobile mechanics only work inside the coach. They were prompt, on time and they met their promises. They repaired my brakes after I ran over a large piece of wood.. If you are looking for a professional mechanic go no further. Excellent service. This is the first time I have used his service, but not the last. My old 55 Chevy refused to start. Called Dennis in the morning and an hour or so later he is pulling up to my house. Within a half hour, the Chevy was ready to go cruisin' again. Was much better than calling around for someone to work on it and getting it towed. Again, well done and thanks.

Thanks for nothing.Edit - Just noticed the delightful response from the business owner. So I decided to copy and paste our email conversation below. For the record, the business was contacted via a third party website that THEY SIGNED UP FOR. If my information wasn't passed correctly to them, its not my fault. But I ended up calling the 253 CAR GUY and he was awesome. Came out and did what I needed with no issues in a timely manner.Mobile Mechanic Service:why did you remove the intake? it does not call for that..DennisMe:Thought it might help access the starter. All I need is someone to finish removing the old starter and bolt in the new starter.*Nothing further received from them. All I needed was someone to swap a few bolts because my arms only fit so far into the engine compartment. Guess I'm just too "nasty..."

We were in need of the immediate support of a mechanic, to assist with the repair of our toy hauler, to accommodate our annual family trip to CA. I called several RV repair shops, none were able to assist conforming to our necessary time constraints, plus I was quoted astounding prices! We feared we may need to cancel our trip! while grasping at straws, it dawned on me to try a mobile mechanic. I called Dennis with Mobile Mechanic service, among many others. The others that answered were not helpful and did not show interest in obtaining our ongoing business. Dennis answered 1st ring, was at our shop within 1 hour of our phone call, and repaired our toy hauler within the hour following that! in short, he saved the day and our vacation, in addition to the several hundred dollars I would have spent at the RV dealer. I couldn't be happier with the services he provided, I highly recommend him to accommodate any of your mechanical woes.

Tbis father and son team are awesome!!! Had furnace quit, they were here within tbe hour, had unit repaired, installed & running in less than 3hrs after my initial phone call. Very pleasant & helpfull. Prices are very fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Thank you Dennis & Dave.

So my friends trailer had a leak that was coming from the bathroom. Soaking the floor of the bathroom to the little hallway down the one step and to in front of the front door. I called spoke to Dennis. And he was extremely nice, figured a time for him and his son to come out. He actually squeezed us in early in the morning the next day, which was even more perfect. After arriving with in five minutes of check it out. They knew what the problem was and started fixing it. Twenty minutes later. It was fixed. Not only did they fix it but they explained what they did, showed the old part that was completely damaged. Plus gave tips to help for the future. I m so glad to have found this mobile home/trailer/rv mobile business . To try and get a mobile home that my friend lives in. Into a shop and pay for all those fees would have been out of this world. I will be calling them again in a heartbeat if we ever need help again. So thankful!!!!!

One of the Good guys.Got tired of messing with Craigslist and Offer Up scams. Gave Dennis a call. He works with his son David, so you get two mechanics.They work to fix the problem, not make a quick buck. They'll refer you to honest shops if part of the repair needs a specialist.They've been helping me fix up my '70 F250. Rebuilt my carb and got me running.Dennis is an expert on classics, RV's, and modern vehicles. He is swamped and usually only does RV'sDavid is currently helping me put new gaskets in the motor on weekends when he's free.If they can fit you in their schedule, consider yourself lucky.

I would suggest these guys to all my friends. We had a particularly difficult situation with an engine replacement and Dennis did the reseach that solved a Subaru problem. The car is running like a champ and all is good. Thanks again for yhe due diligence to troubleshoot and provide the correct diagnosis.

Very dissappointed with Dennis and his lack of professionalism as a business owner. We asked for a thourough evaluation for his 65.00 fee and all we got was the trailer is worn out and an invoice. He was very quick to dismiss
