UPDATE: My roadside assistance used J&K Towing to tow my vehicle to the shop. John was professional and on time. He knew what to do to get my car safely moved and onto the back of the tow truck. I highly recommend using J&K Towing for your towing needs! I don't do many reviews and I have not used this service as of yet. I am hoping that my Roadside Assistance (RA) will use this business for my scheduled tow in a few days. I called to talk with John and his customer service was beyond outstanding!! He was very helpful and I gave his number to the RA as a preferred tow company that I would like to use for the scheduled tow. I would recommend this business and have saved his number to my phone for future reference and to refer to others who need towing.

If you are looking for a tow company through insurance or out of pocket even; this is it!!! They are awesome and fast, i love the customer service they provided. I had originally had B&M towing and nothing but bad experiences with them and they cancelled every-time after 5 hours of waiting smh . and then i got scheduled for J&K towing & within 15 minutes they were at the location, it was awesome i will definitely be adding them to my contacts!Service: Car towing

My car broke down early on a Sunday morning. J&K towing was the only towing company that actually answered their phone. They were very polite and gave me a good quote. John arrived in 25 minutes and promptly had my car carefully loaded and on it's way. If the need arises again I will not hesitate to contact J&K Towing. Thank you!Bill Squier

My truck would'nt start so i called my insurance company and they sent out J&K. My driver Chris was the most polite and respectful tow driver i have ever come across in my life! He came about 2:20am and when we got to my house he keep his lights off on the truck and was as quiet as he could be not to disturb anyone. J&K Towing are extremly lucky to have a driver like Chris!!!!!

Just had my vehicle towed today. The operator was very professional. You could really see the attention to detail by the way he does things systematically and flawlessly. It seemed that he does things carefully the way he treats my vehicle as if he's treating it like he's own. He even coached me on what to do as soon as we arrived at the dealership where he dropped my vehicle. I'm really very impressed with my overall experience.

It was Sunday Afternoon. Most other Tow companies were closed. My husbands truck broke down on a remote pass with no phone service . Cayuse Pass between HWY 410 and HWY 12. J & K Towing immediately left to pick up his truck to get there before the highway patrol had a chance to show up and tow it away. They gave us the best rate possible. It seemed too good to be true, but it really was the swiftest service at the lowest rate that we could have hoped for. They made the whole experience a breeze for my husband who had been trying to get home from one of the worst weeks of his life. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family. We have previously used J&K towing for our restored vehicles. They are excellent. They are why we stay with AAA. John the owner is meticulous with the cars. They are always on time and efficient.

I want to say a big thank you to Chris from J&K. We were witness to a fatal car accident last night and Chris stop to help anyway he could. He was extremely professional and kind. He even helped us get back on the road and lead us in the direction of home. We will definitely remember Chris and J&K towing.

My car's ignition decided to poop out at the gas station and my insurance company called for a tow truck. Chris- was the nicest tow truck driver ever! My fiance and I were luckily not stranded because my family lives near by but his caring/nice demeanor and professionalism stood out to me. It meant a lot to us during that stressful time. He even realized while we were gone that the guy parked next to us was actually trying to break into a car and called the police. He called to let me know and asked permission to give the officer my number. Just a good standup guy. Thank you, Chris. I hope your bosses see this! We appreciate people like you.
