*updated* My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas to cover an interior and exterior detail, window tint and vinyl roof done. I had explained to the detailer that I needed all 3 services done at the same time as I take my dog to work with me. They detailed the outside so they could do the vinyl. The roof vinyl turned out excellent. That person even did some last minute hood details for me! Then Frank, the owner said he couldn't get me into the window tinter for a week but they'd already cleaned inside my car. This meant I had to go a week without taking my dog to work (she is security at work). Fine, I dealt with it even though he knew why I had asked for all 3 services to be done.I bring my car back. Windows get tinted in a day. I get my car back home and see tiny bubbles throughout the tint. I wait a week to see if they would work themselves out. No go. So I took it back. They guys agreed that the tint job was terrible and needed to be fixed. It took me a week to get back with Frank to be able to drop my car off AGAIN to have the tint repaired. Mind you, the first tinting, they placed a sticker over my window buttons to stop me from rolling them down -while the tint cures. So Frank says he will only need my car for a day. Ok, great. Well a few DAYS later, I have to reach out to HIM. He responds back with "it was worse than they thought so they pulled it all out and redid the work. The bubbles were from dog hair in the window tracks."Ok so why were the window tracks not cleaned during the detail that we paid for? Also, many were actual round bubbles and NOT hairs. Mkay, so he has my car for another week to redo this botch tint job. When I get the car back, its JUST AS BAD as the first round of tinting!!! AND the sticker they put over my window, they'd ripped off and LEFT the residue on the buttons! I also noticed that from the detail, when they pressure washed my car, they washed half my turbo logo paint off. I am so frustrated with the whole situation. The only good thing out of this 3-service event was the vinyl. Their vinyl guy is excellent. Highly recommend Dealer Services. My SUV was covered in pet hair and was a mess due to kids and it being our primary vehicle. With a baby almost here, we needed to get it clean and they did an incredible job. I was truly blown away with how clean they were able to get it. Frank and team did an amazing job on my Honda Civic. This car is used for work and it was in rough shape. Now it feels like I m driving a new car.
