I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!

Horrible customer service. The guy at this location was extremely rude to me when I interrupted his Netflix show he was watching behind the counter to ask for an appointment. Rolled his eyes at me and told me they were booked til I told him I wanted the next appointment, even if it was weeks away. He made me wait 2 weeks and when I came back and went to hand him my keys he said oh I just need to take pictures. It will only take 3 minutes. Guess he couldn t pause Netflix for 3 min 2 weeks ago.

This company was by far the most professional business I ve had to deal with since the accident that led me to them. The graham location was welcoming and professional with coffee and comfortable waiting area. The spa away location was even more professional, as I got out of my car an associate was greeting me and helping me out. He was so professional and helpful and got me to my car to get my belongings out.Service: Body & Trim

They did an amazing job on my car and I would recommend them 100%. In addition to a great job on the paint and repair, their service was phenomenal. From the start, the process with them and the insurance company was fast and easy. They even helped me with the rental car! Thanks to MO and the CARSTAR HI-Tech Collision team in Graham.

Where exactly so I start? Moe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional and absolutely courteous. My 2016 Honda Accord was repaired before the scheduled date and I was updated daily of the maintenance. My car is beautiful and looks brand new. I want to thank Moe for taking care of me and being so kind and professional. I wish I could give 100 stars . You guys are truly awesome.

Someone rear ended me and my car was just about totaled from the back. Carstar has done an excellent job fixing it. Looks newer than when I got it ! John does an excellent job of keeping you informed and finished right on time . Very good service would definitely recommend !

I had minor damage to the front end of my car. I I was told it would take about a week to fix. It took them five weeks to fix my car!! I have sport stripes on my Camaro and when they tried to replace the ones on the hood they ripped them three different times. Each time they ripped them they had to reorder and wait until they came in and then try again. On the fourth time they picked someone else to put the stripes on. I am a travel nurse who works in the emergency room. I have been working the COVID crisis in CA for 6 months so could not handle the fixing of one of our vehicles myself. They took advantage that my daughter is young and naive. They increased the quote from $6k to $10k for body work only and then didn't touch the car for 1 weeks. They said it would take another 6 weeks to fix. I had my daughter take back the car since they didn't touch it anyway. Buyer beware, they take advantage.Service: Body & Trim

Went here for a minor accident repair. I was quoted 4 days, and it was done in 1! I had a rental with Enterprise and was able to leave the vehicle there instead of running it back to Enterprise. Outstanding customer service and great repair work!

Got in my first truck accident and had no clue which auto body shop to pick to fix my truck and after looking at all the reviews for auto body services carstar had the best one so I picked them, Allen from carstar took care of everything he even found more damage on my truck from the accident that I didn t even see. He is outstanding. I had my truck back in 2 days they even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. I definitely recommend them they re amazing

Al was wonderful and showed excellent customer service!My 2012 Nissan Rogue was beat up after a front-end collision, but Carstar delivered on their promise. My car has been restored! It looks even better than before the accident - it was buffed, washed, vacuumed, and they even buffed out a door ding on my fender that wasn t related!Thank you Carstar! You did fantastic work!

Returned my car to me with NEW damage. Swirl marks all over fresh paint then told me to complain to the other shop that they sent it to that actually did the work because he wasn't aware of the situation.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

It was horrible. Waited 3 weeks for repairs and when it was time I called and they said I could get my car anytime before 6. When I went in at 5:15 they had closed early without calling me. When I went in after the weekend 3 days later they told me my car wasn't ready because it didn't pass quality test. So then waiting through Christmas without my car they finally have it for me 3 days after that. Worst experience

I wouldn't even leave 1 if it wasn't required. They claimed to fix our truck and when we opened our tailgate(we have a cover on the back) we found MULTIPLE BAGS OF THIER PERSONAL TRASH IN OUR VEHICLE! I wish I could attach photos!! I can't believe not only did they use OUR vehicle for dump runs but also LEFT MORE TRASH IN IT!! This company has been reported to multiple agencies by us now. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO TAKE TRASH!!

Worst experience I have had and never will return. Had missing items out of my car when they returned it. Horrible rude customer service and kept delaying my guaranteed pickup date over 3 times. They aren t a trustworthy company!
